- Carolina Welti (5/5): 2 días en viena. - Es amplio, luminoso. La distribución es muy rara, es 3 piso de escalera. Cuidado! No nos ofrecieron donde dejar las valijas después de check out. Lo que me pareció bastante poco amable.
- Liza Anne (8/5): Super fijne locatie en net appartement - Het appartment ligt naast het metro station waardoor je super gemakkelijk de stad verder in gaat. Ook is de locatie zelf een gezellige wijk. het appartement was netjes toen we aankwamen en de bedden liggen super goed. Twee kleine puntjes voor verbetering. De stang van de douche was kapot waardoor we de douchekop de hele tijd vast moesten houden. Hier kan wel even naar gekeken worden. Zo ook sluit de deur niet super goed, dat zou ook verbeterd kunnen worden.

- Karina (6/5): - Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Naschmarkt und an der U Bahn Station Kettenbrückengasse. Sehr zentral gelegen und es gibt sehr viele und gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Auch Gassen mit kleinen, schönen Läden. Das Apartment war ausreichend groß für 2-4 Personen. In der Küche war alles was man zum kochen braucht. Sogar Filterkaffee war da. Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Die Heizung hat gut funktioniert. Das Haus ist etwas "runtergekommen". Der Wasserdruck beim Duschen war nicht besonders hoch und das Wasser war entweder heiß oder kalt, es ließ sich nicht richtig mischen, das lag bestimmt an den Boiler. Die Eingangstür blieb nur zu, wenn man sie abgeschlossen hat und an der Tür zum 2. Zimmer war die Klinke lose.

- Annika (7/5): Alles in allem hatten wir eine gute Zeit in Wien und waren sehr viel unterwegs. Zum Schlafen und Frühstücken war das Apa - Tolle Lage, trotz Stadtverkehr und S-Bahn recht ruhig, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sauberes Apartment, sogar Spülmittel und Kaffee waren dort sowie Kochutensilien, Waschmaschine und Fön. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und es gab überall Steckdosen, wo sie benötigt waren. Für einen Kurzurlaub mit Familie war die Wohnung gut zu erreichen und nutzbar, wenn auch im 3. Stock. Nur Kleinigkeiten in der Ausstattung wie: Ein Wäscheständer, zweites Küchenhandtuch, Eierbecher, Brotmesser und mehr Handtuchhaken und neuer Duschvorhang im Bad. Als große Sachen würden wir das Sofa ersetzen, da sich hier schon die Kunstlederbeschichtung abgelöst hatte und dass es im kleinen Schlafzimmer keine Möglichkeit gab Kleidung aufzuhängen oder zu verstauen und somit aus dem Koffer gelebt wurde.
- Giovanni (8/5): Good Stay, basic comfort - The apartment was on the third floor - no elevator. The boiler wasn't clean, meaning that there was too much calcium and we couldn't use it. There was just 1 toilet paper roll There were neither kleenex no kitchen roll There was no shampoo and no shower gel. I mean, with the addition of these basic things, the stay would have been just perfect.
- Thuy (6/5): - We didn't have got water/heat for a day. I got a response from the property to not be in the shower for too long as the as the boiler has lịmited capacity. That was offensive. When asking for an extra towel because my son drop it on the wet floor. They gave some after saying that they provided enough for 4 people for our stay. If going again by myself, I would suck it up for the convenience but won't be staying there if traveling with family.
- Alejandra Reyes (2/5): - Propiedad descuidada, sin aseo adecuado en el quinto piso de un edificio viejo, sucio y apestoso sin servicio de limpieza, utensilios de cocina insuficientes y sucios, con olor a cigarro y a suciedad en un edificio grafiteado y que en invierno no encienden la calefacción. El teléfono de ayuda está fuera de servicio así que es imposible comunicarte con alguien para que te ayude. Solo por medio de expedía y quien te contesta los mensajes es grosero y sin educación. POR NINGÚN MOTIVO SE HOSPEDEN AHÍ.

- Adriana (7/5): Weekend in Viena - We like that the apartament was big and our kid had rom for playing. It was close to the subway ( you can hear it ) The check in was easy. The bed in the bedroom was not very comfortable, and in the bathroom was a pretty bad smell. We had to open the window just to go to the bathroom. We travel often, and this placement was mediocre . I am sorry to leave this comment , but others should know this.

We never got check-in information but had to wait until our travel agent woke up in the States to try to contact the owner. The exterior of the apartments was "sketchy" at best as was the stairwell and corridors. The leatherette couch that our son was to sleep on had an odor and we had one fan to try to cool a 2 BR apartment. We chose not to stay and lost all of our payment-very uncooperative owner.

Shower is only hand held as the shower hose does not fit into the holder on the wall except when holding in place by hand. The iron did not work very well and the cover was filthy with stains all over it. Positives however are the wifi was good and the location was very convenient for the ubahn station.

We come form India which is a hit country so our endurance level is hig - It was well placed It was extremely hot and there was only one fan in one room even though we were four of us and the second room had no fan at all . We had to all sleep together in one room with very basic fan and could not sleep well on both nights as we were four and we had to be in one room on a bed and on a couch . Also we were provided only one set of keys to exit and enter and since we were four ( two adults kids in twenties ) and my husband and me . We had to coordinate every day when we left home . The option of leaving them in the restaurant downstairs was not feasible as the restaurant closed at nine thirty pm and we had late night dinners . So it would be more practical to be provided two sets of keys if it is a big family or group coming .
- Bryan (9/5): Chinese family at Vintagehome Naschmarkt of Vienna! - Just next to the train station and just 10 seconds by walking to the station! The location is very very good! On the other hand just take 1min walk then you can find a supermark! You can buy cheaper stuffs (like water) than the store at tours area. The room is very big and it's really enough for a family to live. The key point is you can have Bosch washing machine to wash you clothes by your self! It is much better than stay in hotel! For tour point of view, it just take 5mins walk to the market at Vienna and 2 train stations to the Stephansplatz! Very very convenience! 1. The light is too dark! 2. I can't find air conditioner in the room and it will be a problem if the temperature is >30℃!

- Alison (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was perfect for 2 of us. Great location 2 minutes from the tube. The host communicated really well and we picked up the keys without a hitch. The apartment was clean, lovely fresh bedding and a comfy bed. A bakery is directly opposite. Kitchen facilities made it easy to make a drink and prepare meals. Really good value for the centre of town . The only issues for us were that as it is so central it was a bit noisy at night and as there is no aircon or fan we had the windows open. Maybe the host could add a fan? I got earplugs and slept fine afterwards.

- Barbara (6/5): It was ok but I wish it was made clear that you are literally above the subway. - In general the location is good but you are right above the subway. You can feel the vibration of the trains and hear the announcements all day long. It is not very well outfitted. The lights are dim. There is no night light in the big bedroom. The mattress has a dip in the middle, the silver ware falls apart on you. Hard to cook there cause it is so small. You can’t really sit and have breakfast with more than 2 people.
- Thomas (2/5): - The location was good and bad. The good was the closeness to the Naschmarkt. The bad was a busy street on one side and the train behind. Very nosy location. The major issue was the owner. He was extremely unhelpful and unsupportive. He and any property that he is evolved with should be banned for this site. I recognize that he was not prepared for early check-in; however, upon request for help with luggage his response was we do not offer that just find it yourself. He was rude and did not show any compassion for the renter. We were just not his issue or problem. We had to find a location to store our luggage for a couple of hours with no help or suggestion. Once we checked in the property was a third floor walk up. No elevator. The stairs were circular and difficult to use with the luggage. This issue was never mentioned in the description. Misrepresentation of the property. There was no AC which is understandable in Europe, but because of the street and train nose it made the apartment a terrible choice. It also seems that there is only one apartment within the building that is used for guest. The others are empty or used for storage for his restaurant. All 3 floors. The building itself was rundown and in poor repair. It did not fell like a safe environment. We will never go back and I hope this review will help others.
- Heinz (6/5): - Positiv: - Geschäfte, Bäckerei, Lokale und der Naschmarkt ganz in der Nähe - Sehr zentral gelegen, U-Bahn nur eine Station vom Karlsplatz entfernt - Einrichtung und Bett neu und sauber - Großes Bad - Küchenausstattung nicht luxuriös, aber mit allem was man braucht Negativ: Im Winter ist das Apartment wahrscheinlich ganz in Ordnung. Wenn es warm ist, ist des deutlich weniger zu empfehlen: - Das Apartment liegt direkt zwischen der oberirdischen U-Bahn-Station Kettenbrückengasse und einer lauten, viel befahrenen Straße. Es ist also auf beiden Seiten laut, auf der Straßenseite teilweise sehr laut. Bei gekipptenm Fenster zu schlafen ist selbst mit Ohropax kaum möglich. - Bei einem der beiden Fenster ist offensichtlich die Jalousie einmal kaputt gegangen und wurde nie ersetzt. Verdunklung ist deshalb schlecht möglich. Im Sommer wird es sehr heiß -- und Lüften geht auch schwer (wegen Lärm). - Das Treppenhaus riecht stark nach Müll. (Nicht so schlimm, der Geruch kommt nicht ins Apartment.)

This was a great place to stay. Very convenient for getting on the subway. We stayed when it was very hot and keeping the windows open was noisy. Another fan (or two) would be much appreciated!

The flat was very clean and the windows were double glazed so very quiet. It is right next to a train station and enjoyable walk to town through the Naschmarkts. The 3 flights of stairs are not suitable for 60+yr olds, it was tough carrying the suitcases upstairs. The weather was very hot - in the 30s and a tiny fan was insufficient to cope with the heat. There is mention of leaving keys on the 'kitchen table' - there is no kitchen table. We ate with our plates on our laps.

- Peter (10/5): - We had difficulties finding the apartment, because "Rechte Wienzeile" changes its name, then changes back; and after we obtained the keys from the Restaurant on the ground floor, we did somewhat regret that we had to carry all the suitcases up to the third floor. But once inside the apartment, we found it good, and convenient, and if one keeps the windows closed, it is quiet even though the subway line runs directly below the windows. Walking through the Naschmarkt outdoor market to the city center is a nice fifteen-minute walk, so all the sights in the old city are in walking distance. We would use this apartment-hotel again if we come again to Wien.

Nice 2 bedroom place. Supermarket nearby. Very nice. 3 floor with stairs, with 2 kids and a troller was not exactly nice, but, the building is old, which is ok for us, so, it was more a difficult because we were all tired when came back to the apartment, so, go up 3 floors was not necessary nice, but it is not the apartment fault :)

- Monika (8/5): Great place to stay close to the centre - Easy check-in - we picked up our keys at the restaurant downstairs and also paid there for our stay. The instructions for the check-in were clear. The apartment is close to the city centre - the distance is easily walkable, but there is also a metro stop close to the apartment. It is also close to Naschmarkt market. We liked that the apartment has a kitchen with a fridge, kettle, plates and dishes etc, so you can basically cook a meal if you want. Although didn't see any salt/pepper/sugar, so that might be a slight inconvenience if you do decide to cook :) Other than that everything was good, the check-out is also very simple. The apartment has windows facing the street - so it can be a little bit noisy, especially when the windows are open. We were out for most of the time, so it wasn't an issue for us, but if silence is important for you, it might not be the best choice. The check-out is quite early, and since there is no reception there is no possibility to leave your bags for a little longer, which is understandable. But the host suggested we use luggage storage boxes at the train station, so we did that.

- Alister (9/5): We had a great time in Vienna. - It was a cosy flat which was perfect for my wife and myself. It was warm and we found all we needed - soap, towels, toilet paper, shampoo and bodywash and a friendly baker's opposite. (Don't ask the baker for directions though as she implied the flat was in the wrong direction!) We had read a critical review of the flat because it was adjacent to a railway station but we felt that the reviewer was unkind as it was a relatively quiet train and although I did wake once I was able to get back to sleep immediately. We found the property to be within easy walking distance of the town centre but for people less keen on walking there was a train station outside. There really wasn't anything we did not like about our stay.

- Jenna (8/5): Comfortable Stay - Great location, mere seconds from the einbahn and with good amenities around it including a 24H Turkish bakery across the street. Check in and out was very easy with a key safe system at the door. There are stairs and no disabled access, so if you have mobility issues, this wouldn't be for you. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, you have a kitchenette with microwave, hob, fridge and sink, which was handy. There were only a few things which kept it from a 5 star review - the drains (I assume) in the bathroom smelled absolutely awful and keeping the window open in Dec was not an option. We were also only given 2 rolls of toilet paper for our week stay so we had to buy our own (not a big deal, just not expected). Because of the proximity to the einbahn, you can hear trains and announcements, but they have provided earplugs.

However similar to a previous review we were unable to contact the host. The heating in the apartment was not working (or we could not work out how to get it to work) and 2 attempts to contact the host and no response from either. Pretty poor.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The apartment is very nice but I don't like that when it was booked it was not made clear to me that there is no reception, no valid contact number, no elevator but rather high stairs. I needed to ask something and the phone number was not valid. I sent a message and no response.

- Jonny (8/5): Modern apartment suited our needs - This is a modern, basic apartment which was very clean. The location was a little bit far out from the centre of Vienna but we enjoyed the walk in and it was close to transport links. We could have done with an iron/ironing board but that is my only complaint.
