- Guest (2/5): Très décevant - la situation géographique le fait que d'autres personnes aient pu louer des chambres alors que j'avais loué l'intégralité de la villa (11 chambres) nous n'avons pas eu accès aux équipements mentionnés dans la description, en particulier à la cuisine dont l'accès était réservé au seul staff du Riad. La personne qui s'est présentée comme l'adjoint du responsable (puis comme son frère ça dépendait des fois) a été incorrect avec moi. A partir du moment où je me suis étonnée de la présence d'autre personnes dans le Riad pourtant loué intégralement, il m'a dit que je pouvais partir si ça me chantait et que de toute façon il aurait préféré que la réservation soit annulée pour pouvoir continuer les travaux en cours (et oui, en plus du reste). Heureusement qu'un des employés était charmant et faisait son possible pour nous être agréable dans la limite des ordres reçus bien évidemment.
