• krimotex (10/5): - L'immeuble est simple d'accès il y a toutes les commodités aux alentours, l'appartement est très lumineux et très bien aéré, Cartier très calme, vraiment très heureux de l'avoir choisi.

• Elena (7/5): - Tiene una buena ubicación, se llega andando en 15/20 minutos al centro. Es una zona muy tranquila y se aparca bien en los alrededores. El propietario es muy amable y atento.
• Patricia (10/5): - La comodidad del lugar. Apartamento para tres personas, amplio y con todo lo necesario. En una zona tranquila, sin ruidos y cerca a pie o bus de las zonas de interés. Por la relación calidad precio, no hay nada que objetar.

• Martínez (9/5): Un experiencia fantástica - La relación calidad-precio en LAZ apartment es excelente, buena ubicación, zona tranquila en donde es fácil aparcar sin pagar, y tiene muy buenos establecimientos para desayunar, almorzar y cenar. Tiago siempre estuvo en comunicación cuando así lo requeríamos. Todo genial! No tenemos pegas, nuestra experiencia en familia allí fue estupenda. Gracias por todo, si un día volvemos a Oporto, sería aquí, sin duda. Gracias Tiago!
• irfan (10/5): Great stay in central Porto. - Central location within a short walk of the main Porto town. Ample on street parking and really quiet area. Coffee provided was great.

• Una (4/5): - Location was great, easy check in and check out, apartment is spacious and had lots of natural lighting. Shower and washing machine smelled very moldy. Balcony was very small, so much that we could barely both fit in it. Also chairs and table on the balcony were uncomfortable and flimsy. Parking is on the street, and we had to park really far from the apartment. I feel like it’s not transparent to say you have parking, when parking is free in the whole neighborhood, and it’s very hard to find an available spot. Sofa was a bit uncomfortable. TV has a huge dead pixel spot on it and horrible resolution, so it’s unusable. There was exposed wiring in the kitchen and many dishes were dirty. I feel like all of these things should be better for more than 100€ per night.
• Kamila (8/5): - Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Ogólnie bardzo dobrze. Super lokalizacja. Jedynie na minus brak klimatyzacji i warto ogarnąć firany.
• Olga (10/5): - The location is just perfect. The whole city centre is walkable from the apartment (the Luis Bridge is about 1,2 km, Porto Legends - 2,2 km), the Military museum and Bonfim cemetery are just round the corner. Lidl is about 1 km away, there was a nice fruit shop just next door. The apartment has everything you need, plenty of towels, all necessary kitchen appliances, a washing machine and a dishwasher, two small balconies to dry laundry or have a glass of wine at the sunset. The owner was always available, all the instructions were clear.
• Marcin (10/5): Great week in Porto. - We had a fantastic week in Porto. Thank you for the support we received from the apartment owner. We have no complaints – everything was great.
• Wilson (8/5): Very good - Well stocked kitchen, comfortable enough. No air conditioning, not in a very good area but a short walk to metro and restaurants, shops..maybe 1km. Sofa was hard, Noisy street. Water leaking all over stairs and ceiling collapsed on stairway up to flat.
• Monika (10/5): Overall recommend - - Owner sent guides what to see/do in Porto - Laundry machine had detergents to use - Blinders on windows were very sufficient and darked-out the room - Quiet neighbourhood - Kitchen appliances - Close to city center and bakeries - Many heaters - Shampoo and showering gel was available - Thin walls between rooms - You had to turn on lights in kitchen to make the power sockets in the living room working - In march it is pretty cold, even with the heaters on due to thin walls of the building (normal in portugal)
• Dmg (9/5): We arrived at night, woke up feeling at home - The host's communications were prompt and informative. The apartment was well equipped, spacious, clean and in good order. Location is good - walking distance to the cathedral quarter and ribeira. Tiago provided a useful list of places to visit, eat and drink. Overall, a great basecamp for exploring the city and surrounding area. Everything is as per the online promo - you get what you pay for so nothing to add in this respect.

• Adam (10/5): Loved it - Apartment was equipped with everything you need. Very clean. Good location. Great contact with owner. Very thin walls, you could hear neighbours and cars at night. Only a problem if you are a light sleeper. For me and my girlfriend a bottle of Porto before sleep kept us knocked out through the night.
• Svetlana (1/5): Bad - very noisy neighbors, noisy until 2 am, very noisy street and absolutely no soundproofing on the windows, terrible!! we were forced to leave immediately the next day, having lost all the money and most importantly: the day was ruined after a sleepless night! terrible! I do not advise anyone, very bad!
