- Mahmoud (8/5): Gute Zimmer und toller Pool, aber Abzüge bei Lage und Bett - Die Zimmer & Sauberkeit: Die Zimmer waren schön, geräumig und sauber. Das Personal: Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und sehr gut. Die Dachterrasse: Das Sitzen auf der Dachterrasse am Pool ist wunderschön. Die Klimaanlage: Die Klimaanlage ist stark und für die Sommerhitze absolut ausreichend. Der Strandzugang: Man kann einen Strand besuchen, der in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Lage: Das Hotel liegt zwar in der Nähe der Sheraton-Straße, aber an einer unbefestigten (nicht asphaltierten) Straße an einem steilen Hang. Der Ein- und Auszug bzw. das Erreichen des Hotels ist wegen der starken Steigung und der unebenen Straße mühsam. Die Zimmerausstattung: Es gibt leider keinen Safe auf dem Zimmer, um Pässe, wichtige Dokumente oder Geld sicher aufzubewahren. Das Bett: Die Matratze ist durchgelegen und unkomfortabel. Zudem färbt das schwarz lackierte Bettgestell ab, wenn man sich daran anlehnt, und hinterlässt Flecken auf heller Kleidung.

- Hannelore (10/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft in strandnähe, die auch orfi akzeptiert. - Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Nicht umsonst übernachten wir hier sehr oft. Es ist picobello sauber, die Ausstattung ist modern, die Lage in strandnähe (nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt) mit jeder menge Restaurants und einkaufsläden ringsum für uns perfekt. Das beste an der Unterkunft sind jedoch die immer freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Angestellten. Danke dafür! Wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Das Sofa könnte mal erneuert werden (ist schon etwas durchgesessen) und parken vor Lilly, steil auf nem sandigen weg ist heftig.

- Hecker (10/5): Sehr zentral gelegenes, tolles Appartmenthaus - Das Lilly liegt nur 5 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt, Supermarkt, Cafés, Strände , Shops, Banken ist alles fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Appartments macht es möglich selber zu kochen, eine kleine Grundausstattung, einschließlich Mikrowelle und E- Herd, ist vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett/ Eisen, Wäscheständer sind auch vorhanden. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Blick über Hurghada und einem kleinen Pool der zum Erfrischen einlädt. Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind vorhanden. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Reparaturen, wenn notwendig, werden umgehend erledigt. Hauskeeping kommt jeden Tag, ist nicht aufdringlich und sehr nett. Zum Lilly gehört noch ein Hauseigener Strand der ca 10 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt ist. Ich habe ihn nur einmal genutzt, kann somit keine aussagekräftige Bewertung abgeben. Der Strand war schön, mit Liegen , kleinen Rutschen und einem Restaurant mit Blick aufs Meer. Was ich positiv bemerkt habe - das Lilly investiert beständig in Ausstattung und Mobilar. Ich war schon oft da und jedesmal wurden Dinge erneuert, ausgetauscht, schöner und komfortabler gemacht. Leider wurde gegenüber ein Hotel gebaut so das man keine komplett freie Sicht mehr zum Meer hat, nur in den oberen Zimmern, wogegen das Lilly leider nichts machen kann. Manchmal ist es etwas laut auf der Strasse , dem zunehmende Verkehr geschuldet.

Appartement ligt als 2e rij van de zee, maar heeft mooie uitzicht aan de zee vooraal vanaf de bovende verdieping (terras ) waar je kan koffie of drink bestellen. Heerlijk in avond daar zitten In algemeen waren wij tevreden overalles.

L'autorité du manager qui n'écoute pas ses clients ni son personnel pour être informer des changements potentiels des clients ...il a un ego surdimentionné et un irrespect total des gens ...dommage pour l’hotel cela ne donne pas une belle image...Je suis une habituée de cet hôtel et franchement personne ne m’avait jamais parlé ainsi!!!

- Helene (9/5): - Die Aussicht auf das Meer war ein Traum! Es ist auch ein kleiner netter Strand dabei, der nur ein kurzer Fußweg entfernt ist. Es gibt von denen aus viele tolle Touren und viele verschiedene Frühstücksmöglichkeiten.

L'appartement est tres bien situé juste a côté du centre ,et pas loin de la plage privée, il est propre merci au personnel d entretien qui se donne beaucoup pour une qualite d'hygiène la literie est tres confortable. Vue que l'appartement est au centre et donne sur la grande avenue d'hurghada et que les fenêtres ferment mal il y a beaucoup de bruit et ça toute la nuit jusqu'à environ 2h du matin ( pensez aux boules quies) . Après vous ne pouvez pas faire entrer des gens de l'extérieur si vous sympathisé avec d'autres personnes ou on vous demande de consommer dans leur restaurant et la on vous fera monter sur la terrasse et non dans votre appartement tout est prétexte pour payer !!!! cela nous a été imposé par le patron !!!

- Barteld (9/5): Goede locatie - Goede locatie, vlakbij bij de meeste restaurants en winkels. Het appartement was mooi, schoon en redelijk groot. Goede bedden en ruime badkamer. Ontbijt kon je bestellen (verschillende opties) en wordt op je kamer bezorgd. Daarnaast hebben ze voucher om een locatie aan de zee te bezoeken. Hier kan je lekker zitten en ook goed eten en of drinken. Bovenop het dak is een dakterras met een zwembad waar het lekker is vertoeven. Ook hier kan je wat drinken of een lunch bestellen. X

It’s close to the airport, which was important for us because we only stayed one night due to an early morning flight. In room 308, there was a constant low humming noise, probably from some kind of mechanical equipment. Since we were very tired, we fell asleep quickly, but for a longer stay it would have been quite annoying. Everything else was fine.

La partie cuisine et salon étaient mal éclairée, I.e. Une intensité de lumière aveuglante et surtout aucune vue sur l’extérieur! Le manque de communication en lien avec les rabais de 10% applicables chez des partenaires. On nous retire les coupons après la première utilisation et on nous informe, via le serveur qu’on pouvait renouvelé les rabais à chaque jour…

The standards of cleanliness are consistently high, the customer service is always great. As a solo female traveler, I always feel safe and cared for. Haneen from guest relations is, as always, the most valued member of staff. She’s kind, helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. Returning to Lilly again, and seeing Haneen, was like coming home and meeting an old, good friend. Thank you for everything. See you next time!

- Huseynli (10/5): Worth to stay - The hotel was really great place to stay in Egypt with this price. It is in the city center, the staff is so kind, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was included in our stay and they offered different types, which were good enough. Sometimes we asked breakfast beforehand as our trips started early in the morning and they brought breakfast at exact time we asked. We loved all the people of staff 🫶🏼 We loved people from Padaria coffee shop near the hotel, definitely recommended.

The receptionist Karim (I hope I am not butchering his name) has a positive energy, he checked me in earlier and gave clear explanations about the breakfast (as it is at another location). Pláž a personál pri pláži na nezaplatenie, hudba atmosféra a otvorenosť a kamarátskost ľudí uplne 100 bodov!!!! Skvele som si zatancovala a pobavila sa! Trúbenie aút pod oknami začo apartmán nemôže a nevie ovplyvniť ..!

- Jasmina (8/5): Preporucujem a mozda se i vratim. - Dorucak je odlican i sluzi se u restoranu na plazi. Hvala osoblju sto su mi nekoliko puta donosili dorucak u sobu. Lokacija je odlicna imajuci u vidu da se nalazi na rubu naseljenog mesta. To obezbedjuje tisinu tokom noci a danju su gradilista vrlo aktivna u okruzenju. Apartmani su veliki i cisti ali glavni adut je prelepa terasa na krovu sa grejanim bazenom i jakuzijem. Trebalo bi cistiti prostor oko bazena svaki dan jer ima dosta prasine a i ptice prljaju.

- Rasha (10/5): If it’s available, BOOK IT! - Beautiful furnished apartments in the best location! 5 minute walk to Sheraton st or the beaches, about 20-30 minute walk to the marina and the mosque. Gym is a 5 minute walk. Overall a very central location. Heated Rooftop pool and hot tub make this one of the only places that offer this combo. QR codes on each table on the rooftop for easy access to the menu. WiFi very good throughout the property as well, very rare for Egypt. If you have any issues, reception will help you solve it. Even if that means getting you a cellular hotspot. Staff are amazing as well. Very efficient and respectful. This is a winner for checking ALL the boxes! Nothing.
- Laeticia (8/5): Magnifique appartement mais mal insonorisé - L'appartement est magnifique, très spacieux, on se sent comme à la maison. Très belle vue sur la mer. Piscine sur le rooftop mais nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'en profiter . Chambre très mal insonorisée, malgré le 4eme étage on entendait les voitures comme si on était au RDC. Heureusement qu'il y avait une autre chambre avec lits jumeaux sans fenêtre extérieure du coup on a dormi là.
