Regina (8/5): Overall enjoyed the stay but because of the host will not want to stay in these apt again. - Check in was easy, clear instructions Place was clean. Samsung tv was out favourite Swing and table/chairs in the balcony were great! Washing machine provided Swimming assessable Towels were provided 2 Extra floor beds with pillow and blanket provided 1. The WhatsApp number provided.. Contacting the host before check in was difficult. Msged the host on Monday and only got reply on Friday (the day of my arrival) 2. They Request to inform 1day earlier for late check out, when inform no reply than on the day was told cannot due to other guest booking. 3. The number provided was different from the booking.com number. Number provided took days to reply: where else the other number answer the calls within mins. 4. Only can park 1 vehicle for 4room apt (3 family). Better if At least have additional cost to park on the same building. 5. Hated the number lock system for the door. Locked ourself out a few times and had to call the person multiple times. 6. Only has mirror in the bathroom x2. Better for all rooms to have. 7. Check in 3pm but check out 11am with additional charge of 30rm per hour is ridiculous.
Juraidah (9/5): Nice place. Spacious and clean. - The amenities around it makes it a good palce to chill. Most is ok. Some other minor stuff can be upgraded.
Kiritkumar (10/5): - The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great.

Verified traveler (6/5): Spacious apartment good for 6 adults - Aesthetically pleasing spacious apartment, but the property requires much needed repairs and updates - door hinges and knobs are coming off, dripping airconditioner condensation at the balcony, sofa is dusty, etc. Ants are everywhere - toilets, dining table, kitchen... Only hand soap and dishwashing detergent are provided. Swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay. Security should be further improved for the unit - no locks for metal gate, only a simple lock for main door. There are numerous eateries within walking distance, however, there are night clubs nearby that contributed to much noise at night. Owner has been responsive to communication, however, should have been more open about the capacity of the property. There are only 3 bedrooms and good for 6 adults to sleep comfortably. However, we booked and paid extra for 7 adults and there was no extra bath towels nor mattress for this extra pax.

RUMI (8/5): - ホテルではなく、アパートメントです。受付もないので、オーナーとのメールか電話のやりとりが必要です。ホテル兼アパートメントはよくとまっていましたがこのタイプは初めてだったので、びっくりする方もいるかもしれません。部屋の中は広く清潔で、洗濯機もあったので助かりました。
