• StaVach (1/5): NICHT BUCHEN! - Beim Check-In hat man direkt gemerkt, dass das Zimmer nicht gesäubert worden ist. Auf dem Boden lag Geld und auf dem Bett Haare, beides von vorherigen Gästen. Gleichzeitig waren Bettlaken, -decken und Badetücher alle dreckig mit Makeup, Ohrenschmalz oder Straßendreck. Es war kein Personal da, um sich zu beschweren und telefonisch (oder über Booking-Chat) ist keiner zu erreichen. Die Putzkräfte sind eine witzlose Ausrede, dreckige und nasse Handtücher auf dem Boden wurden wieder aufgehangen.

• Pedro (1/5): AVOID! - Nothing We had a very poor experience at this hotel. Due to a faulty key card, we could not access the hotel late at night and there was no emergency phone number available, so we had to stay elsewhere. The hotel only responded the next morning and handled the situation unprofessionally, asking us to pay extra instead of offering support. We strongly recommend avoiding this property and staying somewhere else. Agressive staff.
• Iman (1/5): Bereut da übernachtet zu haben. Beleidigend unfreundlich, respektlos unprofessionell. - Nach dem ich ausgecheckt habe . Habe ich eine sehr boshafte Nachricht bekommen. Richtig hasserfüllt . Angeblich hätten wir das Zimmer sehr dreckig hinterlassen, obwohl ich noch aufgeräumt habe und wir hätten Handdrücke auf die Wand gemacht. Und wir dürfen da nie wieder übernachten. Noch nie so etwas Respektloses erlebt. Wäre da echt ein handabdrück hätte man es doch nicht mit Absicht gemacht und mit was auch. Man hätte es freundlich ausdrücken können. Aber nicht so satanistisch. Ich solle das auch jeden Tag bei mir zuhause machen. Und wie dreckig wir sind . Wer redet so mit Kunden .Voll unprofessionell. Das hat uns die ganze Laune verdorben.

• Wolfgang (4/5): Personalmäßige Ausstattung sehr schlecht. - Keine Erreichbarkeit unter der angegebenen Telefon-Nr. Hätten wir irgendwelche Probleme gehabt, hätten wir niemanden erreichen können. Denn mit dem Anrufbeantworter kann man ja bekanntlich keine Probleme lösen. Kein Mensch an der Rezeption. Zumindest stundenweise Besetzung der Rezeption wäre wünschenswert. Armaturen im Bad teilweise defekt. "Nachtschränkchen" verschmutzt.

• Hein (6/5): Onbemand hotel. - De locatie is wel in orde. Een wandeling naar de schil van het centrum. Geen personeel aanwezig,wel camera's. Wij hadden twee kamers met z'n drieën,een 1-persoons en een 2-persoons kamer. de 1-persoonskamer was voor mij en mijn collega's hadden de tweepersoonskamer.Mijn kamer werd netjes aan kant gemaakt,het bed was ook goed,zo ook de badkamer.Bij mijn collega's echter gebeurde niets,de bedden werden niet opgemaakt en in de kamer zelf gebeurde ook niets.totdat mijn collega's de tweede dag,na de beurs,op de kamer kwamen en de halve kamer was leeggeruimd,spiegel,nachtkastjes,bureautje en nog meer zaken waren verdwenen. Contact met de verantwoordelijke was niet mogelijk,de telefoon werd niet beantwoord. Heel bijzonder.De bedden waren gelukkig wel in orde.

• Dennis (7/5): - Guter Preis. Man hat alles was man braucht. Der Fernseher hängt fast unter der Decke das ist mehr als unglücklich. Teile der Duschkabine lösen sich in ihre Einzelteile aus. Unter den angegebenen Telefonnummern hat mab niemanden von dem Personal erreicht, es was auch niemand vor Ort.

Never seen any staff at reception at any time and to me I prefer a conversation than everything to be done automatically without any human connection.

• Damjan (3/5): Schlechte Unterkunft - Selbst Check In war Oke, sonst sehr ruhig und Schall isoliert. Gefühlt kaum jemand da, man kommt sich vor als wäre man der einzige im Hotel. Geputzt wurde, allerdings nicht immer. Der Fernseher hatte nur bestimmte Programme voreingestellt wie ARD und ZDF alles andere musste man selber suchen. Schrank zum Sachen verstauen gab's nicht. Bad sehr klein. Für meine nächste Düsseldorf Reise lieber ein anderes Hotel. Das sind mir 100 Euro pro Nacht wert .

• Jeongkyu (8/5): 가성비좋은 숙소, 물론 아쉬운점도 있으나 대체적으로 만족. - 중앙역과 가깝다, 근처에 생각보다 식사할곳이 많다. messe와의 접근성이 좋다. 기타 다른 도시들과의 연계성이 좋다. 가성비가 좋다. 방이 따듯하다. 아침에 나가서 저녁에 들어오는 사람으로써 직원을 본적이 없습니다. 모든 연락은 booking.com을 통해서만 가능했습니다. 방마다 주어지는 key가 1개라서 불편했습니다.

We got a man who does the violent cleaning, RUDE, he offended us because we warned that the water came out cold and not hot. He yelled at us and forced us out of the room. Horrible experience we do not recommend them to anyone. I'm very sad and scared. It's not a good hotel to stay, never!!!!!! Nos toco un hombre que hace la limpieza violenta, GROSERO, nos ofendió porque avisamos que el agua salia fría y no caliente. Nos gritaba y nos saco a fuerzas de la habitación. • Krystsina (10/5): - Ich möchte mich beim Rezeptionist vom Herzen bedanken für die Freundlichkeit und den warmen Empfang, und die glänzende Sauberkeit des Zimmers!! Das Zimmer war wirklich wunderschön, alles funktionierte perfekt, die Gegend ist gemütlich und charmant, und beim nächsten Besuch in Düssi würde ich gerne da erneut bleiben. Es war leider nicht möglich das Gepäck früher abzugeben da die Rezeption nicht vom Anfang des Check Ins besetzt war.

• gian piero (2/5): Esperienza spiacevole, non tornerò in questa struttura. - Esperienza deludente Non sono rimasta soddisfatta né della pulizia, durante il soggiorno ho avvisato che la camera non era stata riordinata ma la risposta è stata che non era vero.... né del comportamento del personale (probabilmente il proprietario). Il giorno della partenza, l’ascensore era occupato da attrezzi per la pulizia e mi è stato chiesto di scendere a piedi dal terzo piano, nonostante avessi due valigie. Dopo aver insistito, l’uomo ha liberato a malapena un po’ di spazio, ma con modi molto scortesi. Mentre aspettavo il taxi nella hall, la stessa persona ha iniziato a inveire e a sbattere oggetti, costringendomi a uscire fuori al freddo.

• Monika (5/5): Schade, gut dass ich keine Schlafprobleme hab!! - Es war in einer ruhigen Gegend, gut zu erreichen und auffindbar👍🏻 Nun, das Zimmer hatte die ausreichende Grösse und Ausstattung!? Ich hätte jedoch liebend gerne auf den Flat TV verzichtet, wenn mich auch nur EINE Person begrüsst oder verabschiedet hätte! Bei aller Liebe zum Minimalismus und dem Angebot eines Frühstücks!?? Bei wem hätte ich das bestellen sollen??? Schade das einzigste woran ich Menschlichkeit bemerkt habe, war ein gemachtes Bett!

• Gurkan (3/5): Go find another place - Price was okay. The facility was advertised as no smoking, but in fact there was a strong smoke odor present in the room. The odor in the room persisted even after long aeration through the window in mid January. There was no soap dispenser, just three small packs of liquid soap, which was just enough to wash your hands a couple times. The city tax is charged on site at the time of check in. The instructions were not clear on how to get the key card and how to check out, since there are no staff present at the facility. Overall I would hardly recommend this place.

• Marie (3/5): Poor - The room smelled like poop. Like actual poop. It was grimy and the sheets weren't fully clean. I felt like I had to disinfect my hands after touching anything. I have traveled to cheap accommodations around the world and rarely been in one as gross.

I put a not disturd sign on my door. When I got back they did enter the room and cleaned it. This felt not safe for all of my belongings were there.

• Michelle (10/5): Comfortable but the bathroom was a bit disappointing - The room was very spacious with a pretty big bed. The bathroom was also quite big. The bed was comfortable and clean, plus the room seemed to be also very well cleaned. Unfortunately the shower head and the doors of the actual shower itself seemed to be broken.

• Olga (6/5): Decent budget hotel - It was clean, there was heating in the room and towel radiator in the bathroom, and the location is great. No amenities- there was no soap, no shower gel, absolutely nothing. No water boiler. The reception is closed, there is no staff in the hotel. Room cleaning comes every day but does not clean or change towels even if you leave them on the floor. My personal belongings were rearranged though. The blanket was very small and thin. I wouldn’t have complained at all if the price wasn’t so insane (211€ per night)
• Ekaterina (5/5): Creepy - The room was quiet, there was an elevator. The shower is good, there is a hairdryer.The windows close fully. There were short men’s hair on the bed and on the napkins in the bathroom. The bed is very used and too soft, so is the pillow. The most annoying thing was the phantom owner/ manager. They are never to be seen and never answer the phone. The fact that he exists is that once you go out, he sneak’s into the room to turn the heating off. Had the feeling there was a cam not only in the lobby and a uneasy feeling he is monitoring the guests from his hideout . I admit smoking is not ok but the curtain had a hole by a cigarette burn and each morning I woke up by a cigarette smoke coming from under the door. I never saw anyone having breakfast or a breakfast hall. It’s a self service hotel you check in alone, you check out alone.
• Kinga (8/5): Great stay, all you need in one place. - there was no breakfast avail. Room was clean and functional. Access to keys and everything was easy. Location was very good. thin bed covers, not clear on breakfast.

There were steps inside the room leading to the emergency exit that made moving within the room difficult Toilet amenities were extremely poor. Blanket was smaller than bed in width and length, making it impossible to be covered . No personel available No breakfast room or common area available

Very good and the location to the hbf was also very good. Easy to find a and easy to check in and out. I think that I booked inkl. breakfast, but I could not find the breakfast room. it was just mentioned that it was on the ground floor? but no signs. There was no receptionist in the reception at 8 in the morning as promised, so there was no-one to ask for questions. I had to leave early, so could not wait till a person showed up.

Unacceptable behaviour, I called the police on him but they said they wont do anything. This guy was very rude. Never again, please void this place at all cost. Horrible place to stay VOID

Local kiosk able to provide coffee but that's about it Basically a dormitory pretending to be a hotel, no breakfast, no coffee making facility no reception, no heating at night in November in Dusseldorf....all .made for a very uncomfortable stay.
