• Tereza (10/5): - A beautiful apartment in a historic building. We very much appreciated the attention to detail and the vintage furniture, it all felt very special. The street below was surprisingly quiet, although the apartment is located at the very heart of the old city.

• Vlastimil (8/5): - Snídaně ve vedlejším hotelu skvělá, nádherná a udržovaná terasa na střeše penzionu, chorvatská zmrzlina vedle vchodu do penzionu - doporučujeme !! Vybavení pokoje a kuchyňky skvělé. Asi možná pokulhává údržba pokoje, viditelná plíseň na střešním okně asi z důvodu zatékání vody, Chybějcí krytování dvířek v kuchyňce. Jinak bez připomínek. Možný noční hluk z města.
• Martin (6/5): Poměr cena a "výkon" byl dle mě na hraně. - Čistota. Bylo to jako spát v kanceláři, kam se narychlo dala postel (píši o Apartmánu 1 ostatní mohou být jiné). Tu jsme požadovali manželskou, ale byly to dvě postele u sebe, ještě každá s jinou výškou (rozdíl cca 2cm). Hluk z ulice (opilci a auta) byl opravdu značný. Snídaně v hotelu La Fresca na Velkém náměstí byla průměrná (ale za 250Kč/os ani náhodou), pokud to celkově srovnám s pobytem minulý týden ve ****hotelu v Plzni, kde za 1.800,- bylo perfektní klidné ubytování, skvělá snídaně a parkování zdarma.

• Neala (8/5): Right in the center of town - Breakfast was good, very close to the apartment. Nice bathrooms, clean and very friendly hosts. The door to access the apartments from the street, is actually on a different street from the given address. It is accessed from the street behind the building by an ice cream shop. There are five locked doors to get to the actual apartment.

• Jaroslav (9/5): - umístění je super Nakonec díky telefonátu s recepctí bylo vše OK, jinak v Bookingu i ve zprávě která vám přijde je chybně uvedená adresa. Je tam uvedená Kovářská ulice 122. Ovšem z této ulice není vchod označen. Musí se jít z druhé strany domu, tedy z Riegrova náměstí 122. Tam jsou boxy s klíči!

• Lívia (9/5): - Neměli jsme problémy ani s check-inem, ani s předáním klíčů; od Bookingu jsme dostali zprávu s jasnými instrukcemi a dopoledne se nám ještě ozval pan majitel. V bytě bylo zatopeno a uklizeno. V Kroměříži jsme sice strávili pouze jednu noc, ale s ubytováním jsme byli velmi spokojeni.

• Martina (9/5): Skvělý apartmán v centru města Kroměříže - Skvělé ubytování v centru města. Apartmán sice není úplně nově zařízen, ale je zde vše, co člověk potřebuje, je prostorný, v klidné části, prostě pohodlí je zde na prvním místě. Skvělé matrace!

• gita (8/5): Apartmán je ve druhém patře, bez výtahu, prakticky na střeše .Tahat kufry do d - blízko centra 1.v bookingu při požadavcích na parkování je uvedeno, že ano. Po zaplacení pobytu zjistíte, že parkování je možné na veřejném prostranství s parkovacími hodinami, anebo až v parkovacím domě. 2.V pokynech obdržíte, že vstup do apartmánu je z Riegrova nám, což není pravda. Vstup je z Kovářské ulici. 3. Při večerním příjezdu, je kódovaní umístěno nešikovně neosvětleno. Bylo nutno kontaktovat ubytovatele. 4.Apartmán je ve druhém patře, bez výtahu, prakticky na střeše .Tahat kufry do druhého patra, není pro všechny věkové kategorie.

• alena (8/5): - Krásná poloha v centru města, kousek od náměstí a zámku. A zároveň v noci klid. Super terasová zahrádka s pergolou pouze pro hosty. Blízko apartmánu je obchod s potravinami a také pekárna.

• Veronika (4/5): - V centru města Nejednalo se o apartmán s výhledem. Prosklená přístavba na střeše, výhled jen do oken souběžné přístavby. Rozestup mezi nimi tak max. 3 metry. Celou dobu jsme museli mít buď zhasnuto, nebo zatažené závěsy.
• Lenka (10/5): Krásný prostorný apartmán v centru města - Prostorný, čistý apartmán přímo v centru města, zařízený starožitným nábytkem, což působila příjemně. Hostitel byl velmi ochotný. Snídaně formou bufetu v hotelu La Fresca. Hosté by jistě uvítali základní kosmetiku, především když cestují pouze s příručním zavazadlem. Jinak byl apartmán kompletně vybaven. Při delším pobytu by možná chyběla pouze pračka.

• Jana (8/5): - Velky, priestranny byt s pohodlnymi postelami. Super boli 2 oddelene toalety. Lokalita vyborna. Parking sme riesili mimo v podzemnej garazi, ale dalo sa nachvilu zaparkovat priamo pred domom na vylozenie batoziny a zlozenie bicyklov. Kolarna mala, ale zmestilii sme sa. Ubytovanie bez recepcie a stretnutia s majitelom, co je vyhoda, ked mate neskory prichod. Od bicyklarne je kluc len jeden a ak sa vam stane, ze si ho iny host vezme so sebou mimo apartman, tak sa k bikom nedostanete. Na apartmane bol automaticky kavovar, co velmi potesilo. Ale zrnkovu kavu musite mat vlastnu. Bola tam vsak basic ponuka cajov a nescafe kavy (3 v 1).

• Liangwen (8/5): Very good - Central location, in old town. It's pretty small and facilities basic. One bed is just next to dining table and kitchen. People living in the other bigger bedroom have to go through this crowded bedroom for toilet/shower. The design is poor. Only suitable for families or very close friends.
• Petina (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located in the centre of everything you might need in Kroměříž. The host is very helpful. The atmosphere of the furniture was like from Austrian empire which we liked. It's perfect if you're there as a tourist or on business. Especially if you are without a car. If you drive to town, there are also convinient parking in less than 5 walk. Nothing really major. The furniture and the hardwood floor were a hit creaky but it should be expected as they looked original and authentic. I would not call it a two bedroom apartment as one bed was in the living room with the kitchen nook and you have to go through it to reach the other bedroom. It was OK for us but for someone else could be a problem. People should at least know about that.
• Patrick (7/5): Not really a two bedroom apartment - Easy access to the apartment, which has good amenities and was perfectly clean. It's also right in the city centre. The garden view apartment is described as having two bedrooms, but it has only one. There is also a bed in the living room, but this means people must travel through this room to get from the bedroom to the bathroom or kitchen. So, whoever sleeps in the living room has no privacy. It was not ideal for my work colleague and I. We would not have rented the apartment if it had been described more accurately.

• Aleksandr (9/5): A very nice apartments close to the center - A very spacey apartment, nicely located not far from the center. There is also a good ice cream shop and pizzeria nearby. There is a nice terrace which is shared between apartments. Beware for the mosquitos coming from the river though. The bed was a bit too soft for my liking. The kettle is nice and new, but it could be a bit bigger. Air conditioning is a bit too weak and cannot fully handle the summer hot.

Public parking is conveniently located 150m by foot from apartment. Our apartments had air conditioning which was a great help on a warm summer night. Great contact with owners!!!😊

It is presented as 2 bedroom apartment but one bedroom is located directly in the kitchen. The description and photos are misleading, I don't know if on purpose. It is two room apartment not two bedroom apartment. All windows are situated to the street (pedestrian zone) - just opposite the noisy bar till late hours.

• CHRISTOS (10/5): - Είχαμε ένα διαμέρισμα, το οποίο ήταν πολύ άνετο, ευρύχωρο και βολικό. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο κοντά στην πλατεία της παλιάς πόλης. Αν και δεν έχει ασανσέρ, η πρόσβαση δεν είναι κουραστική. Μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι.

• Laurent (10/5): Enjoy the life in a charming place/Ville charmante - Spacieux appartement, proche du neuf, situé au coeur de cette petite ville, juste à côté de la place principale et du parc du chateau. Rues marchandes, mais silence la nuit. Quartier tranquille malgré l'animation d'un centre. Assez facile à se gare si on ne lésine pas, au pire, à 5 minutes de marche. Prévoyez votre téléphone pour le premier jour, aucun bureau de réception étant présent. Great brand new apartment, located in the heart of this small city, just next to the main place with restaurants, shops, and the great nice park of the castle. Quite place during the night. Almost easy to park if we are not against the fact to walk 5 minutes maximum in the worse case. Good service but the only thing: No reception desk, so, think to get your phone with you.
