- Ekaterina (10/5): Affordable luxury at the heart of Dnipro - Bon Hotel is a cosy boutique hotel with a very luxurious feel at a non-luxurious price. I believe this is the only place I stayed at that provided even bath salts. Well looked after house plans only reinforce that sense of high quality and indulgence. Breakfasts are just feasts with compliments from chef and the restaurant offers very high quality dishes. It is exactly what you need in the midst of the ongoing war - so highly recommended!

- Peter (2/5): Disappointing. - The location was fine and the staff was initially friendly. There was a party downstairs and the walls were so thin that the music was rattling through and I could hear people screaming and talking until 10pm. After rotating off of the frontline, I just wanted to sleep. Which is why I requested a quiet room. When I called the front desk, the attendant was short with me and hung up mid-question.

Many breakfasts were standing untouched and cold on the breakfast tables. I wasn't told to pre-order breakfast which meant that I had no breakfast. Told me to wait half an hour as that was apparently the time they need to fry and egg and poor a cup of coffee. extremely rude staff. I finally left without breakfast. I won't come back here again. I feel ripped off.
