The room served our purpose, especially since my family wanted a room close to the Vatican. The room was a little noisy at night. However, it was wonderful having snacks available throughout the day, or early in the morning.

Prima plek om met gezin te bivakkeren in Rome om bezienswaardigheden te zien. Ontvangen door Massimo die ons aardig de weg wees. Iets meer aandacht voor een schone en comfortabele plek zou mooi zijn. De bedden, kussens en matrassen zijn niet de beste en het appartement zou goede schoonmaak- en opknapbeurt (bijv. stoelen buiten, fornuis keuken, douche) niet misstaan. Het heeft me eigenlijk niet gehinderd, maar daardoor niet hogere score.

- Inese (9/5): - The host was very helpful with both sightseeing and transport times. Every day he stocked the fridge in our apartment with everything we needed for breakfast. We were five girls, it was perfect for us. There is a 24-hour shop and a local market nearby where you can buy various goodies. It's not that we didn't like it, the mattresses were too soft for us and the pillows were too big, but it was good that there were also smaller ones in the closet that we could change and extra blankets.

Nonostante abbia generalmente il sonno leggero, ho dormito davvero benissimo cosa piuttosto rara e quindi degna di nota! La colazione era eccellente e tutte le piccole attenzioni durante il soggiorno hanno fatto davvero la differenza: si percepisce una grande cura per i dettagli e il desiderio di far sentire gli ospiti speciali. Abbiamo adorato tutto, senza eccezioni. Sandro è stato un host eccezionale: molto gentile, sempre positivo e costantemente disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Ha contribuito in modo significativo a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Grazie mille per questa splendida esperienza, torneremo con grande piacere!

Le bruit est également un vrai problème difficile de se reposer correctement. Literie inconfortable ce qui n aide pas pour un séjour agréable. Le petit déjeuner uniquement des produits bas de gamme et a faire soi-même en plus !rien a voir avec ce qui était promis. Bref rapport qualité prix décevant et prestations loin des attentes ! Je recommande de ne pas se fier uniquement à la note globale .

Il ragazzo che ci ha volti è stato davvero carino e disponibile. Unico problema che abbiamo riscontrato il bagno....urgente cambiare caldaia perché ho dovuto fare la doccia ad acqua fredda 🥶🥶🥶 il bidè versava.... La notte 🌃 purtroppo si sente il traffico cittadino ma con i tappi che io nn avevo dovremmo risolvere per il resto tutto ok. Magari la prossima volta ci facciamo dare le camere dietro 🤔🤔🤔

Die Lebensmittel wurden geliefert. Es war ausreichend da (Wurst, Käse, Croissant, Toastbrot, Gebäck, Kaffee, Tee, Joghurt). Die Zimmer waren sauber und alles Notwendige da.

- Jim (10/5): If you are wanting to spend time at the Vatican & walk to surrounding areas.. this is definitely a perfect place to - From the time we arrived & left it felt like a home away from home. Yes… the Brown Room was small but it was all we needed given we were sooo close to the Vatican & away all day. The breakfast provided & the meal room just outside our door was a perfect addition. Being in contact via What’s App meant that Massimo was waiting for us with a personal greeting even though we were late on our arrival due to unavoidable traffic issue. Sandro ensured we were always in contact no matter what our question was.. including providing us a contact for a very early transfer to the airport on our departure day. Would definitely book again. Everything was perfect.

- Ariel (7/5): Geeignet für eine kurze Aufenthalt in Rom - Die Lage ist sehr gut, Bus Haltestelle direkt vor der Tur, Vatikan 10 min zu Fuß, Parkplatz 3 min zu Fuß, Carrefour und gute Restaurants auf die andere Straßenseite. Die Wohnung ist groß. Sandro war beim Ankunft sehr hilfreich (vorherige Kontakt via Wharsapp, hat uns -obwohl es geregnet hat- auf die Straße abgeholt, uns Tipps für den Stadt gegeben, und uns bis auf den Parkplatz geführt). Wir haben in Januar gemietet und es war überhaupt nicht kalt, die Heizung hat gereicht. Obwohl die Lage direkt auf eine Hauptstraße liegt, war es innen ziemlich ruhig (keine Doppelglassfenster vorhanden). Wir haben eine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer gebucht. General ist das Gebäude, die Wohnung und die Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Schlafzimmer, Bettwäsche und Tücher waren sauber, allerdings waren manche Schubladen in die Küche nicht sauber, und die 2 Einzelbetten waren nicht bequem (zu wackelig). Die Duschkabine ist klein.

- Elena (6/5): Bien situado, buena atención, falta limpieza y mantenimiento - La amabilidad de Sandro y la cercanía a El Vaticano Necesita un buen mantenimiento y una limpieza más profunda. La ducha tiene suciedad en los raíles de varios meses o años y además se sale muy fácilmente de la guía lo que puede ser peligroso y el techo y paredes estaban sucios de humedad. La cafetera tipo Nesspreso pierde agua por lo que hay dos cápsulas para hacerte un café. La calefacción es central y cuando se apaga hace frío en la estancia, el split que tienen no funciona para calor.

- Connie (10/5): - We liked everything, we were close to the Vatican and the buses stopped in front of the building. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and snacks and breakfast were included. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. It was perfect for us. The shower is visible in the bedroom, blurred, but I didn't like that.

- samantha (7/5): Clean, well situated. - Location. Brown room. Paper thin walls. Could hear everyone in the entrance and breakfast room. Breakfast all dry, packaged, non-fresh products except fruit, juice and milk. Make your own hot anything. No way to make a cappuccino. No fresh croissants. Small, dark room for price.

The fact that the breakfast will be in form of "full fridge" wasn't expected. I think booking.com should outline when choosing venues the form of breakfast provided clearer (it might have been mentioned in some details).

Fabulous place to stay. - It was a fabulous place to stay ,walking distance of St Peters Basilica, lovely neighbourhood with excellent local restaurants, Breakfast every morning was perfect and was available all day The host was very helpful, gave great advice and made sure we had milk, orange juice and yoghurts in our fridge every day. Our rooms were spotless. We will definitely be back . Everything was perfect

- Mary (10/5): - There was plenty of room and was comfortable for 8 adults. The hosts were great and helped bring our luggage up and back down when we left. Communicated promptly to all my questions and helped arrange transportation from airport to The Colours of Rome as well as transportation to Civitavecchia. They provided snacks, food, and juice for breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
