• Takeda (2/5): もう泊まらない。 - 部屋にビールがあった。 ドアの下に隙間があり、ドアも外に面しているので、虫が入ってくるし、下の中庭で騒いでいる音が聞こえる。夜は寒かった。ドアの下をバスタオルで塞いだ。受付も日本語が話せない、通じない方がいるので困った。利用者は韓国の方がほとんどだった。フロント前のロビーで食べ飲みしていて、騒がしかった。

• Glenn (10/5): - The complimentary beers in the fridge were awesome, the staff were really welcoming, and the room was clean and spacious. One guest spilled a whole beer in the elevator when we checked out at 5:30am, so if you want a nice quiet stay maybe this isn't the place for you.

• Terry (8/5): - L'ambiance un peu festive de l'hôtel, la proximité à la gare et la taille de la chambre sont top. Super rapport qualité prix pour qui veut profiter de Fukuoka et de ses environs. Dommage de ne pas avoir de lave linge à disposition, les lits un peu inconfortables à mon goût car trop mous, mais c'est subjectif.

• kim (8/5): - 바닥이 마루인 점과 맥주외 주류14종 프리 제공 임팩트가 크네요. 프런트데스크가 있는 2층에 스낵바와 생맥주인지 하이볼인지 제공중이어서 외부음식 포장해 와서 먹을수도 있고 좋았습니다. 건물자체의 방음이 단점이에요.바깥 바이크소리 차량 소리들이 제법 크게 들리고 3층에서 숙박해서 그런지 2층 스낵바 외부소음도 제법 들리는 편이에요 소음 예민하신 분들은 불편할수 있겠고 그외 나머지 요소들은 만족합니다.

• TOMOKI (8/5): コスパ最高。 - 博多駅から徒歩6分くらいと好立地。しかも、大通りをまっすぐ歩けばよいだけなので、迷わず行ける。 部屋がリーズナブルで綺麗。スイートだったので、家族4人で持て余すくらいの広さ。マッサージチェアがついていたので、疲れも癒せて大満足。 漫画コーナーがあり、チェックイン前など楽しく時間を潰せる。 トイレとお風呂が別ではあるが、風呂はガラスのドアなので、誰かがお風呂を利用しているとトイレが使えない。洗面所もトイレと同じ部屋なので、同様に使えないのは困った。海外っぽさはあるが、日本人の感覚だと戸惑う。また、風呂場やトイレに鍵がかけられないのも困った。 寝室とソファースペースの電灯が、一つのスイッチで制御されているので、誰かがベッドで寝てしまったら、リビングスペースは真っ暗になってしまう。

• YEN NI (9/5): - 地點近火車站和主要商業區，酒店和房間的整潔到很好 工作人員有禮貌，樂意幫助住客 連續入住沒有人打掃房間，住兩三天還可，如住一周可能有一些麻煩。雖然房間住客自行保持整潔不困難，但希望酒店可以改為每隔兩至三天打掃一次，這樣既能保持房間的整潔，亦省卻了住客要到樓下加添補充物品的麻煩（例如毛巾紙巾等需要在旅程的第三四天到前台補充）

Other reviewers have similar experiences. We had to have move room to a cleaner room. The baggage storage fee (550 yen per bag) is scandalous. There is a fitness room that was closed.

• Mary Jane (8/5): overall, our stay is good. - there's no breakfast but snacks and drinks were readily available and you can get as much as you want. i also liked that i can get towels, and toiletries whenever without the need to ask hotel staff. bottom of bed is very dusty. seems it has not been cleaned for quite sometime. needs more place to hang clothes and more hangers and additional pillows also (at least two for each person staying). room is a bit small but bearable.
