• Dieter Torsten (8/5): 3 Nächte Dormity Avisha Residency - Ich habe hier 3 Nächte im Dormity geschlafen. Es war sauber. Freundliches Personal. Es gab ausreichen sanitäre Einrichtungen. Gute Lage, um in der Nähe des Flughafens zu übernachten. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt empfehlen. Es waren leider keine Steckdosen und kein Licht am Bett. Ein Vorhang wäre auch super.

• Oldbrezzy (6/5): An acceptable place for one night in Vasco Da Gama - We had a possibility of check-in during a night, quite large room, good location, not far away from the railway station. We've got only one towel, the balcony was nice, but it wasn't too clean. There were a lot of barking dogs in the hotel area at night, however, it's not the hotel's fault. There wasn't a floor squeegee in the bathroom.

I took one bed for a few hours because my flight was at midnight . I could not even survive those few hours. It felt horrible.

• Carla (5/5): Worst night's sleep I've had in India - Located close to the train station (9 minute walk). There was a locker for every bed. The bedsheets were very dusty and dirty. The bathroom smelled of urine. I barely slept all night because of the mosquitoes biting me relentlessly and the packs of dogs barking on the street at all hours. It didn't help that they left the window of the reception (which was right next to my room) open all night letting the mosquitoes come in freely. There was a sign saying free wifi was available in the rooms but when I asked staff for the password they told me the wifi didn't work in the room and didn't give it to me. Some of the sockets/power outlets didn't work. No amenities provided whatsoever: no toilet paper, no soap, no towel, no blanket. Some beds didn't even have a pillow. I'm a woman and they put me in the dorm room alone with a man, which was very uncomfortable and unsafe.

• Eva (1/5): Terrible stay - There was really nothing good about this place. Only thing you could say is that it was not in a touristy area, but that's because it's a bad area. The staff were really rude and unhelpful. The room was very dirty, and when I asked them to clean the very dirty locker so I could put my stuff in there they wouldn't do this. It was not possible to close the door so anyone could enter. There was no blanket.

• Abraham (1/5): Remove Avisha Residency from your recommendation and arrange to inspect their facility to confirm. - Complaint: The picture of AVISHA RESIDENCY HOTEL in your site is very shining and excellent but now its colours outside is completely faded and hotel front, back side looks old and dirty. There is no lift in this building. Customers like me are cheated by your ad and recommendation. No food including tea/coffee is available in this hotel upto 10 am in the morning and I heard after 9 pm also no food,tea,coffee etc. We astonished to see such a hotel at my age of 72 years. We went there to attend afuneral so there was no time to change hotel. You are requested to cancel this hotel from your list. For your information I paid them Rs3600 for 2 nights stay without proper receipt. You please assign your staff or agent and must verify the facts urgently. If you claim AVISHA RESIDENCY HOTEL As a three star hotel, it is nit true and you are cheating customers. For any reference regarding my report you can contact me on Indian mobile number 9349318957. I also request you to refund full amount of Rs.3600 I paid to the hotel staff or at least 50% of that. You should also consider the age of customers using Avisha Residency and in future please do not give such hard time especially to senior citizen. For us it was a big shame to inform our friends and relatives that we stayed at Avisha Residency. I hope that you will seriously consider my above complaint.
• Bhanu (1/5): Never stay in avisha dormitory.. - Near busstand and railway station.. Worst experience..first of all they mentioned AC in the dormitory while booking but they denied.. it was hot and full of mosquitoes. spent a horrible night.. I will never ever stay at this hotel again..they should have not mentioned AC .. I am definitely going to complain to the consumer forum..they are misrepresenting the consumers with false promises..the ridiculous part was the washrooms without hangers...

In the meadle of the night people working there come to check , light on your face! I was sleeping a mouse ( rat ) coming on me , very disgusting!!! How can you sleep with rat in the room ??? Also the bed very small and bad and the price does not convince the room, it should be half. The hotel very bad!

Had to run to Atm in scorching heat just for getting money. 4. Reception is on 1st floor and after checkout i requested receptionist to ask someone to carry luggage outside. Receptionist says we had to do it on our own.(i was accompanied by my partner)
