- Marta (8/5): GoHouse, antiprofissional. Hoteis, má informação. - O grande problema não está no local, está no atendimento, nas informações disponíveis e na logística. Caso que envolveu não só a Go House como também a Hoteis.com, já que entrei em contato telefônico com ambas. 1. Não fica claro que não se trata de um Hotel e sim de um apartamento alugado. 2. Foi acordado que só haveria pagamento no local, e cobraram 50% do valor antecipados no meu cartão. 3. Informaram que as chaves seriam retiradas no próprio local de estadia, o que fui descobrir um dia antes que não. Os locais ficam a 3km. 4. Chegando no local de retirada das chaves, minha reserva não estava reconhecida. Foi dito que havia outras pessoas para o mesmo apartamento. Fui tratado com imensa descortesia e grosseria. No final tive que ligar para a Go House e eles demonstraram a atendente que eu era o cliente esperado. No final fiquei com o apartamento, mas a custas de muita, muita, dor de cabeça e aborrecimento desnecessário. 5. Foi cobrado um valor a mais que o acordado, cerca de R$ 175. Disseram que foi por taxa de limpeza. O que para mim foi um cúmulo depois do item 4. Com muito custo o problema foi resolvido, mas perdi um horas na resolução desses problemas. Sobre o apartamento. É ótimo. Há todos utensílios básico para um casa normal, desde ferro a espremedor de laranjas. Sua localização não é das melhores, já que fica próximo a cracolândia e há muito pedintes, moradores de rua e viciados naquela localidade. P.S.: Não há Wifi, como indicado na descrição pela Hoteis.com
