• Robert Viet (8/5): Great place to stay in Haiphong - Our visit was great. Bed is comfortable, room is clean and in good size, shower and bathroom is nice. Seems modern. However, room has bad sound isolation. Could hear sound from room next door and hallway. Service both at check-in (5th floor) and first floor entry was great. Staff is friendly. Located on a busy and buzzling street. Plenty of outside local eating places nearby. Overall we had good stay, and could easily come back.

Ms. Uyen is very nice and friendly. She assisted what we requested at breakfast. The hotel lounge is fine, the food can be improved over there. The beer bar nearby is very good, lots of local people and they sell cheap beer.

We stayed in a Deluxe Suite: An amazing, spacious & very well presented room. We'll definitely stay here again as it was like a permeant luxury holiday for us!

The staff is very professional in advising on the quantity and taking care of customers during the meal. I ordered a portion of chicken (don't remember the specific name) and a portion of cream sauce noodles. I really like the cream sauce noodles here because it is very creamy and rich, just the way I like it. Recommend families to come here to eat because the menu is very diverse and the taste is also very delicious, the quantity is large. For the price of 99k for a meal served with ok service, the quantity is very good and in a hotel, I think it is reasonable for a light lunch.. Just to share,99 000 is for main course only, I paid extra VND 49 000 to use salad station. I didn't take pictures of other dishes for my family members but I took pictures of the chicken and noodles here to see that the quantity is very good.

Not the hotel fault but the Highland cafe is no longer available downstairs. The gym needs an upgrade. Ground level front desk could be more informative and helpful.

The breakfast and lounge food were varied with plenty of options, so there was no need to visit outside restaurants as everything could be enjoyed within the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained daily, ensuring a comfortable stay. The swimming pool and other facilities were also well-managed, making this the best hotel for business travelers visiting Haiphong. Don't miss the stunning view of Haiphong's cityscape from the 28th floor.
• Doan (3/5): Not pleasant - Breakfast is terrible. Cheap and not fresh food! The hotel is behind an empty office building which is damaged and dirty. The entrance is narrow and used for both hotel and residence building, thus, it makes the entrance more messy and dirty. The reception is on the 5th floor and looks poor.

It’s in a good location in the town for food, drinks and shops and there was underground parking. The rooftop pool is a fantastic area with amazing views as it’s on the 28th floor. We had a free birthday cake for my partner that we weren’t expecting and the price of staying there was very very reasonable as it was a package with the flights.
