- Francesco (10/5): WEEKEND DA 10 E LODE - Posizione eccezionale, a pochi passi dalla Metro. Problema straordinario non dipende dalla struttura risolto egregiamente ed inaspettatamente. Stanza perfetta. Colazione non enorme ma assolutamente completa e sufficiente. Se proprio dobbiamo trovare il classico "pelo nell' uovo" qualche altro dolce nella colazione, ma ripeto che trattasi cmq di trovare l'eccellenza. Per il resto posso dire che, se torno a Napoli, torno sicuramente al 7TH FLOOR SUITE.

The entire place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. What we loved: The Room: Our room was impressively spacious and bright, filled with natural light which made it feel very airy and relaxing. Breakfast: A great start to the day! The food was good, but the coffee was extraordinary—truly authentic Italian quality. The Location: Being just a short walk from the Vanvitelli Metro Station made exploring Naples so easy. Vomero District: This neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and vibrant. There are endless options for fantastic restaurants and shops right at your doorstep. A small note: The pillows were a bit too firm for my personal preference, but everything else was so perfect that it didn't take away from the experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples who wants to stay in a lovely, upscale area!

- Adrienn (10/5): Ha jövünk még Nápolyba, biztosan megszállunk itt. - A szállásadóink nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. A bőröndöket a repülőgép indulásáig a szálláson hagyhattuk. A szoba modern, tiszta, minden nap takarítottak. Közlekedés szempontjából is remek választás, metróval 20-25 perc alatt minden megközelíthető. A reggeli finom volt. Nem volt ilyen.

- Laura (6/5): Ho soggiornato con mia figlia 3 giorni scelto basandomi sulle ottime recensioni. Per quanto mi riguarda però , purtroppo - La location. Il quartiere Vomero è ottimo e il B&B si trova a pochi passi sia dalla metropolitana che dalla funicolare. Qualche dettaglio, ma soprattutto il fatto che il letto non venisse rifatto con accuratezza e la stanza non sia stata fatta per nulla l’ultimo giorno lasciandoci senza carta igienica. Il prezzo non è super economico e per questa cifra ho soggiornato in un hotel a Venezia l’anno scorso nello stesso periodo con tutti i servizi di un hotel, vale a dire un ricco buffet a colazione con bevante servite al tavolo, sala colazioni dedicata e non all’entrata accanto al welcome desk, qualcuno che sia sempre presente in reception, nessun bisogno di mettere 10 centesimi in una cassetta per far funzionare un ascensore (cosa peraltro non indicata al momento della prenotazione per cui mi chiedo come facciano gli ospiti internazionali che non hanno come moneta l’euro).

- Federico (9/5): - Accoglienza e gentilezza sono i protagonisti di questa struttura. Staff sempre disponibile, preparato e cordiale. La colazione potrebbe essere migliore, basta poco.

La gentillesse du personnel, tout particulièrement de Livia qui est exceptionnelle. - Le confort des lits très dur, et le 3e lit qui s'apparentent plus à un lit de camp avec un matelas très très fin. - Le "parking" annoncé sur le site par l'hôtel n'existe pas. C'est incompréhensible car quand nous avons réservé, nous avons reçu un message nous expliquant que l'hôtel a un accord avec un parking à proximité immédiate. Ce qui nous a rassuré (car le stationnement à Naples est une véritable galère) et encouragé à louer une voiture. Puis, la veille de notre arrivé, lorsque nous demandons plus d'infos pour le parking, on nous explique qu'il n'y en a pas et que nous devons nous débrouiller... - L'insonorisation est catastrophique. On a vérifié plusieurs fois que les fenêtre étaient fermées tellement on entend la rue. On entend aussi tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir, et dans les chambres voisines... y compris les wc... Charmant ! - La salle de bain est petite, spartiate et obsolète. La note de 9 sur booking n'est clairement pas méritée... On est très très loin d'un standing "exceptionnel"

- Martin (6/5): Für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen. - Grundsätzlich solides Zimmer. Check in war auch sehr einfach und gut beschrieben. Gute Lage (4 Gehminuten zur nächsten Metro) Eignet sich super für eine Nacht. Im Badezimmer war leider Schimmel an den Wänden und das Frühstück war auch nicht besonders ausgiebig.
