- Rosie (1/5): I would not recommend this place. - I booked a 3 night stay with 2 beds this past weekend, upon arrival we were informed that they actually didn’t have 2 beds available and after a lot of back and forth we were then told they did have a room with 2 beds but for just one night, we would have to check out at 11 and then possible check into a different room in the morning. Since we arrived late at night we were left with no choice but to go ahead and take the room otherwise we would have no place to stay. The next morning we went back to the front desk to try and figure out exactly what was going to happen and the woman at the front desk explained to us that she gave away the room to a company that they often do business with and they had to give them priority, she continued to tell us that it was not her problem and we had to leave by 11. When I asked how much they were going to charge us for the 1 night she couldn’t tell me. My friends and I had to quickly book a new hotel and pack our stuff back up and leave. At 10:30 am the house keeper was already knocking on our door to clean the room, we told her we had until 11 so she stood by our door until we left. Felt like they wanted to make sure we were going to leave. Very unprofessional, very uncomfortable situation, and very stressful.

- Alejandro (4/5): - El hotel se encuentra en una zona muy insegura con indigentes por las calles
- CARITINO (2/5): - Worst hotel experience. I booked a two bed room. Was not giving that. Instead got a room that felt like a closet and only one bed. The room smelled like smoke. When I told the clerk that I got the wrong room he insisted that I only booked one bed even though I showed him clearly my confirmation number and reservation. A lot of back n forth ultimately he said that he couldn’t accommodate me. Got my refund and went to a much nicer hotel. Stay away from this place .

- Jesse (1/5): Bad - As a last resort I liked nothing about this hotel Terrible location. I felt in danger
- Anna (4/5): Don't book here true booking.com, if so, put the option to pay when you arrive at the hotel - It was good but they double charged me They double charged me
- Samantha (2/5): - The place was dirty and they had no hot water! The man at the front desk was plainly rude
- Willie (8/5): - There was no way of hanging our Suits & Shirts since we were staying a week. A few roaches visited the room. But, other than that, we made it work. Location was good.
- Demitro (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nataly (8/5): Very good - It's okay No hot water KO
- Justin (1/5): Bad - Bed bugs
- Deissy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brenda (10/5): - Limpieza y cortesía
- Handford (10/5): IT WAS AMAZING - EVERYTHING
- González (2/5): Very poor -
- Yanming (10/5): - Good
- Ana (10/5): N fuss, clean motel w/ parking & Wi-fi - Clean, inexpensive motel for a concert nearby. The beds were a bit firm, but not too uncomfortable.
- joanna (8/5): - For the price the room was acceptable, but the floor in the room was quite dirty. My taxi driver from the airport to the room was quite worried for me. He thought it was a motel in a bad area. Told me not to walk around at night. So I had all taxis picking me up inside the motel parking lot.
- dariela (2/5): - We arrived at property after 3hr flight just so the rude lady at the desk to tell us she gave our reservation away and didn’t have a room for me and my friends to stay. She didn’t even bother to call us and let us know that we weren’t going to even have a room. But it was very gross and dirty, good thing we didn’t have to stay!
- Jose (2/5): - cockroaches wonder around at night. 👎
- Shawn (8/5): - Kind of basic for the price
- Jenard (7/5): Good -
- Jenard (7/5): Good -
- uziel (4/5): - Rooms in bad condition
- SONIA (6/5): - El cuarto en general estaba limpio y el lugar también. Pero la llave del lavamanos estaba suelta. En relación al precio creo que estaba cara la habitación para el tipo de hotel que es.
- Phillip (2/5): Cheap for a reason - Thick dust on headboard, at least 5 cigarette burns on the bedspread in a non smoking room. Paint peeling off the wall. TV held together with tape. No bath mat on a slippery bathroom floor, asked for one and was told they don’t provide them. Shower has no shelf or soap dish so everything goes on the floor. Never again!
- Johan (10/5): - The check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The room is nice, shower is quick to warm up, and the AC was strong (positive). Overall, my standards for a hotel/motel stay are low, but they exceeded it far and beyond. The area would be off-putting for some, but I grew up with this kind of vibe, so it wasn't at all a negative for me.
- Fredrick (10/5): - Clean and quiet.
- Stacee (2/5): - This place was disgusting with dead and live cockroaches everywhere! The sink was broken and the shower was filthy.
- Bader John (6/5): - Friendly staff but very sketchy area (although property was very well lit)
- Brisa (6/5): - The staff was very friendly however there were cockroaches everywhere in that room.
- Amanda (6/5): - Staff was very friendly but there was a weird noise couldnt figure out what it was. Bed was very uncomfortable. Area was very sketchy at night but not so bad during the day. but at least there were several food choices nearby. Should of been a bit cheaper for what we got.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel was small and needed some updating, but clean and friendly. Not in the best part of town, but convenient for public transportation if thats your preference.
- Jacquelyn (6/5): A place to lay your head! - The check-in was easy and we were able to check in early. The room was simple enough. Bed, nightstand, table, refrigerator and microwave. Small but nice bathroom. Air/heat worked. The only discomfort was the lights over the sink did not work. Two of the bulbs were out and one was dim. I had my makeup light up mirror that helped. The area was what I expected. I would stay in again as I only needed a bed for a few hours after a concert.
- Hadrian (8/5): Surprising peacefulness - I felt safe at the hotel. It was close to restaurants. It was much better than expected.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Was grateful for you guys to help me out service appreciated
- NathanSmith (10/5): - A well-priced, close-to-the-airport, option with all the basics you need.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was clean and they made sure we had a parking spot.
- Loyst (10/5): - the front desk people are extremely nice, I'm referring to the lady. I've only had contact with her
- Peter (8/5): Good review! - Clean&friendly place. Liked the managers
- Fussboxx (4/5): - Bathroom light did not work. Hole in bathroom door, television did not work.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Stepped into what seemed like a scene from a movie. I didn't want to stay any longer than I had to. I decided to leave (lose money) and spend it else where. Room was dirty, walls were dirty and smelled bad.
- Verified traveler (6/5): you get what you pay for - they don't give out wash cloths -they say people take them
and you get two bath towels and you cant get anymore they said
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The room was dirt. The bed clothes clearly wasnt washed. The office was closed when I arrived and I had to call and ring the bell many times until someone appear. The staff barely speaks english.
- Murjanie (8/5): So...so.. - Rooms are pretty clean, just a little on the small side. Service was good and shower was relaxing
- rosmith7 (2/5): It was like a bad movie - Reservation made because reviews said not fancy but clean. That is all we needed. We arrived in LA for a visit late at night. When we pulled into the courtyard/parking lot (one way in one way out) we noticed a lot of sketchy folks hanging out and one sketchy guy walking circles in the parking lot and to the street entrance. Really got into my personal space. I had asked for a ground floor room due to an injury. I had to walk up to a small glass box to check in. I was told that I would have to spend the first night upstairs and that they would move me to another room the next day. I told them that I could not do that and would have to find another place to stay if that was the case. He informed me that we could spend the first night in their "special room". We had just driven 10 hours to get there and needed rest so we said "fine". We walked into the "special room" and it looked like we walked into a third world country. I needed to use the restroom and made a bee-line for it. while seated, I noticed the bathroom sink was disgusting with globs of toothpaste spit and the towels looked like they had been used for a couple of months. I went into the bedroom area and my daughter (she's an adult) was like "no way are we staying here!" The room light was a single light in the ceiling with a long string that reached the bed. The string was filthy. The bedspread had a layer of "crud" all over the top of it. It was best described as "it looks like someone layed on it eating pizza and watching porn for 3 months". Everything in the "special room" was awful. I went back to the attendant and told them it was filthy and we were not staying there. He then offered us a better room (why didn't he offer this in the first place?. At this point there are two prostitutes flanking my car and questionable dealings going on by other occupants. The better room was "better", but still unacceptable. I called the attendant and told him that we would stay there for one night, but would be cancelling the rest of the week because of the prostitutes and pimp/drug dealers and the cleanliness issue. He was nice, apologized and assured us that he would refund the other nights. My daughter had extra tshirts and she covered two pillows with them and we slept in our clothes on top of the beds. No showering there! I found another hotel that we could move to the next morning. And I prayed that our car would be there the next morning and that we would be safe. The attendant had a hard time getting the refund to go through and I actually had to go back there during the week to try and help and spoke with someone else that was trying to help him and to my bank. Short story of refund, is that I did get my money back. But when we returned to work on the refund...the same sketchy folks were roaming the parking lot. I would never stay here again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): No frills motel convenient to LA Coliseum - This is a no frills motel in a pretty shady area. We were going to the Coliseum for a sporting event and it was a quick Uber drive there which was nice. Probably not a place to bring your family and feel safe though. It was difficult to get clean sheets, towel, and extra pillow but apart from that- a pretty basic motel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Chill place - Room : clean no bugs it is small but has everything u need
Service : great very nice people and accommodating I asked for more face towels since they only had one in the room
Location: quiet lots of places in walking distance
Overall good for the price no complaints
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Don't stay here. I spent one night to bridge a gap between my reservations. In a nut shell, a cheap price does not mean omission of bare minimum services like sanitizing, cleaning, such and such. Stains and debris on the carpet, sticky syrup and bread crum on the table, hairs/dandfuff/dead skin cell in the bed and pillows, dirt everywhere,.... you can get a TV remote, only by request, from the registration desk. No amenities at all but shampoo and body lotion, and only two dirty towels. No hair dryer.... WiFi was good. Several restaurants nearby.
- David (2/5): want my money back - that neighborhood was so bad that i did not even stay there. i want my money back
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Room smelled like smoke, mold in corners of room, bathroom didn’t look clean.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Very dangerous area. Motel is a base of operations for hookers and drug dealers. My tire got slashed the first night I was there as well as select other cars. Dried blood on walls. Wrappers from needles for IV drug use found in room. Room stunk like cigarettes. People were loud, shooting off fireworks all hours of the night. No place to put clothes. Remote for TV missing. No bottom sheet on bed, which also had air in it. Pillows of the worst quality.
Minifridge, microwave and AC worked....that's the only positive thing in this review. If I had another option to stay another place, I would have. I thought Expedia vetted these places before posting them. Very disappointed. Expedia will provide me with a refund.
- Dianna (10/5): - Great for the cost.
I stayed for five days while attending Anime Expo 2018. It was affordable and comfortable. The staff is really helpful, the manager helped me back out of my parking spot when the person next to me parked to close and I was having a hard time. Check in and check out are also really simple and easy took maybe 5 minutes. The area was kind of loud but it was the 4th of July. I slept with out issues. The rooms were clean and economy sized but comfortable. It served its purpose and was affordable.
- Benny (10/5): Sweaty night - Awesome
- MathTeacher (2/5): The neighborhood is horrible. - Drug addicts and prostitutes, destitute people, homeless, very sad. Neighborhood is the worst.
Smoking people outside the room. Managers dressed inappropriately, big burn hole in bedspread in "non-smoking room. I left, did not stay there. So, when I was leaving, another person wanted a room and they refused him, even though my room was now vacant. Racist. Then, the aggressive manager came to my car window and started talking nonsense to me, I felt threatened. Expedia WILL reimburse me...as your website reads that these rooms are vetted. Disgusting and scary, drove two hours to my daughter's house to stay there because it was after 9pm in LA.
- Muntadhar (8/5): - The room needs mirror, bed side table and fix the plug-in electrical ports. Thanks
- Verified traveler (8/5): - very pleasant for a cheap price, i would stay again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Room is badly put together, there was no towels and when the guy brought me some (2 big ones, no face or floor towel) they weren't even folded! Guy who checked me in didn't really seem like he knew what he was doing. Only good thing was the new tile but like i said it was badly put together
- Jonathan (2/5): Misleading on website - Room was not nice. Drywall repairs all over there wall with no attempt to cover with paint. One plastic chair in the room. Bed was hard. Friendly service, and they let me check in early. Since the room was bad, I ended up checking out before the scheduled check in time.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice simple motel - Toilet seat too close to the wall couldn’t sit right had to sit uncomfortable in a angle
- michael (6/5): - only concern was the outside sorroundings, there were people sleeping in their car, overall room was clean
- Oscar (6/5): Bad place to stay - Well it was OK. The bed was not comfortable it feel like hard. Not able to sleep well.. Also I book room a non smoking room.. I went in the room, the room smell so bad of cigarettes. Also neighbors are really noisy.
- Verified traveler (8/5): It's a good deal - Its a great location shopping center stores places to eat 2 blocks away a little noise a lot of traffic but for the price it a good deal
