La ubicación es excelente, a menos de diez minutos a pie de la plaza mayor. El personal es muy amable. Te dejan guardar el equipaje sin costo y seguir usando las instalaciones después del check out, lo cual me parece excelente. No se puede regular el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y unas de las noches no se podía dormir del calor que hacia.

- Stani (6/5): - The location is good, the receptionists were nice, there is a rooftop and the "free" tour with Diana was very informative. This hostel is definitely more of a party hostel than a comfortable place to rest. It was very noisy throughout my stay, and the atmosphere was not cozy or relaxing at all. The beds have curtains, but there is a large opening near the head area, so there is very little actual privacy. The toilets and bathrooms are also extremely small and uncomfortable to use. One of the biggest issues was the hot water. During the six days I stayed there, I had warm water only one morning. The rest of the time the showers were lukewarm, which was very disappointing. The drinks at the hostel bar were also surprisingly expensive for a hostel environment. I also joined the “free” tour with Izzy, but unfortunately I did not enjoy it. I did not learn much about the city beyond the names of the Spanish kings, and the tour felt more like promotion for the evening pub crawl than an actual cultural or historical tour. This place may suit travelers looking mainly to party, but it was not a good fit for me.

O banheiro do meu andar não estava funcionando nas duas noites de hospedagem. Além disso, a água quente do chuveiro é insuficiente para tomar um banho lavando os cabelos em dias frios.

- CiroBer91 (8/5): A pochi passi da tutto. - L'accoglienza è stata molto calorosa e piacevole. In una delle posizioni migliori della città e nel quartiere più suggestivo ( Tirso de Molina ), la struttura è a pochi passi dalla metro e vicinissima a tutti i locali della ,ovina e dei pubs, ristoranti etc. Sala comune nella media con cucina si sta molto bene e si socializza tanto; si organizzano pub crawl che consiglio a chi vuole vivere appieno la movida senza problemi: si esce e si balla in 4 locali senza sbatti :D Stanze spaziose e con grandi finestre, letti comodi. Durante il soggiorno c'erano operai che tinteggiavano i corridoi, l'odore era forte e a tratti fastidioso. Bagno con doccia un po piccolo.

Very noisy, guests had left the window wide open during the night and the hostel is located on a busy street with lots of people shouting late at night.

Locker room is pretty good, very near to metro station. They have free churros and coffee everyday cool space to eat and pubcrawl was super fun in the bathroom in the room, there was no paper to dry your hand so the floor was always wet. The shower, having to press a button every 10 seconds it’s crazy, every time the water stops it goes cold again

Also rooms are clean and beds convenient for a short stay.. Doors was so noisy and that made me not sleep properly.. plus the sink inside the room is not convenient at all .. and one last was small lockers if u have a big side luggage doesn’t fit in it..

- Thomas (10/5): Bon hôtel pour explorer Madrid à pieds! - Lits et oreillers confortables, tout était très bien! Ménage fait régulièrement particulièrement dans le dortoir avec sdb. Bagagerie sans frais si besoin. Pas spécialement festif donc bien pour dormir. Manque d’espace pour poser les objets dans l’espace lit et dans les douches et les éviers sont peu pratiques + insonorisation de la porte de la chambre insuffisante c’est tout ce qu’il y a à redire! Les serviettes incluses seraient quand même bien mais on est prévenu.

- Eduardo (7/5): - Me gusto la ubicación del inmueble Las literas se mueven y meten ruido. El lavabo es de acero y hace tambor cuando cae el agua siendo muy molesto en horas nocturnas. Me parece bien que el baño este dentro de la habitación siempre que sea silencioso.

- Carolina (10/5): - Me senti em um hotel. Quarto amplo, limpo e com locker espaçoso. Banheiros limpos, com secador de cabelo disponível, cozinha compartilhada e bem equipada, funcionários atenciosos. Localização excelente, próximo ao metrô, supermercado 24h. Não disponibilizam café da manhã, mas deixam café, chá e churros disponíveis. Tem um terraço com bar e uma ótima vista da cidade.
