• Jacques (7/5): - Un hôtel dans son jus, mais propre et un petit déjeuner correct. La propriétaire est super efficace à tous les niveaux: bons plans pour les activités, pour les lieux de sortie ou de baignade. L'hôtel est proche de bons resto qui proposent des plats et des prix corrects. L'hôtel est un peu excentré du centre ville mais on trouve facilement taxi ou tuktuk.

• Phoebe (10/5): Great, friendly, good value and comfortable - The owner was so kind and friendly and made sure that we were happy and comfortable during our stay. She speaks good English too. Nice simple breakfast of eggs and sausage, salad, muffins and fruit. Nothing.

• A (7/5): Nice quick stop - Excellent and very helpful customer service, nice location and breakfast included. The building has some character and charm. Great for a quick night stop. A little tired and old but it's ok. The bathroom is not the best, one of the rooms had a shower head that was leaking. Some insects around.

• Richard (3/5): Please AVOID until the remedy the black mold, ants, and cockroaches. - The location was amazing. Upon entering my room, I saw a cockroach and there were a lot of ants in my room. I can get past that. What I can NOT get past was the black mold all over in the bathroom. It was on the ceiling, in the tiles, and all along the floor. The staff was kind, but the sheer uncleanliness and health factors of black mold was the worst I have ever experienced around the world. For pure health reasons, I would STRONGLY suggest looking somewhere else or do a proper room inspection before entering. To the staff that may read this, you can simply do better than that. I can’t believe you actually rent rooms with those mold conditions.
• Marko (5/5): Major beachside earthworks taking place. - The TV, AC and Internet worked. The hotel was across the road from major earthworks and this created dust and noise and no access to the beach. There was a breakfast included but it wasn't great except for the fresh fruit.

• Peter (8/5): Isolated, but pleasant stay. - Very helpful and pleasant manager took us to the station when we left. A good breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Pleasant walks along the shore. Bang Saphan Yai does not appear to have any public transport at all, not even motor bikes with sidecar. We had to hitchhike from the station upon arrival. This limited our ability to explore the town, as the accommodation was some three kilometres away, on the coast.

• Charles (8/5): A nice place to do an overnight, if you don't mind a fair drive off the Highway. - I like it as a stopover place between Phuket or Surat Than and Kanchanaburi. It is a bit off the main road to be a really good spot, but the location makes up for it. On the beach and next to a very good Restaurant that is Walking Distance,150M North. 4 Story walk-up. Fortunately as an "old man", I was given a 2nd Floor room. :-)
• Jernej (9/5): Wonderful views and an amazing host. - The owner is a very friendly and helpful lady. She went herself to the bicycle rental and brought me the bicycle. The breakfast is excellent. The homemade pineapple jam is absolutely delicious as well as homemade banana muffins. The view of the sea from my room was majestic. The lady also took me to the village centre to buy groceries and fruits at a local market.

• Stefan (7/5): Cozy place, ok fixed set breakfast - Near sea but no beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurants nearby. Breakfast good. Beach gone. Beach in front is a big construction area. Far from a decent beach.
• Debby (10/5): Exceptional - We got a nice corner room with a sea view. Only had to walk up 1 floor. The location is near many food places but we were there on Chinese New Year so a lot was closed. Overall a good stay. Nothing.
• Bellie (7/5): OK for a night passing through.. - Just a place to stay a night if travelling through. There were ants in the bed. It was very dated which I don't care about at all, but the facilities reflected this (mould in the bathroom grout, stained carpet). Saw some other places riding into town that were advertising for cheaper and looked newer. If I hadn't booked here already I would have stayed at one, the price of this hotel is quite high for the quality.
• Jason (7/5): Served a purpose but it was a bit “too budget” for our liking and won’t stay again. At this price range I have scored a - Good value all considered and wasn’t expecting breakfast to be included for this price. Manager friendly and happy to help. Professional and polite. It’s a bit remote although there are a couple of places to get a meal and a drink. Breakfast was not great but we weren’t expecting any. We got totally eaten alive by ants (we think) in our bed.

It's clean and we had the best view to the ocean. The breakfast is really good, with warm food or toast. Also some fruits and muffins. Will definitely come back

Breakfast was included and quite nice: 2 fried eggs (with ham and sausages) , toasts eith butter and jam, fresh fruits and cupcakes Wifi worked well in the room. Definitely recommend as a one night stay Bathroom too small and without a curtain- but ok for one night

It's a bit old. But for one night it's not very important. No air-conditioning in breakfast restaurant.No curtain or glass for shower.
