Guest Reviews
- laljih2026 (2/5): BAD SERVICE - REFUND BEING DENIED DESPITE PEOPLE LOSING THEIR LIVES IN REGION - Hi. I wish to express how disgraceful PREMIER INN ABU DHABI BUSINESS HOTEL is treating myself and my wife. I was due to travel from India to Abu Dhabi for a week long holiday but due to the crisis in the Middle East region, I am unable to travel as flights have been cancelled and flight refunded. However, the hotel is not only REFUSING A REFUND, they are not even responding despite many emails and cancellation form requests being completed.
Karolin Hany and Pratibha Bankar marked Womens Day couple of years ago with this statement.
'At Premier Inn, we operate very much like a family, looking out for one another and supporting our colleagues as best we can, which in turns ensures that our guests enjoy the very best in service'
ARE YOU SURE ABOUT THIS??????
I am 70 years old, my wife is 72 years old yet Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Business Park Hotel clearly don't care about people dying in the area and want to keep the money. GREED. Have some shame. A simple full refund offered would allow me to be at ease and then would be happy to visit in the next year when things have normalised in the region.
Please Please have some heart.
- 642azeemm (10/5): Friends stay - Thank you for the reception staff who help for the travel plans in the force major situation special thanks to JULIA , ARUN DUTY MANAGER AND ASWIN
- U6991EImarkd (2/5): Zero flexibility during regional airspace closure - Zero flexibility during regional airspace closure
Our flights to Abu Dhabi were officially cancelled due to force majeure following the closure of UAE airspace. The entire trip collapsed, including a cancelled cruise.
All other providers involved showed goodwill and processed cancellations despite non-refundable rates.
Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Airport refused any cancellation and insisted only on a date change, even though travel to the country was impossible.
In addition, direct attempts to contact the hotel were ignored. Emails remained unanswered, leaving us with no direct communication or clarification from the property itself.
Policies are one thing. Refusing flexibility during a documented force majeure event — while also failing to respond to customer inquiries — is another.
Very disappointing approach to customer care.
- Maisie121212 (8/5): Surprisingly good - In an industrial estate beside the airport is not where I would usually choose but it was a stopover on a very long trip. Pickup at airport and a clean room. A
Pool and decent food. Loses one point for the hefty charge for an early check in.
- NorthStar46956552550 (2/5): Disappointed with Lack of Compassion in Medical Emergency - stay away from this hotel .
I had booked a stay under a non-refundable rate. Unfortunately, I was unable to travel due to a genuine medical emergency and provided documentation to support my situation.
While I understand the terms of a non-refundable booking, I had hoped the hotel would consider a goodwill exception given the circumstances. Sadly, my request for flexibility was declined without any alternative solution or partial credit.
What disappointed me most was not the policy itself, but the lack of empathy and customer support during a difficult time. Exceptional hospitality is shown when policies are balanced with compassion.
Future guests should be aware that this property strictly enforces its cancellation terms, even in cases of medical emergencies.
- bingleybob (10/5): Absolutely fine for us - We felt the hotel was absolutely fine. We got the Etihad shuttle to the hotel, outside exit 7. Very easy, just asked staff member in airport. Check in straightforward. Room fine. We had meal in restaurant which was really good and enjoyed a drink in the bar. 15 mins by taxi from Yas Island, about 30 mins by taxi to city. We’d be happy to stay at this hotel again. One thing I would say is you are going to use the hotel’s free shuttle back to the airport, get there ahead of your departure time. It can fill quickly.
- steffimarti445 (2/5): Old and a bit dirty - The hotel is old and dirty. The dirty carpet at the reception is not professional at all. The beds are confortable but pillows are too thick. The bathrooms are not confy at all. Water faucet are dirry and water splashes outside. Shower is not good as well. Water presure is low, soap dispenser is placed too low. Floor mats are paper thin.
Confort is very low in this hotel.
Breakfast is ok but could be better.
Service at the restaurant was not great. They brought us rhe wrong dish . We were in a hurry so we did not ask to replace the dish. Christmas decoration at the reception are very cheap made of cardboard and plastic bottles.
We were here for the f1 weekend and did not spend too much time at the hotel so it worked to sleep and have breakfast.
- Bingleytraveller (6/5): Poor shuttle service - The hotel was comfortable and clean, we had a meal in the restaurant and drink in the bar which had helpful staff and good food. What lets this airport hotel down is the shuttle bus, on arrival there is no information on where to stand so you ask anyone who looks official for help and stand in hope. The first bus scheduled didn’t turn up so we ended up standing outside for 45 minutes. Next day return journey the driver said the cases had to be placed inside the bus not in the boot, while he sat there passengers manually loaded their cases onto seats to get them on.
- bdebashis (6/5): Ordinary airport hotel - We stayed at this hotel during our stopover in Abu Dhabi. It's a standard hotel near airport with basic amenities. The bed quality is good, even better than many higher priced hotels.
The service is fantastic. We checked in at middle of the night. Upon entering the room we noticed the bathtub faucet was not working. Someone attended that immediately.
The cleanliness needs improvement. There were hairs in the bathtub, meaning it was not cleaned.
- avantip2023 (2/5): A disappointing decline in standards - This was my third stay at Premier Inn Business Bay, Abu Dhabi – with previous visits in 2022 & 2023, both of which were excellent & left me with high regard for the brand. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was far below expectations & has raised serious concerns about the current state of service and management oversight.
From the outset, the service at the front desk was lacking. The receptionist, Madhu, who dealt with me on several occasions during my stay, showed no smile, no courtesy & no basic hospitality skills. There was zero guest engagement – not even the minimum expected pleasantries that create a welcoming atmosphere in any reputable hotel. This was in stark contrast to my previous visits, where I felt genuinely looked after.
On my second day, I dialled “0” from the in-room phone to request the standard daily allocation of two bottles of water. Something I’m entitled to as part of the room rate. All calls were answered unprofessionally, with no greeting, no name or department identification. Despite three separate requests throughout the day, the water was never delivered. Eventually, at 5pm I was told that because I was checking out at 6pm, I would have to pay for them. A shocking & petty approach to guest service that left me genuinely appalled.
Such responses are not only unprofessional but reflect a worrying lack of training & guest care. It seems clear there is either no quality assurance or guest service review in place by the management, or such feedback is simply not taken seriously.
A notable exception was Ronald from security, who was extremely helpful on my arrival, offering assistance with phone chargers & sharing local recommendations. However, the professionalism was unfortunately overshadowed when on my departure day, he came to my room to retrieve his charger (in spite of me informing him that I will hand over the charger to the reception upon check out) & asked me to leave a review mentioning him by name. This felt entirely inappropriate & further highlighted a complete lack of proper staff training & management oversight.
It was truly disappointing to witness such a decline in what was once a reliable hotel that offered professional hospitality. A hotel is only as good as the people representing its brand at the front line. And n this case, the experience has been tarnished by poor service, lack of accountability & a general sense of indifference from the staff.
I hope this feedback prompts a serious internal review by Premier Inn’s management, both in terms of staff conduct & training, to ensure future guests are not subjected to the same substandard experience.
- mayam819 (10/5): Remika - I had issues with my flight so returned back to the hotel, Remika was very kind and let me check back into my room for the remaining time. Thank you for your help and kindness
- HellianaDS (10/5): Absolutely worth it for my long layover - Stayed at Premier Inn for a few hours during a long layover between flights. Finding the shuttle was easy and the shuttle driver was lovely and it is on time. Easy check-in though it gets busy even at 2am you want to be first out of the shuttle if you have only a few hours to sleep because some people take forever to check in. My check in was seamless though.
Room was very comfortable, and towels very soft which was a real plus for my short stay. I only had 5 hours to sleep but I slept well and the hotel wasn’t particularly noisy. Breakfast was included in my rate and worth it to start the day - very good spread for breakfast and I loved the labelling of allergens which made it easy to know what I could have. Staff was also very friendly.
Departing with the shuttle was easy and it was again on time.
I’d definitely stay again for a long layover and maybe even a longer stay as it was really easy and they have a lot of shuttles as well to other areas of Abu Dhabi.
- ROULA-THANOS (10/5): Great Airport Hotel with good rates. - 5th time there and very happy.
Travelling transit via Abu Dhabi airport this airport is ideal as it is very close and offer great value for money.
10 mins ride either by taxi or hotel shuttle bus service.
The hotel a big restaurant and a nice bar and as well as a Cost coffee.
Rooms are nice and clean no frill but ideal to have rest.
Excellent choice for transit passengers.
- David (10/5): - Everything we needed for a 12 hour layover on way home from Oz. Shuttle service quick friendly check in at 2am, great bed, quiet, good breakfast and super vfm.
- Daniel (8/5): One night stay - Great place to stop over from airport,
Room service was good, the breakfast was very good.
- abejivani (2/5): Not a great place to stay. Bad front desk staff and attitude. No proper shuttle service and bad policy. If you are three - Not a great place to stay. Bad front desk staff and attitude. No proper shuttle service and bad policy. If you are three staying in the room they force you buy extra room
- The_Bored_Traveler (8/5): Great place, great value. - After spending 10 weeks in Abu Dhabi (mixed offshore and onshore in one of the work camps) it was a pleasant to stay in a nice surrounding, to relaxing for the night, before I would fly back home for my leave.
The staff is proffesional, and relaxed, the room was clean, clean bed sheets, clean bathroom.
The restaurant: a big choice with food, and a nice menu, and the food is great. The Next time, I will be staying here again
- marygennf (8/5): Late Check Out - Our two-night stay was amazing. Our entire experience at the hotel would have been 100% perfect if Ms Chaing/Khaing had been a little more courteous and assisted us in properly checking out by updating our access card. In fact, we are willing to pay the Aed 25 rather than going up with our access cards blocked in the elevator and our room, making us appear as dumb visitors.
This is what happened. Before leaving the hotel in the morning going out to Yas Mall, I told the lady receptionist Ms Chaing/Khaing if she can allow us to check out late, maybe at 2pm. She said a fee of Aed 25 will be imposed after an hour after 12nn but after pleading with her, she allowed us until 1 pm for free which we were very glad to hear that.
We hurriedly went back to the hotel making sure I am in he reception before 1 pm to ask for a 10-15 min extra time to pack our things out. She just said ok but not at all friendly.
What happens next is that I cant access the elevator going up (it was 5 minutes before 1pm). Thanks to the security gurad, Ronnel, who scanned his card for me. What makes me more furious was reaching our room to find out, all our cards were already blocked. A housekeeping staff saw us struggling there and approached us to see the reception again.
I approached the male staff in the reception who was very polite and updated our access card right away when I said I just need 10-15 minutes extra time. Why didn't Ms Chaing/Khaing do it instead when I approached her?
- GORDON (8/5): - The hotel itself, room and staff are all great. Only let down is the free shuttle service. No space to put the luggage and the driver isn't very friendly and not willing to help.
- blaker999 (2/5): They only want your money! - Horrible customer service from this hotel. I had my flight cancelled so I no longer need the accomodation as I have to connect to my final destination through another country now instead of Abu Dhabi. I tried to get a refund even though my booking was non refundable it was denied (which is fair) I tried to change dates for another time when I was in AD it was denied so I had to cancel my booking and lose $100s and after all this they charged me an additional cancellation fee. I understand hotels refusing a refund on a non refundable booking but I have had other hotel chains understand the situation and provide a refund or flexibility. But there was none from this hotel just take your money and then charge you even more for cancelling for reasons outside of my own control.
- Escape03703253497 (10/5): Great Layover! - The room was very clean and tidy. Also very quiet which made for a great night sleep, The accommodation offered a free shuttle to and from the airport. The staff were very polite and helpful. It was perfect for a layover and I would most certainly choose this place again if I go through Abu Dhabi
- sherylp532 (8/5): Eid Break! - As a regular, this has always been my go-to place. From the reception team led by Arun and these 2 amazing guys who cleaned my room during my stay(Martin and Varun), they were polite as always and willing to help whenever you need something. Will definitely recommend it and will come back soon..
- Abdulla9909 (10/5): Mr ( Madhuo) the best - I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Mr( Madhu) for his outstanding professionalism, warm welcome, and exceptional courtesy .
He went above and beyond to assist me and ensure my comfort, and I am especially thankful for his help in locating my lost glasses. His dedication and follow-through were truly commendable and reflect a high level of responsibility and care for guests.
Such employees represent the hotel in the best way possible and make the guest experience truly memorable.
- Mark Del (10/5): - Close to airport clean and dining options
- Y3629HTjc (10/5): Good Hotel With Good Staff - Our stay in Premier Inn has been fantastic. The room is comfortable and the buffet breakfast is good. Specifically, great thanks to David the security at Premier Inn. He is such a gentleman, helpful and friendly, and giving a homecoming feeling.
- pilgrim108 (8/5): Good Cheap Hotel For A Good Sleep - They have a shuttle from the airport but its a wait and it's not clear where you wait. I had just gotten off a long haul and wanted to sleep, but trying to figure out where I go took some time and I ended up just getting in a taxi as I was fed up of waiting.
When I reached the check in was pretty seamless, they had my details and well aware travellers just want to get in their rooms, shower and sleep it was quite swift.
I was in an end of the corridor room. very very basic of course, but the bed was very comfy and with the black out blinds I had the best sleep.
I skipped their breakfast and had put my name down for the shuttle slot the night before so came down at the appropriate time. it didn't leave exactly at that time, but not that much after.
It's worth it but allow some time for you to get from the airport to the hotel - its about 8 mins in a taxi , so if I were you, don't faff and wait for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, just get a taxi there!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great value in this location - Clean, ideal location, lovely spacious clean room. Rooftop pool very nice. Small but adequate gym. Nice atmosphere. Friendly helpful staff. Nice bar.
- Mohamed_Farouk_178 (4/5): Poor hotel - Crowded hotel with many rooms. The hotel room is very small but clean. Soap and shampoo were in large bottles difficult to squeeze it. The location is isolated but near to the airport. Price is expensive to poor three stars hotel. This hotel is not recommended for families.
- Shakil (10/5): - Overall good. No issues.
- Klaudia (10/5): - Close to airport, free shuttle bus to city and airport. Everything was wonderful 👍
- Surinder (8/5): - Hallway carpet was dirty
- Andre (8/5): - The free shuttle to the hotel was good though, a sign for the pick up from the airport would be helpful. The price is very good. It is basic and perfect for a lay over. I like this hotel, the staff was very friendly and professional. There are food options. There is nothing really around the property. A taxi ride to the city is a must if there is time.
- gijadenyc (4/5): Patience needed - I stayed at this property solo for one night while visiting the area. I emailed the property the week before to get the airport shuttle times. It was very confusing to find the place to meet the shuttle. I must have just missed the shuttle and the next one didn't come so I had to wait an hour. I also emailed the peoperty for help while I was waiting. When I arrived I was made to wait until the official check in time. After telling the staff the horrible wait that I just endured I would think they could have let me into my room 20 minutes early. The hotel is on a free bus line but you have to ask for this schedule as its not displayed. The room was fine and the WIFI worked well. In the morning I went to take the shuttle back to the airport but it was full. 3 of us were turned away and had to order a taxi to the airport. I specifically picked this hotel for the shuttles and they were unreliable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you actually want included reliable transportation.
- Illya (2/5): - Never staying again
- 470madand (10/5): Holiday - Nice place to stay when on a holiday or business trip. Location is good. Rooms are nice, all amenities good. Breakfast buffet spread is lovely . Prices are moderate. Comfortable beds. Good size swimming pool. Check in and check out is smooth and quick.
- ebrahimu2025 (10/5): Etihad Stopover Stay in Abu Dhabi - The hotel is really well located, only 8-10 minutes away from the Terminal A of the Sheikh Zayed International Airport. They offer a bus shuttle every 30 mins, both ways which is very convenient. Renuka, Kaushi and Samuel at the reception were exceptionally helpful, always prompt and polite. I was able to make the most of my Etihad stopover here!
One improvement I can suggest is providing basic additional toiletry such as lotions, and having a separate shampoo instead of common body wash and shampoo.
Very easy to recommend and perfect hotel for if you have a stopover in Abu Dhabi!
- Penelope (10/5): Ideal for short stay travellers - Ideally located near Abu Dhabi airport with a shuttle service. Comfy large rooms with great shower.
- crabbybill (8/5): Great airport hotel - Stop over hotel for a couple of nights
We used the buffet for dinner which was nice
Used the pool which was great, there was also a sun deck
Yahoob a Sri Lankan pool boy was fabulous, brought us water every couple of hours
And was so nice
The rooms were spacious and the bed was so comfortable
Easy transport from airport to hotel
Used this hotel twice on this holiday , one outgoing and returning
Would use again
- Seaside16575638617 (10/5): Excellent stay - Thank you ijaz , Sajid , Waqas , Salman, aswin, abanoub. Excellent service. Than you saqlain Abdul Arun . You all are great. Than k you guys......,........................ ........................................................
- Savitri (10/5): - I would like to thank you for arranging the shuttle services to airport
- Penelope (8/5): Good hotel close to airport for brief overnight st - Easy hotel from airport for over night stay. Reasonable menu fir quick meal or Costa coffee open 24hrs. Handy having the airport transfer.
- NIRAJ (10/5): - —
- zoraida (10/5): - Excelente hotel. Volvería a él
- Verified traveler (2/5): Huge Vaping Problem - The staff was very nice, but there is a huge vaping problem going on here. It's coming through the air conditioner and air vents. The first two rooms I walked into, I was punched in the face by the smell. The third was a little better, but it was clear, every room was plagued by it. I have asthma and a serious allergy to the stuff. It makes my ears pop painfully, and it's so frustrating to book at a smoke free hotel just to find that there is such a heavy amount of vape going on that it destroys the stay.
- Peter (10/5): - Great hotel for a layover. Has bus shuttle from airport.
- RIAD (10/5): - Everything was fine.
- James (8/5): It's good but there are other options too - Highlights were service and breakfast.. It's now a little farther away from the new airport compared to the old one, so not as convenient as it used to be..
There are newer hotels on Yas Island which are about the same distance.
However it's still very good.
- optimusprimet (10/5): Everything you'd expect from a premier inn - Loved the stay at the hotel. Prayer rooms in hotel for women was great. Discount on some attractions when booking hotel including sea life. Regular shuttles to and from the airport and various other points on Yas Marina. Great location. Helpful staff.
- Josue (4/5): - Covenient, but close to the airport. I don't recommendthdir buffet. I got food poisining and later diagnosed with Hepatitis A
- Peggy (10/5): - The hotel is closed to the airport and get provide free shuttle to airport and Yas Island. Excellent customer service.
- Sathivel (10/5): - Lovely hotel! Very quiet and clean! Bathroom was very nice! Loved the restaurant in the hotel. Very polite and attentive staff! We will stay here again!
- Megan (10/5): - Free airport shuttle and lovely, generous breakfast buffet.
- Maryam (4/5): - I was not greeted properly and the staff were not approachable at all. The breakfast was cold and poor quality. The hotel is located near the old airport which was quite far from the new airport.
- john (10/5): - All round exelent
- Helena (10/5): - Clean great staff
- Wasfia (8/5): - It is a good hotel to stay if you have a long transit in Abu Dhabi airport. It is convenient and the complimentary airport shuttle is a bonus!
- Raj (10/5): - Like: quite, food option on premises
- Dream65523189209 (2/5): Worst hotel experience at Premier Inn Abu Dhabi - We travel with 2 small kids (3 years old and 5 years old). After a long flight, the kids are cranky and restless. Despite their crankiness and restlessness, the reception counter could not care less and keeps on asking for additional charge. Reception staff name is Mr Asnaboub and he called his manager in charge for waiver approval. Again, without any kindness, the manager in charge again insisted on the additional charge for my 2 kids. Its no surprise that tourist are shying away from abu dhabi.
Not a pleasant experience at all.
- john (10/5): - Excellent staff and facilities
The only problem is , not enough info on where to get the shuttle bus at the airport. We were lucky to find as someone knew where and it was waiting to go.
I had contacted expedia and premier several times prior to arrival and no response.
- Maria Lorna (10/5): - Convenient and clean
- Tejas (4/5): - The front desk person who checked us in was very rude, made us wait for a while unnecessarily while he was doing something with his computer. Did not care to explain why the delay to allot the room.
- G9903DIstephena (8/5): perfectly adequate for a 1 night stop over - perfectly adequate for a 1 night stop over, but have to get either the hourly shuttle or a taxi from the new airport terminal 1
make sure you get on the shuttle to the airport at least 15 min before departure as it got full and people were turned away - only hourly departures. you can take an uber instead
- margaretwD7561PL (8/5): More good than bad. Just be aware. - Free shuttle bus but no notices at the airport or on the buses to say where to pick up. Serious lack of signage at Abu Dhabi airport and the hotel
The airport is at its busiest through the night. Why not offer food and drinks service for arrivals.
Spotlessly clean and very attentive well trained staff.
It would be simple to provide a bus timetable for all of the services available. Which are many. It’s like the best kept secret.
My meal tonight was a very sad offering of halloumi fingers which seemed to have been reheated from the previous day. I did notify the extremely helpful serving staff when I sent it back and was offered a replacement meal. Being GF there was very little on the a la carte menu that I could have. I suggested the chef try what I sent back, to understand why it should be removed from the menu. A huge portion of inedible food.
Having used premier inn as first choice for many years it’s rare that I have ever made a detrimental comment.
- AMMAR (6/5): - .
- Johan (10/5): - Good value for money. Excellent staff. Convenient shuttle services.
- MAHOMEDJALIL (10/5): Premier Inn Hotel Abu Dhabi - Very nice reception people and helpful mainly Mr ESAM GHONEM
Very quiet place and clean.
Great restaurant and Great Costa Coffee
Overall nice hotel
Taxi easily to get outside hotel and is mainly connected to the airport…
Easy to get to the hotel from the airport. Just follow the signs
- Bahaa (10/5): - Very close to the airport with free shuttle
- JOHANN (10/5): - Staff at reception desk was not very helpful nor welcoming.
- AJAY (6/5): - It says it is at the airport but it’s actually about a 5 minute drive away from the new airport. Shuttle bus is free and is every 1 hour.
- Victorianlad (8/5): A good rest - Because I was on a flight arriving in the early evening, I had to wait 40 minutes for the free shuttle to this Premier Inn as at that time the minibus only operates hourly.
Checkin was quick.
My room even had English type power points.
The bed was comfortable but as is usual with this chain's standard rooms, a safety deposit nox and fridge were not provided.
I did not hear any other guests.
Travel back to the airport next morning on the shuttle bus was good and punctual.
- Harshad (10/5): - Good customer service
- Kashif (6/5): - Looks like a 2* hotel, no amenities in room, not even facial tissue. Price too high for the service in return
- Reinaldo (8/5): - Friendly staff
- AteeqAhmed (2/5): - Poor customer service
- PARTH (10/5): - It was nice facility of bus shuttle from airport to hotel
- Mark (2/5): - Rude staff and check-in that took forever!!
- Nadir (10/5): - Breakfast was good with a wide choice to suit everyone.
Room was a decent size.
Corridors smelt a bit damp but the room was fine.
Staff were super helpful and took their jobs seriously whilst being friendly and civil.
Plenty of free parking.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointed - Shower didn’t work, no water pressure, toiletries were empty. Reception staff informed no apology or anything.
Such a shame I have stayed here many times, always been fine but sadly not this year.
- Alasdair (4/5): Okay if you really need somewhere next to airport - Damp smelling dirty room with mouldy bathroom
- karim (4/5): - smoke coming out of airvents, staff reception was not welcoming, resturants and bar tender were very hospitable, shuttle runs on its own time. 2/6
- Pascal (6/5): - Old rooms
- Letisha (10/5): - Loved my short stay here thank you for your hospitality
- Eniko (10/5): - Good layover hotel with free shuttle service.
- Lee (10/5): - The check-in staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and had a comfortable bed. The hotel is ideally located for Abu Dhabi airport.
- dinesh (10/5): - We had to toe luggage tropes ourselves. No manpower availability
- Shahzoda (10/5): - Great!
- Andrew (8/5): Served its purpose - It served the purpose of a transit stop-over.
No thrills, water pressure a little weak and not quite so convenient to get to and from Terminal A.
Best thing was the breakfast. Good value for money.
- Felicia (10/5): - Great option for an overnight layover. The room was very clean, check-in was quick and the free shuttle service was very convenient.
- Ashok (10/5): - NA
- Muhammad (6/5): - Stayed there for few hours due to connecting flight. The airport shuttle bus was in very poor condition. Was extremly noisy and air con was not working properly. There were flies in the coach. Though the driver and staff were extremly courteous and helpful. Also there were no amenities in the wash room except for towels and soup.
- Michael (10/5): - Breakfast was great, room was nice, quite, and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful
- Pritika (8/5): - Nice property around airport, great breakfast and pool with airport view and provide free airport shuttle and to Yas island
- Pavel (6/5): - Airport shuttle every 30 min, very full in our time (ONLY 23 prs)
- M.L. Fara (8/5): - it was an amazing experience, comfortable accommodations, good food, and helpful staff!
- Ratna (8/5): - Nothing much
- Kevin (8/5): - This place was a real, last-minute bargain. I liked the shuttle idea, though the schedule did not fit my needs. My room may have had a very faint scent of residual smoke from a smoker, but it did not bother me (and I am easily bothered by such things). If near the airport, I would definitely stay again.
- Kylie (10/5): - Great stay for 1 night near the airport with convenient shuttle which was very easy to catch.
