Brak wyposażenia aneksu kuchennego ( były wyłącznie kubki). Brak drążka w prysznico‐ suszarni, aby powiesić wyprane mokre ubrania. Brak półek na prywatne przybory kosmetyczne w łazience. Wyczuwalny zapach z kanalizacji. Mała przestrzeń ( na zdjęciach wydawało się dużo większe). Brak miejsca na bagaże przy 3 osobach. Mikrofala na korytarzu w części wspólnej.

• Bradley (4/5): Not made for 4 - The apartment had a wonderful bathroom with drying features and so on. The TV in the rooms was also very nice. You're nicely situated as well being not far from Ueno park, a subway to the skytree/Akihabara and a JR station with the JY and JK lines. Despite being advertised as a 4 person room the place was far too cramped. There is not nearly enough space in the apartment for 4 people to store their luggage, to the point where I had to keep my luggage stored in the bathroom. The beds only work for 4 people if a family is staying there with 2 kids sharing the sofa bed and a loving couple that cuddles up close together to sleep. For 4 friends however, the beds and blankets were far too small.

• Leah (7/5): Clean place and good enough to have a good sleep after a long day of walking and exploring Tokyo. - It is clean and comfy beds but it is a small space for 4 people. We can’t even open our luggages all at the same time. But the staff kept it clean and tidy for us on our 4th night onwards. If you’d be exploring the whole day, it’s fine. The microwave is at the ground floor to share with everyone in the building. It is also about 15 minutes walk to the station. It is a tiny space.

• 渓 (4/5): - 只是一家由原有的公寓楼改装的民宿。202的房型太过狭小。楼梯狭窄，不方便拿行李上下楼。同等价格完全可以入住正规酒店，正规酒店无论是服务、卫生等条件均在此民宿之上。如果说此民宿价格低于一般商务酒店价格的话，应该说因人而异，可以满足部分节约成本的人群。总之性价比低，是此酒店（民宿）的缺点。

Hay un microondas en la planta baja en caso de que sea necesario. Falta limpieza en las escaleras y espacios comunes, era una mugre. La habitación para 2 era muy chica, no hay ni una mesita para apoyar o tomar un té. Es cierto que en Japón son chicas las estancias pero no tanto como este. 0 menaje para la zona de cocina, ni una taza. El baño no tiene repisa para apoyar, dejamos las cosas en el suelo.

• YAYOI (9/5): 東京の下町でのリラックスした旅でした - 立地が便利（JR、東京メトロの最寄りの駅まで徒歩10分程度）。静かな環境。比較的近くにコンビニがあるので、不便さは感じません。とても暑い日々だったので到着時にエアコンをつけていてくれてとてもありがたかったです。ベッドの寝心地もよかったですし、小さいながらも服などを収納できるクローゼットがあって便利でした。 宿泊した部屋は中に階段があって2階式になっていたのですが、１階部分にあるベッドが少し大きすぎてスーツケースを広げたり荷物を整理する場所がちょっとしかなかったです。1階の玄関を入って直ぐにみんなが使用できる電子レンジがあるのですが、私が使用する直前に使った他の宿泊客が汚れたままにしていたので、私が汚れを処理しました。電子レンジ使用にあたっての注意点等を貼り紙していただけるとよかったと思います。

Yes, the stairs are narrow and there is no front desk, but when booking they do let you know that (and it's in the description) so I had no issues before, during or after my stay. The hotel was roomy, clean, and comfortable for my group of 5 adults. I did need to reach out to staff to let them know I'd be leaving the hotel for a few days and they were quick with their response. The hotel is in a quiet and nice neighborhood with a 7/11 nearby and it wasn't too far from the train or bus. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you!

• Katarzyna (10/5): - Pokój czysty, pościel świeża i bardzo miła w dotyku, sprawna klimatyzacja. Prosta procedura zameldowania, świetna lokalizacja. Polecam! Nieco za mało przestrzeni, jak na 4 dorosłe osoby z dużym bagażem, ale jakoś się pomieściliśmy.
