• Paul (8/5): We were all very pleased with the accommodation. - An excellent location near a Metro interchange and only 45 minutes from the airport. It is adjacent to a very pleasant Plaza, the Palace, and many restaurants. The street is pedestrianised and has many nice bars, but we were not affected by any noise in the top floor apartment. The rooftop terrace doesn't give a view but is spacious and very pleasant to sit on for pre-dinner drinks. Generally well equipped. The lift's weight sensor seemed to be over-sensitive, leading to daily alarms, but these were reasonably brief. Only one remote control was provided to control the three air conditioning units. Although this didn't bother us, it could have been a nuisance if someone had wanted to adjust their bedroom temperature during the night. The bracket for the handheld shower would not lock in place; again this did not bother us as there is an overhead shower, but I did report it.

• Barbara (9/5): Great location in lovely bright apartment. - The location was excellent, very close to the Plaza de Espana and the Metro. The proximity of the Metro (4 or 5 minute walk) made it ideal for sight seeing. Though we ate out, we did use the microwave for our breakfast. The kitchen was well appointed, though did not really use. The living/ dining room was generous. There were 3 in our group, myself, my husband and my sister. Ideal apartment for 3 or 4, with 2 good sized bathrooms. Whilst I heard no noise at all (and I am a light sleeper), my sister heard noise from the people above. I have no other negative comments.

• Thei (8/5): This City apartment is highly recommended to everyone. - What was new to us was renting a city apartment without a reception. Therefore, all communication regarding street access, picking up our keys from the locker, and arrival and departure took place via online chat. It is inconvenient when Booking.com is involved the whole time. It would have been better for us if this entire check-in procedure had been known in advance. Ultimately, everything worked out fine, as we always received timely answers to our chat questions. After opening the front door on Sunday evening, we found several bales of dirty laundry in the hallway. That is not a very pleasant entrance. The elevator sometimes falters when three people are using it. But otherwise, we really liked the apartment.

Есть лифт, апартамент находится на последнем этаже, переделан из чердака. Просторный, чистый, соответствует фотографиям. Две просторных спальни, две ванные, кухня, гостиная. терраса. Белоснежное мягкое постельное белье и полотенца, кровати удобные. В ванной есть шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа. Персонал был на связи, помогли нам вызвать такси. Спасибо!

• Craig (10/5): Great stay and would definitely recommend. - We loved the ease off access and instructions when we arrived! Comfortable beds and great for 2 couples travelling together - particularly the 2 bathrooms and the dining/ lounge room area. Location of both bedrooms are at the back of the property so very quiet to sleep. Great cafes and restaurants downstairs. Close to a lot of the must see sights. Nothing not to like! Nothing!

Es gab ausreichend Kaffee für unseren Aufenthalt. Ebenso waren wir mit Teebeuteln, Öl, Essig, Salz und Pfeffer sowie Spülmaschinentabs und Müllbeuteln versorgt. In dem einen Badezimmer leckte die Dusche; es gab aber zwei Badezimmer/Duschen, so dass wir unproblematisch ausweichen konnten

• Olga (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the heart of Madrid - Fabulous modern bright apartment in an ideal central location for exploring Madrid both on foot and by metro. Away from.tourists area but within ten minutes walk. Very comfortable beds, hot showers, well appointed kitchen. Amazing restaurants at the top of the steet. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and if we return to Madrid we would book again. The street is a bit noisy at night time especially on weekends & holidays as there are many bars outside. Bedrooms are at the back so this will only affect light sleepers such as myself. The rest of my family never heard a thing!

Może być głośno jeśli ktoś śpi na sofie w dużym pokoju. Mieszkanie jest po remoncie, bardzo czyste i przyjemnie tam przebywać. Cena jest dość wysoka.

Comfortable and clean beds but the smell in the ensuite and the fact that i - Perfect location, very close to Plaza Espana and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Comfortable beds, fairly clean. At first glance it looked very clean but we found long hairs on the floor and the coffee maker was dirty inside. The ensuite bathroom smelled horrible! We did tell the manager and they did send someone to look into it the next morning, so the first night we all used the same bathroom. They dealt with the smell but by the end of the next day it was creeping back .

• karrh (10/5): All of our needs provided: toiletries, coffee, teas, etc. Immediate response to issues such as locking ourselves out of - The customer service was exceptional. The location was great: close to metro stop, and some of the main attractions yet offering quiet walks through nearby parks. Could be a bit noisy but every place that we have stayed in Madrid is. The living room furniture is not very comfortable and is a bit worn.

Posizione eccezionale,praticamente in piazza di Spagna ma lontano dai rumori Unico neo è la portafinestra che da’ sul balcone: si apre solo dall’interno e si rischia di restare chiusi fuori con grande facilità!!

Foarte curat si bine utilita bucataria. Pernele au fost un pic cam tari pentru gustul meu dar asta e diferit de la persoana la persoana. Liftul avea anumite momente in care nu intelegeam de ce nu porneste din prima, dar problemele astea nu sunt importante.

A un paso del metro P España, delante de una farmacia y a 20m de supermercado y muy buena zona Se nota que cuidan los detalles. Perfecto y con todo detalle los baños y cocina. • Tommi (3/5): Huoneisto oli erittäin paha pettymys. - Huoneisto oli huonosti siivottu edellisen asiakkaan jäljiltä ja lakanat sängyissä olivat likaiset tai kokonaan vaihtamatta. Yhdestä sängystä löytyi purukumia lakanaan ja tyynyliinaan liimautuneena! "Master bedroomissa" lakanoita ei ollut vaihdettu ollenkaan, pussilakana oli pahasti revennyt ja sängystä löytyi tummia, pitkiä hiuksia ja alapään karvoja. Asiakaspalvelu onneksi vastasi saavuttuamme keskellä yötä ja saimme yli tunnin odotuksen jälkeen uusia lakanoita ja pyyhkeitä. Valitettavasti niissäkin oli likatahroja, vaikka ilmeisesti oli kyllä pesty. Imuria ei kohteessa ole käytetty, ruokapöydän tuolit täynnä ruoan muruja ja sohvalla hiuksia ja likatahroja. Toisen kylpyhuoneen suihkun viemäristä tuli niin paha haju, että suihkua ei voinut käyttää. Aikaisempien kommenttien perusteella tämä on ilmeisesti majoittajan tiedossa, mutta ei tee asialle mitään. Olimme varanneet ylimmän kerroksen huoneiston, mutta saimme huoneiston ensimmäisestä kerroksesta. Suoraan alapuolella on ravintola ja terassi. Talvella ei onneksi niin haitannut, mutta kesällä voi olla meteliä, jos pitää ikkunoita auki.

El staff dio tiempo de espera de 1 hora para ir a revisar quien se había metido a las instalaciones ya que en las escaleras se escuchaban personas haciendo ruidos y corriendo lo cual está horrible, ya que éramos 3 mujeres en la estancia.

En la calle había varias terrazas de locales de hostelería, pero en el interior no se sentía el ruido, está todo muy bien aislado. El apartamento en sí, es una pasada!!!!!. Muy cuidado, limpio, nuevo y como indica el nombre feelathome, ciertamente nos sentimos como en casa. Cuando volvamos, será una opción preferente para nuestra estancia.

• alessandro (9/5): Ottimo appartamento e location perfetta per stare in tranquillità - Posizione pulizia staff super disponibile. Si é rotto il boiler e siamo stati 12 ore senza acqua calda disponibile. Lo staff però si é fatto in 4 e ci ha fornito un indennizzo, un boiler nuovo in tempo record ed alla vigilia di Natale è stato ancor più d’effetto Nulla.
