Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Aussicht auf den Atlantik nicht zu übertreffen. Zimmer sehr komfortabel und sauber. Sehr gute Betten. Sehr ruhig. Gerne wieder. Nichts.

Monika (10/5): Hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, super Apartment, haben unsere 2 Abende in Essaouira so geplant, dass wir den Sonnenuntergan - Sauber, ruhig, gemeinschaftliche dachterrasse auf der wir zum Sonnenuntergang jeweils alleine waren, Blick siehe Fotos!!! Hatten zu viert ein sehr großzügiges Apartment, hätten noch vier mehr Platz gehabt, kleiner war leider nicht frei, aber war auch so vom Preis sehr okay. Jeden Tag Reinigung, auch unsere Tassen und Gläser wurden gespült (damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet) In der Medina gelegen, Seitengasse, sehr ruhig Viele sehr gute Restaurants in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar Enge Treppen, für uns kein Problem, aber muss man bedenken

Neeltje (9/5): Heel mooi, heel jammer van de geluidsoverlast. - Prachtig appartement met heel mooi dakterras, midden in het oude deel van de stad, alles op loopafstand. Heerlijke restaurantjes, het strand dichtbij, de meest gezellige relaxte markt van Marokko, geen opdringerige marktkooplui, interessanter aanbod. De appartementen en het dakterras zijn door een middenruimte met elkaar verbonden en hierdoor hoor en versta je iedereen op de verdiepingen boven woordelijk. De laatste avond van het gezellige Franse gezin boven ons maakten wij hierdoor tot diep in de nacht mee, helaas het middernachtelijk uitje van een gezellig ander paar tot kwart voor 4 's ochtends ook. Al hoe mooi we het appartement vonden, al hoe ideaal de locatie is, we zouden hier niet weer voor kiezen.

Gaël (7/5): Un moment agréable mais sans aucun luxe ostentatoire dans un appartement au charme reel mais assez spartiate. - L’emplacement est très bien. Le lieu est vaste. La vue est assez belle depuis la première chambre à droite. L’équipement genre canapé est vieux et douteux. Un peu taché… Ça fait rustique pourquoi pas , mais dans ce cas c’est un peu trop cher.

Unterkunft direkt gelegen über der Stadtmauer mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge über der Küste. Wir hatten das Apartment Nadja gebucht, das ein extra Zimmer mit Ausblick auf das Meer und Fischereihafen hat, aber leider nicht direkt mit dem Apartment verbunden ist. 3 verschieden hohe Terrassen mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Zentrale Lage am Rand der Medina Sehr gutes Frühstück Nix

Robert Wilkes (9/5): Lovely apartments with stunning views. - Very comfortable and well equipped. We were in Apartment 3 which has amazing views but to reach it there is a flight of very steep stairs, a bit awkward for us, we had to use porters.
Thomas (9/5): Entspannter Ferienbeginn in Essaouira - Schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt direkt an der Stadtmauer. Terrassenbereich mit toller Aussicht. Es wurde nach der Buchung korrekt mitgeteilt, dass es in unserer Wohnung keine Meersicht gibt. Frühstück auf der Terrasse war toll. Nahe am Hafen. Die Terrasse war in einem benachbarten Gebäude - das haben wir nicht erwartet.

Ulrike (10/5): - Eine blitzsaubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft mit fabelhafter Aussicht vom Rooftop auf den Atlantik. Kann ich sehr empfehlen und würde das Riad definitiv noch einmal buchen. Man fühlt sich ausgesprochen wohl. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Die Betten und das Bad werden jeden Tag gemacht und es gibt frische Handtücher. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass es viele Treppen gibt und der Check -in nicht im Riad selbst ist, sondern in einem Büro auf dem Vorplatz. Wir hatten "Metallica" gebucht. Sieht auf den Bildern kleiner aus, als es ist. Ich hatte es mir zumindest noch kleiner vorgestellt. Fenster nur zum Innenhof, also keine Aussicht. "Metallica" eignet sich gut, wenn man mit einem Teenie unterwegs ist, da es einen getrennten Schlafbereich auf der zweiten Etage gibt. Super, dass direkt vor dem Zimmer eine kleine Gemeinschaftsküche ist und ein Esstisch mit Stühlen. Man kann also auch mal ausweichen, vor allen Dingen natürlich auf die Rooftop-Terrassen. Ein Traum!
Pascale (10/5): Parfait, nous reviendrons sûrement. - Le studio amazone au dernier étage ,calme, juste le bruit des vagues , l indépendance, la vue traversante, terrasse à l est,le confort, la décoration, le balcon côté port,la kitchenette , la fenêtre dans la salle de bain,le personnel compétent adorable et discret. Les 93 marches pour accéder au paradis mais ça se mérite et ça permet d éliminer les petits excès gourmands. Nous avons réservé 3 nuits et prolongeons dans l autre studio juste en dessous Atlantic tout aussi sympa avec un petit salon qui donne sur un grand balcon côté océan plein ouest.

Pierre (10/5): Bel appartement très bien situé - L’emplacement tout près de la place Moulay Hassan, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l’océan. Bon, li faut quand même monter les 5 étages sans ascenseur. Heureusement qu’il y a de l’aide pour les bagages. Le prix était relativement cher.

Très jolie décoration de l’appartement. Bon équipement de la cuisine. Belles salles de bains Ménage très bien fait( dames de ménage adorables) Lits confortables. Appartement en Triplex . Beaucoup d’escaliers étroits pour atteindre l’appartement, avec lui même 3 séries d’escaliers étroits. À ne pas recommander pour des familles avec enfants en bas âge et personnes âgées.

Flore (9/5): - L'appartement est très bien placé avec balcon vue sur mer. La chambre toute vitrée sur la mer est incroyable ! On se croirait sur un bateau. Un peu d'air et les mouettes qui se posent sur le toit pour encore plus d'authenticité. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. La terrasse tout en haut est également très agréable pour un bain de soleil tranquille.

Ian (9/5): Amazing! You have to be reasonably fit and able for the stairs but the reward of the most stunning view and sunsets are - The views are incredible! The ocean is just below you and you can listen to the waves all evening! Roof terrace is super and a quieter balcony off the bedroom is a lovely option to have too. The amazing view comes with a price, ‘the stairs’ but a beautiful property in a fabulous location!

Gradis Ruiz (10/5): Fantástico - Ubicación,desayuno, limpieza y el personal de atención en el alojamiento. En el baño de la habitación primavera no tragaban bien ni ducha ni lavabo. En la recogida de llaves avisamos que llegábamos mucho antes y no solo no hicieron caso sino que encima abrieron más de media hora tarde la oficina. Es cierto que hicimos antes el check-in. Es muy tarde que sea a las 4.

Verwaltung und Personal unterstützend (späte Ankunft), sehr nett und erreichbar. Stiegenaufgang ist herausfordernd u wär für Menschen mit Gehproblemen nicht geeignet. leicht muffig im Badezimmer funktionierende Schneidmesser und eine Teekanne wären noch gut und an der Kaffeemaschine bin ich kontinuierlich gescheitert.

Très calme Terrasse sur le toit avec vue incroyable et coucher de soleil. Cuisine bien équipée. Très bon ménage journalier. Proche parking public entrée medina. L'escalier pour acéder au toit est assez escarpée mais ce n'est pas grave. Il faut juste le savoir.

Gebucht war z.B. die Terrasse nur mit 4 Stühlen ausgestattet. Wir haben wegen 2 Kranker auch selber gekocht, was ok war, aber wenigstens 1 scharfes Messer wâre toll gewesen🙏🏼 Meckern auf hohem Niveau- es war traumhaft.

Daria (10/5): - Изначально забронировали на два дня, но решили задержаться в Эссуэйре. В офисе без проблем подобрали номер в том же здании ещё на два дня. Номера шикарные, особенно студия с видом на Атлантику (в дополнение к нашей студии шла дополнительная обособленная комната с отдельным входом, внутри диван, столики, светильники и панорамное окно). Общая терраса - маст хэв, тоже вид на океан , а не стандартный на Медину. Завтраки стоят своих денег, рекомендую. В студии их принесут в номер, в обычных номерах - куда попросите (ну, нам приносили). Шум прибоя, чайки. Горячей воды хватает, перебоев не было, чистота идеальная. Ключи получаете в офисе в трёх минутах ходьбы от отеля, все чисто-уютно, английским менеджеры владеют и даже сдачу выдают в евро сразу же, что после других риад нас очень удивило. На фотках выглядит круто, а в реальности ещё лучше

Françoise (8/5): Vue sur mer magnifique ( appartement 1) - J avais choisi un premier logement « metalica » que je déconseille : sombre, petit ( même pas possible d ouvrir 2 valises en même temps) fenêtre qui donne sur un patio vitré impossible à occulter et humide . Insatisfaite, je suis allée trouver la gestionnaire qui a pu me changer et m’a proposé l’appartement 1. Une merveille qui donne sur la mer juste l’inverse de l’autre !
