- Harry (10/5): - Confetti Garden is the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far in Laos. Tee the manager and his all staff were absolutely incredible. I couldn’t fault this hotel at all. The rooms are spacious, super clean with super comfy beds. Each room included a kettle, robes and slipper which was a lovely touch. The pool and hotel area is perfect size and the breakfast was spot on. I ended up extending my stay as I didn’t want to leave and wish I could of stayed longer. Great value for money. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Vang Vieng . Thank you CFT
- Lewis (10/5): - We had a great stay in Confetti Hotel, which provided us with stylish ambience, the most comfortable room and bed, everything very clean and lovely pool on top of all of that. Most importantly though we were looked after so well especially by the manager Tee who greeted us on our arriving. We were helped with the scooter rental which was tremendously helpful regarding the fact that all rental companies outside ask you to leave your original passport - which is too much of a risk that we would rather avoid. We were assisted with our transport back to the trainstation which saved a lot of time and hassle. Overall we had an amazing stay and felt at home with all the attention, hospitality and facilities! Thank you for everything- most appreciated and we would come back here again!

Comfort, great swimming pool, friendly staff, and the best breakfast in 7 weeks of travelling. Good located just 5 munites walk to the market. Very quiet hotel . Large, spacious rooms with air conditioning . Highly recommend!

The condition of the hotel is, well, run down/not finished, especially the pool area needs improving. Breakfast is mediocre, limited choices and not very tasty food. Staff speaks Engligh better than Laos average.

Room is big and clean great balcony , hot water, AC is strong, fresh water and towels every day. it's located about 5 min walk from night market and there are many restaurants around, there is great restaurant just infront of the hotel. We would like to thanks Dzung who helped us with transport, tours, basically with everything you need. We would also recommend using his services for buying train tickets since we tried to buy it ourselves, it took many hours and we almost could not get them so yes don't try to buy train tickets yourself. Just great stay, so don't hesitate to come here and enjoy great vacation! I would come back stay here again.

They will assist you in booking any activity you’d like and always gave us great recommendations. We had planned to stay for 1 nights but mainly thanks to the staff and their advise we ended up spending an extra 3 nights. - Rudolf (8/5): Good breakfast but bathroom needs an upgrade. - Decent hotel that could use some tender loving care. The room was clean, large and comfortable but the bathroom could do an upgrade. The main issue was that the toilet seat was loose and there is a strange window screen for privacy on a glass windows. Breakfast was good and had a variety of options to choose from. Wi-fi is fast and reliable.

- annette (8/5): - The room was noisy with many rooms coming off the tiled echoey hallways anyone talking or coming back late or early morning is heard on the rooms. The pipes of neighbouring rooms were also very noisy. Hot water ran out a couple of times and the AC only just cool. Pillows not good quality and when asked for an extra they didn’t give us one. We were there for 4 nights. The view was lovely from our window and the rooftop and breakfast ok. Good egg/pancake cooks, very fast and efficient. Good checkin. Wouldn’t return though.
- Philip (4/5): - Confetti Garden was a disappointment and when I find myself back in Vang Vieng next, I absolutely will not come back here. The windowless room not located on the river. The non functioning refrigerator was unacceptable and the shower’s hot water didn’t work until you started running the sink. There are countless signs proclaiming their pointless rules (e.g. no eating in your room) I paid for a king bed but it was two twin beds put together. I have encountered this before but usually they have a mattress topper to maintain the bed’s cohesion but not here where you could find yourself your bed drifting away from you and fall down the middle. We booked a hot air balloon ride through the hotel and were advised that they will pick us up 5 minutes early for a 5:30 am sunrise departure. We were left waiting for about an hour because of the later sunrise. This is understandable but what isn’t is that the company called to inform the hotel but that information was not relayed to me. Poor service was a real downer to the trip. Their explanation that ‘no one was here to take the call’ was hardly reassuring. When it became time to pay they quoted USD but wouldn’t accept my bills due to imperfections. I then paid in Lao Kip but they converted the USD price at an unfavorable rate while being in Laos. That makes no sense. Breakfast buffet was mediocre and I ate the minimum for sustenance. Sugar packets from random different airlines is telling. I don’t recommend staying here.

- Fadila (10/5): - My room was so amazing - I stayed here as a little break from hostels and it was very fancy, spacious and comfortable. The staff were really lovely, and that view of the hot air balloons from the roof was incredible.

N'ayant prévu que 2 nuits au départ, David a été d'une grande aide dès mon arrivée pour me permettre de savoir tout de suite ce qu'il fallait faire et m'organiser au mieux. J'ai prolongé d'une nuit ensuite. Il peut aussi organiser vos activités en réservant vos excursions directement, ce qui est très pratique. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et assez varié. La chambre est spacieuse, très propre et agréable. La salle de bain est propre, assez spacieuse et la cabine de douche appréciée. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. Il est aussi possible de laver son linge directement dans l'hôtel sans que vous n'ayez à faire quoi que ce soit, ce qui est très pratique si vous voyagez pour une longue durée. L'hôtel est à quelques minutes à pied de la rue principale avec de nombreux restaurants et cafés. La visite des points principaux se fait facilement à pied.
- Xyz (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay at the Confetti Hotel. Staff were exceptionally helpful and my room was quiet and recently refurbished. However, space is definitely at a premium as was storage. Bed is firm. The hotel is just a few minutes from the Night Markets with plenty of nice restaurants close by. There’s a very reasonable laundry service nearby.

- Lynette (8/5): Nice hotel - We stayed for 3 nights at the Confetti Garden hotel. The rooms are clean and the shower was fantastic, the best we have had in Laos. The buffet breakfast had lots of options, including freshly brewed coffee to order, and eggs to order. The roof top bar is lovely for a great sunset view, but the prices for drinks and food are expensive. The hotel is only a few minutes walk to the night market, many restaurants and the river. Happy to recommend.

The view from our room and their rooftop bar was amazing overlooking the mountains nearby. You can book motorbikes, tours and transportation right at the hotel hassle free. - Kheng hua (4/5): - We’re practical travellers. We’re mid level - clean, good location, wifi. Confetti Gardens was a disappointment because of the following reasons 1. There was no hot water after 7pm and nobody informed us. 2. The tour desk told us he’d get shuttle tickets from vang vieng to luang prabang and guaranteed it but hecdidnt in the end. And even though he promised he is at desk 6am to 10pm everyday he wasnt and we had to make our own arrangements last min to Luang Prabang. 3. The front desk was so shifty with regards to these last min arrangementa via mini bus to luang prabang. At first it was 400k Lak per person and our bikes are free. Then it was extra 300k lak per bike. The departure time kept changing from 8am to 9am to 10am. In the end we travelled in a mini van with locals whoo were dropped off at their various addresses extending the already long duration of the trip which was between 6-7hours. Finally frint desk said we would be dropped at our luang prabang hotel but when we got to luang prabang the bus driver said final stop qas train station and we had to pay extra 200k lak to a tuk tuk to get us to our hotel. All in all, our experience at Confetti Garden was not good. We will not be staying there again nor recommending it to anyone.

- Diane (10/5): Great stay! - At check-in, it was noticed that our room was to be on the side closest to construction going on next door and the desk re-assigned us to the opposite side without hesitation. Very considerate! The room itself was clean and comfortable. Good buffet breakfast including eggs made to order. We would definitely stay again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Construction noise and unclean - The hotel next door is under construction. Very noisy into the night and early morning. If you must stay ask for a room on the other side. The description says soundproof rooms, but that is not true...late at night we had neighbours that stood outside the room talking, all the sound came in. Terrible night of ‘sleep’. The cleanliness was terrible, I dropped my face cream and when I cleared it up the tissue was black from the floor dirt. The toilet seat was disgusting covered in stains and unclean. Breakfast was not good either. Cannot recommend. Definitely not 4 star, even without construction work it would be 2 stars at best. Overpriced.

- John (10/5): What a great stay! Looking forward to returning! - We had a great stay at Eden De Vang Vieng! Although we had no problems with the construction next door, they gave us an upgrade with a view of the city! Like all hotels, they are struggling to compete in the area so please be kind to the staff including those cleaning your room. The staff speaks Laotian, English, and Vietnamese. The hotel is located close enough to the heart of the city but far enough from the noise. The rooms might be rough around the edges but based on a working air conditioner, comfort of the bed, strong shower water pressure, and other amenities, this hotel exceeded our needs. If you want to catch a sunset or seeing hot air balloons, definitely head to their 5th floor (avoid the slippery floors) to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains. We loved their Laos fusion continental breakfast including coffee, tea, rice, soup, cutlets, vegetables, salad, and fruits that varies each day. For me, I had their fried rice, lemongrass chicken, pork sausages, sliced papaya, and fresh fruit juice. Upon a long day of tours, we sat nearby their pool to relax and drink some alcohol. You can drop off your laundry in the morning with a pickup in the evening for 15000LAK (about $1.80 USD) per kilo. Plus, they are nearby our now favorite vendors which includes Smile Tours (owner who helped booked our tours and next bus ride), delicious lotee pancakes (a mother with a stand right of the night market gate), and Oasis Restaurant (owner who genuinely cares about his food).

- Verified traveler (8/5): A Nice Stay in Vang Vieng - I was welcomed with kindness and the check in process was very smooth and fast. There is a lift/ elevator in the building for easy transport of luggage. The room was clean, and looked like the photos. The bed was a bit firm, but not unbearable. The hotel is located close to many of the bars and restaurants in town. The breakfast was very simple, but had some substantial choices. One issue was that there is construction next door. I’m not sure if it was due to the rain, but the men would work in 30 minute intervals starting at 6:30 am. If you are a light sleeper, request a room on the other side of the building.
