The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you, and always with a personal touch. The location was the best. 2 minutes and you were in the centre of the hustle and bustle. • Inès (7/5): - Le personnel est très agréable et disponible, le déjeuner était bon, l'emplacement était très satisfaisant. La chambre était agréable et disposait de la climatisation. Le riad n'était pas très calme ; de la musique est diffusée jusqu'à 23h minimum tous les soirs. Aucune consigne n'est donnée aux clients s'agissant du calme à respecter dans le riad, certains prennent donc le riad comme leur terrasse personnelle ce qui est assez dommage quand on recherche du calme. Aussi d'un point de vue de la propreté, la cuvette des toilettes était entièrement cassée et les serviettes de douche n'ont pas été changées de tout le séjour..

Para una estancia en Marrakech pienso que es la ubicación ideal! Lugar tranquilo a tan solo 10 minutos de la plaza Jamaa el fna. Nada a destacar.

Un peu difficile à trouver le premier soir mais une fois trouvé l’emplacement est idéale pour visiter la ville. Le personnel est très accueillant dans cet établissement et toujours disponible. La literie est un peu dure si vous n’avez pas trop l’habitude.

• RICHARD (10/5): The best of Marrakech. - Every aspect was a delight, provided by the most gracious and generous of hosts. Rashid and Youssef did everything to provide the best possible experience and they were supported by their attentive staff. Breakfasts and dinners provided in house were exceptional. All this in an oasis of peace and calm that excluded the usual noises and typical hustle and bustle of Marrakech. We are forever grateful. Nothing!

• Bengi Helin (6/5): Pleasant stay but nothing like photos - The courtyard of the riad was lovely, exactly like the photos you see online. Location was super central which was useful. Breakfast was cute rather than 'fabulous' but it tasted good. Room was clean. Well, my main problem was that I did not get what I was sold on the photos. The room was completely different; no armchairs -instead an extra bed, no proper duvet -instead grandma blankets. I supposedly paid for a 'Superior Double Room', but I believe all rooms are the same. If you look at their website, there's no difference. There was also no shower toiletries other than a brand-less shower gel which looked like it was leftover from a previous guest. I would also definitely change the lighting in the bathroom as it was too white and not enough. Lastly, you had to have the breakfast in a low-light small room which was a shame considering the courtyard was so pretty. P.S. I did complain about my experience to Booking and they "weren't able to reach an agreement between me and the accommodation". However, thanks to the Customer Service, I managed to get a small voucher!

• Patrick (7/5): - Plutôt calme . Proche de la place des Ferblantiers. Un accueil moyen. Le thé de bienvenue inexistant et c’est le Geste essentiel au Maroc. Mais voilà c’est Marrakech. Le plus urgent était de régler notre chambre !! A noter qu’il s’agit de la personne du moment et non tout le personnel.

• María Verónica (7/5): Me han atendido mejor en otros riads. El desayuno era básico, no un verdadero desayuno marroquí. - Me gustó la ubicación y el lugar, que tiene encanto. Cuando llame para pedir que me enviara la localización, ya que llegamos en coche, el responsable que me atendió me dijo que saldría a buscarnos junto al Palacio Badi. Es una práctica común en los riads y en los otros en los que me he hospedado siempre nos han salido a buscar la primera vez. Esperamos más de una hora, y finalmente uno de mis amigos decidió intentar llegar al riad con google maps. Al llegar allí el responsable le dijo que estaba solo, que nunca tuvo intención de ir a recogernos. Luego yo le reproché que nos hubiese hecho perder tiempo, que no cogía nuestras llamadas y, en lugar de excusarse y explicarme que estaba solo, se puso agresivo e irrespetuoso. Además, nos dieron una habitación que no era ninguna de las que habíamos visto en las fotos de booking. Estábamos en el último piso en una habitación con un baño muy pequeño. Debieran habernos avisado, además, que nos colocarían en el último piso, puesto que los 3 tenemos una cierta edad y alguno de nosotros podría no haber estado en condiciones de subir.

• Murielle (9/5): Se sentir comme à la maison au Riad Palmier. Le top ! - C’est un superbe Riad. Rachid, Yousef et toute l’équipe étaient adorables. Le Riad est très bien situé, propre, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. N’hésitez pas à y aller.

• Manuel (9/5): Small Riad quietly located close to Medina - The small Riad is quitely located in a small road but close to the Medina entrace and to other interesting places. Also if you want to explore Marrkesh with public busses it´s not far to walk. The super friendly staff takes care of you and serces a nice breakfast daily.

Arrived a bit late because of flight issues but no problem in checking in. 2(Two) aspects did not meet my expectations. First one is the room. The one which being booked is not what we got. Although facilities are okay but the staff mentioned that in Booking dot com site, old pictures are still available hence the match is not possible. The second one is definitely more difficult to absorb. The plan was with Breakfast. We as a family are travelling for last 20 years but never ever we were told that Breakfast quantity is limited. Even they offered us dates limited (3 people, 4 dates, 3 eggs). When requested for extra pancake, the staff informed us that, per person one will be served. We travelled in other parts of the country and stayed in Riads but did not hear or observe such incidents.

• claudio (9/5): incredibile Marrakech - bellissimo Riad in una posizione comoda e con 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il cuore della medina, molto vicino ad un parcheggio custodito se si viaggia in macchina. Struttura davvero molto bella e ristrutturata dotata di piscina. Colazione tipica marocchina molto buona.

The location is excellent, right in the old town city center, with everything you need just a 2 min walk away—great restaurants, the traditional souk, and plenty to explore. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the staff were nice and friendly throughout our stay. The room was very clean and housekeeping provided daily cleaning. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely recommended!🤗 -

• Valentin (10/5): - Great hotel. Great location. 10 min. walk to the old medina. A big plus is the presence of a large supermarket 3 minutes away where you can buy groceries at fair prices. I had the impression that I had come to visit my Marrocan friends. We arrived at the hotel earlier and left much later. But there were no problems.Check-in is only 5-8 minutes. The pool is clean. Verified. Thanks. I hope the staff installed a light bulb in the room we stayed in. We lived in a room without main light :)
