Dan (9/5): Very happy. - Location was vibrant yet quiet. The room was well equipped and the range of amenities for self-catering studios is great. The mattress was very comfy. The gym is well equipped. Great for both short and long stays. We stayed for two weeks. In the deluxe studio, the bathroom configuration contains a wet a room where there is also a tub. Moreover, the shower head is positioned in the middle between the tub and the wet room floor, which not ideal.
Gary (8/5): It was adequate- Osaka is a bit of a down market place and this matched - Bathroom smelt musty - damp smell ! Wall paper coming of the wall a little in the hallway of suite301 ! View was appalling - the appartments next door . The Italian resturant - was a joke - pasta sauce was like water - ceasire salad was also appalling ! Breakfast was good

Tara (9/5): Good value and a comfortable stay. - The shuttle bus to and from the station was a huge bonus as it is a bit of a walk. It has a lovely restaurant. The room was nice and the bed comfortable.
Jason (10/5): Comfortable modern hotel with superb staff - Staff went above and beyond to help. Location is premium with many restaurants nearby (often very busy) and various transport options. Rooms were comfortable. Air conditioning was great. Breakfast selection was huge. It is a very big hotel, that deals with a large amount of customers so breakfast can become busy. Staff deal with this extremely well though!

archana (10/5): Excellent hotel. Would stay again. - Spacious. Clean bathroom.Hotel Transport to Shin Osaka station. A supermarket and an Indian restaurant was nearby for vegetarian food. The time table of hotel shuttle to Shin Osaka station and pictures of the stop at the station should be sent after the booking. This would be helpful as we had to walk to the hotel with our cases. Later on we used the shuttle service to see the sights.

Paul (10/5): Fijn verblijf in mooi hotel! - Hele fijne shuttlebus (om de 20 minuten) van en naar Shin Osaka Station. Fijne keuken. Als je met ze drieën bent dan is het derde bed de slaapbank. Op zich geen probleem maar deze slaapbank was alsof je op een houten plank lag.

The gym is small and the location is slightly out of the way but still very accessible by train and the hotel does offer free shuttles back and forth between the station and the hotel.

Lilian Constanze (9/5): - Shuttle-Service bis zum Bahnhof ist super nützlich. Die Studio Suite hatte ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: Waschtrockner, Küche und ein riesen Duschraum im Bad. Unser Lieblingshotel der Japan-Reise. Frühstück war wirklich gut, westlich und asiatisch vorhanden; jeder fand was Gutes. Gegenüber des Hotels ist ein Minimarkt, sehr praktisch. Bis in die Innenstadt, z.B. Dotonbori, dauert es insgesamt schon eine halbe Stunde etwa.

When I inquired about luggage transfer, I was directed to a QR code but wasn’t told a time to have luggage ready for transfer. When we dropped off our luggage, we were told it was past the time for next day delivery, so we had to wait an extra day for our luggage

Heather B. (9/5): A great hotel close to Shin Osaka - A great hotel. Friendly and polite staff. Our room was a good size, clean, comfy and had the benefit of a kitchenette and washing machine. We ate at the restaurant one evening and the food was very good. The shuttle bus system was well organised and very helpful. It was a good base, near Shin Osaka, for day trips to Kyoto, Himeji and Hiroshima by shinkansen. A bit of a walk from the station if you miss the shuttle

Vaughan Gray (10/5): An excellent hotel located near a major rail station accessible via their free shuttle if required. - They ran a shuttle from Shin Osaka Station to the hotel and back every day/night which made it very easy to access the subway.
Sania (10/5): Amazing value for money, great staff, great service! - The atmosphere, the cleanliness, the amazing staff especially Kota San who was very attentive and helpful. We had issues finding things in the area and he was very kind to explain how to do things and where to buy things very thoroughly. Big thanks to Kota San. We booked the suite and it had all the amenities you could wish for and yet the price is outstanding for what you get - the apartment we got was spacious, modern, clean and equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils and cutlery and even a rice cooker! It was very comfortable and made my stay relaxing so I felt right at home when staying in from sightseeing. You get daily housekeeping and there’s also a nicely equipped gym. It’s not walking distance to Dotonbori but a very quick train ride can compensate for that, so it’s not a big issue.

Alena (10/5): Incredible stay - Really nice rooms, comfortable bedding and especially pillows, has enough space and location is really good and has combinis and a drug store right in front of the hotel. The area itself is nice as well. Also incredible staff working there that helped me to solve all kind of issues and even check in a little bit early when I’ve arrived in the morning :) I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Yim Tung (7/5): Best breakfast, unhelpful staff and uncomfortable room. - The best ever breakfast in Japan so far, lot of variety of choices, and tasty. The staff are arrogant, asked me to come down to the reception to get the extra stuff. No chair or table in the room.

Karen (9/5): very relaxing and just what i needed after the hustle of tokyo - the size of the room was excellent, breakfast was amazing it is in the business district and not much near it, but the courtesy bus left every 30 minutes to take you to the train station and you were only 4 stops from the city

Saraf (8/5): - The room was good, the staff was friendly, the location was excellent. The staff helped me get a paid upgrade because the room i had initially selected was quite small. When I checked out, the staff came out with me to help with the luggage and speak to the taxi. This was very kind and I will remember the hospitality. The gym was very dirty and needs to be cleaned more. As a paid service if you can have someone to help with the luggage that will be very good as sometimes it can be cumbersome to move the luggage up to the room.
