- Deborah (7/5): It was good but could be made better with a couple of updates with furniture. - Great location for us, so close to great restaurants & supermarket. The lounge needs replacing, it uncomfortable & sunken in places. Also needs a coffee table not a side table in lounge!!

The location of the apartment was very convenient, very close to trams, close to supermarkets, restaurants and the South Melbourne Markets. The furniture inside the apartment was uncomfortable and abit dated. The sofa was not comfortable, and the dining chairs which was the only other seating options, were wooden and unpadded and were also uncomfortable.

The two bedroom apartment was tiny and needed some maintenance - dishwasher had an out of order sign - wasn't working, neither was the one in the one bedroom apartment - so I wonder if this was to stop people using them rather than they were out of order. I got stuck in the bathroom so if I had been there by myself I would have been there til the cleaner came at the end of the stay! Limited parking - don't park at the supermarket as it's $52 overnight but $102 fine for parking in street so was an expensive weekend for parking. We had requested parking with the apartment but there was none by the time we checked in.

- Sujit (4/5): Avoid the stay here if you are looking to spend more than crashing on in the night only - The location is very good. In the Melbourne CBD The rooms shown in picture are only for pent house and sub pent house. Allotted rooms are in dinghy floors with no or very limited sun light. One sub pent house was allotted out of 2 apts allocated to our stay and being on diff floors with kids and highly restricted access made the stay very cumbersome. The corridors were also smelly.

Very tired apartment; worn/stained couch, broken bathroom door (couldn’t shut as would lock yourself in with no exit), open/half used milk in fridge, unusable TV (broken remote so TV could be turned on, but unable to change channels and volume was set on max but couldn’t be changed). Average cleanliness- hair found on bed sheet and bathroom floor. Noisey - day and night - due to close proximity to highway.

- Narelle24 (9/5): Edge of city conveniency. - This is a great location to stay. Close to the city, South Bank, South Melbourne Market, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for home away from home, perfect for me who was in Melbourne for medical treatment, I could relax in the lounge room each evening in comfort. We were a bit disappointed by the internet connection it wasn’t very stable.
