- Verified traveler (8/5): Lovely flat but few kinks need addressing - I had received wrong codes for the main door and the safe to get the keys but did get through to someone who gave me the right ones. There was an issue with the hot water as it ran out while having a shower but considering it was so hot it was tolerable. Otherwise the flat is amazing, but stiflingly hot cos the windows dont fully open and french doors are permanently locked.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Stay away! - I had booked a room at one of their properties near my office (BishopsGate). When I got there, there was no reception and I could't even get in. The number on the hotels.com confirmation email didn't work. I finally was able to get a hold of someone and they had cancelled my reservation because of plumbing issues in the room but neglected to tell me about it. They gave me another room which was 30 minutes away but I was so disappointed by the lack of good service and preparation.
