It’s truly a 5-star stay with all amenities in great condition and thoughtfully maintained. • Sabrina (10/5): Choose this hostel!!! - Amaaaaaaaazing hostel!!! The staff was so envolved with the guests. It was a true familiaaaa. Impossible to feel alone. I’m a fan!!! Nothing really. I loved everything. And the food is really really tasty!!!

• Eungyeong (10/5): I was extremely satisfied with the breakfast. :) - The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing - it exceeded my expectations. I also really liked that there was a coworking space. I stayed in the female dormitory, and on the first night, around midnight, one of the guests invited her friends into our room without asking, talked loudly, and played music at a high volume. It was quite uncomfortable because I had to go to bed early for a day tour the next morning. It was frustrating not being able to sleep quietly when I needed to, but fortunately it only happened on the first night, and the rest of my stay was fine. Everyone I stayed with seemed like nice people, and I think it happened because they became friendly with each other. Since this is one of the limitations of staying in a hostel, I think it helps to keep an open mind and not expect complete quiet all the time. :)

• Charlie DV (9/5): Agradable. - En general las instalaciones son muy bonitas. La vista a la laguna es espectacular, se aprecian muy buenos atardeceres. Se respetan tiempos de descanso (música y actividades hasta las 11pm). La ubicación está genial, hace que sea sencillo trasladarse en la zona hotelera, la zona es muy segura. Si quieres ir a la playa está cruzando la calle, que para mi es de las mejores. (Playa Chac-mool). Por otro lado haces buenas amistades. El personal es muy amable. Debes tomar en cuenta que te cobran 18 dólares adicionales en tu estadía**. El precio para incluir desayuno en tu estancia los considero un poco caros (opinión personal). Si bien el desayuno está bien, me sigue pareciendo caro (12 dólares por cada día de estadía).

• Nelson (8/5): Chill , cozy place for a quick stay and a great location! Mostly recommended for young crowds - Location, activities to have people gather and get to know each other. Food, drinks , pool Shared rooms can be a bit noisy . Amenities were just okay kept, not damaged , but could be better for the price . I also think some of the staff are volunteering so they’re not making money. Are they getting paid with experience ? I thought that wasn’t allowed anymore.

Camas com cortina para melhor privacidade, ponto de energia USB e tomada… Paguei pelo café que tem opções deliciosas. Da limpeza do banheiro, faltou papel e nem sempre retirava o lixo.

Para calentar agua para tomar un te tenes que hacer cola larga y calentar en la misma olla que hacen fideos, huevos, etc. el personal del turno del cafe del bar para el desayuno poco atentos a la atencion

• Jennifer (9/5): - El Hostel esta ubicado en un lugar muy lindo y cerca de ka playa en la zona hotelera, las instalaciones se pueden ocupar y es muy lindo además de tener cocina para cocinar que agrega un valor agregado Estuve 4 noches y no hanua mucha limpieza de los baños y de la habitación en general la mucama se dedicaba solo a cambiar las sábanas de las camas del check out pero nunca vi barrer ni trapear el baño

Die Location fühlte sich nicht authentisch an. Das Zimmer war zwar entfernt von den anderen Gästen (Ruhe), gleichmassen wohl Nahe am "Maschinenraum". Ich hatte das Gefühl auf einem Schiff zu sein.

• Laura (8/5): Beautiful Cancun stay - Comfortable beds, cute shared areas, although a bit cramped. Very nice reception staff. Beach access nearby. My roommates would lock the room door with the deadbolt, so even though my key card worked, I couldn't get in.

• yonghun (6/5): 칸쿤에서.... - 방에 변기2,샤워실2,세면기2이라서 복잡하지는 않다. 1,시끄럽다. 2,게스트가 100석인데 주방이 적다. 냉장고에 음식 넣을 자리가 없다. 3, 방이 추워도 너무 춥다. (절대로 에이컨 온도를 안올려준다. 대신 모포를 준다.) 4,조식이12$인데 너무 부실하고 불친절하다. 음식같지도 않지만 40분있다가 기다리다가 왜 안 조식안주냐고 말을하니 미안하다는 말도 없고..당연한듯한 표정이다.

Los precios de los desayunos son muy caros pero sí estuvo rico lo que probé faltaria fruta y café incluido por el precio.. No hay grupo de whats para las actividades. Ni tours diarios para ir juntos a la playa o a algún lugar.

The location was good. The staff were friendly the accommodations not so much. The beds are hard. It was cold in there couldn’t control the AC. The air conditioner was leaking all over the floor. you can’t control who stays there so just be aware. The noise, the hard beds, the lack of bringing your own drinks into your room never mind the pool area, which is very small. The staff was good. Location was good but overall, I would never stay there again. The food was mediocre. I can go on and on just maybe go to ilas Morales . The price we booked through Expedia or whatever website came to $67 for two nights that we had to pay Mexican tax after we arrived at the hotel we could’ve stayed in a five star resort at that price. It wasn’t a pleasant day they try hard but they just can’t offer. What most in my experience have all the amenities and no restrictions on where you have your cocktail on the deck, you can’t bring anything in not to your room or to the patio area.

Muy grato el ambiente,muy amables los chicos que sirven el desayuno. el ruido en las noches, que no hallan camaras cercano a los locker, ya que estaban robando en piezas compartidas

• fabio (8/5): Great place, great position but good only for deep sleepers! - Location in front of the public beach of Cancun and where you can find a supermarket, a nice pub, and in 300 mt you are in front of Coco Bongo. Hostel witj very nice and friendly atmosphere, with nice swimming pool and bar, very relaxing during the day and also late at night. Very noisy for sleeping especially if you have the room close to the bar that play music very loud all the long from seven from breakfast to late on the night, with some pause during the day.

• Mathew (8/5): Sometimes the small things make a difference.. - Loved this stay. Good hostel experience (and Ive been to many) breakfast was good, staff was friendly. A few small things makes a big difference. They cancelled yoga one morning, and salsa dancing twice. We were looking forward to these. Many of the "hostel events" were missed or just not ran. Someone should be in charge of trying to drum up excitement and people to participate instead of passively waiting for people to maybe show up. Bar prices were a bit expensive and they ran out of 3 different types of beer that I preferred... Closing the bar/back room at 11:30 seems contrary to hostel life. It would be great if they could close the bar but keep those spaces open for people to use.
• Giulia (8/5): - Posto perfetto per socializzare. I più begli spazi comuni che abbia mai visto in un ostello, moltissime attività programmate per i ragazzi che danno la possibilità di fare amicizia. Receptionist molto cortesi e disponibili, lo stesso per gli altri ragazzi che lavorano lì. Ottima colazione con molte scelte. Nelle camere ci sono gli armadietti per ognuno e un unico spazio per appendere le proprie cose Per il costo dovrebbero esserci più servizi di pulizia, soprattutto nei bagni delle camere con più di 10 letti. Lo stesso dovrebbe accadere nelle camere.
