• alessandra (9/5): Splendida posizione - Posizione ottima, appartamento luminoso, rumori attutiti dai serramenti. Il secondo bagno (solo wc e lavandino) molto comodo. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il checkout con un sistema molto funzionale di chiave di cortesia. Gestori molto gentili e attenti. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Potrebbe avere qualche rifinitura o arredo in più, per renderlo più accogliente, ma nel complesso è comunque molto piacevole e funzionale.

• Sinead (10/5): Loved it - So clean, so comfortable, so spacious. The high ceilings and the balcony were a real treat in what is usually a very tight city. Walking distance to most places and great access to food bars and sights. Didn’t love the traffic noise due to the location so close to a busy junction. We played white noise and it helped but perhaps bring ear plugs if sensitive to noise.

The cleaning was more thorough than any other accommodation I've stayed at. The kitchen was convenient and clean. The elevator was too small for a family of four to ride together, and the stairs to the fifth floor were a bit daunting.

• Aisling (8/5): Comfy apartment in an excellent location. - Excellent location, very close to buses and a short walk to the Trevi fountain. The apartment was very spacious for our party of three, with two in the double bed and one on the pull out sofa bed. We had an issue with the hot water in the shower. It was very finicky and would only occasionally be hot but would often go back to being cold even after long periods of letting it run. However, the host was easy to contact and was going to send a plumber but we were leaving the next day.

• Milan (7/5): Excellent location, but basic amenities and maintenance need improvement. - The location alone makes it worthwhile — just 5 minutes from Piazza di Spagna and 10 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Hot water takes a long time and the shower temperature fluctuates. No cleaning service or towel/linen changes during the stay.

• Ruth (8/5): - Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind sehr gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, das Gepäck vor Ort zu deponieren.

• Hajar (7/5): Perfect location but please fix the water situation! - Perfect location. 5 mins from Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. 20mins walk to colosseum. Lots of shops and cafes nearby. The beds were very comfy and the place was clean. WiFi was good. AC worked well. Hot water didn’t work most times - the water was ice cold, hard to shower in. The pressure of the water was weak for taps. The shower drain was blocked from underneath and kept causing flooding in the shower basin.

Хозяин всегда был на связи. Всю сантехнику необходимо заменить и сделать ремонт в ванне. Не работает слив в душевой кабине. Дверь в ванную представляет собой странную конструкцию, как бы подвешенную. Дверь вообще не закрывается, полностью отсутствует шумоизоляция, честно говоря, если один человек пошёл в ванну или туалет, то другой слышит и даже видит все происходящее)
• Maria Cristina (4/5): - Localização excepcional, funcionários muito prestativos. Conseguimos acessar a acomodação bem antes do horário do check-in. Em relação ao apartamento 1: Ralo da pia do banheiro e ralo do box entupidos, chegava a cobrir os pés enquanto tomava banho. A água quente demorava a correr e acabava durante um banho mesmo que rápido. Não tem prateleira dentro do box para apoiar shampoo e condicionador, tinha que ficar abrindo a porta do box para pegar na pia. A torneira da cozinha estava um pouco solta, era difícil manipular sem abri-la demais ou de menos. Acredito que com uma manutenção isso se resolva, mas é necessário fazer essa manutenção para que a hospedagem seja adequada.

• Mustafa (10/5): A hidden gem in the heart of Rome! - We travelled as a family of four. The Apartment was very clean and nice and also large enough to accomodate us. the airconditioning worked perfectly at this hot summer time. the location is incredible because its 5 minutes walking distance from all the sightseeings and like tens of restaurants and many supermarkets. the tenant Fabrizio was really nice and helpful. its simply a hidden gem in the very center of Rome! i will always stay here when i visit again. Thank you. nothing!

Fabrizio was very accomodating with storing luggage before check-in and after check-out—which was a great help. Apartment is dated overall, dirty walls, mattress shorter than bed frame, couch is uncomfortable, cleaning was below standards.

• Ssag (9/5): Short Vacation @ Rome - The location is perfect since it is so close Fontana Di Trevi and Piazza Spagna. No need to use public transportation and car rental. Transportation from Airport to apartment is so easy and safe. Cleaning is good. WiFi connection should be better, so much disconnection occurs. City taxes should be decreased by council of Rome or government. Disposable slippers should be better to use. No water @ Fontana Di Trevi 😞

• Catherine (8/5): Nice clean apartment with great access to main attractions - I would recommend the spain apartments for couples. We stayed as 2 couples and found the space would have been better with just 2. The host was lovely and the location great for getting to all the main attractions. It is in a busy/ noisy area but the windows where good enough so it did not impact our stay The sofa bed was just a little too small and not that comfy.

• Jennifer (9/5): Excellent apartment in the perfect location. - The host was super responsive and the location was fabulous - just a short walk to the Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and Barbarini (where you can get a taxi, bus, train, etc.) There are several delicious restaurants in the area. I can personally recommend Osteria el Gusto for its simple and delicious food and amazing service. Rome is loud and the apartment is in the middle, so sitting on the balcony was quite loud, but the apartment had very good windows, so when the windows are closed, it's very peaceful inside.

I was also able to do some laundry which was a big bonus. The apartment has a lift. This was a good stay all was good

He so kindly waiting for us when we were delayed from our airport shuttle and every interaction with the staff was so nice. The apartment is in a perfect location with great amenities. The pull out sofa mattress is a bit uncomfortable.

• Besa (9/5): Superb - Elena was a perfect host. She waited for us at the entrance of the building. Answered all our questions and provided useful information for us to be able to utilize our stay in Rome. The shower needs an upgrade.
