- Romina Soto (6/5): - I have mixed feelings about this place. At the beginning they were very communicative and the airport pickup went well. However, on the way to the hotel they told me we would stop at a different hotel because the car couldn’t reach the Nubian Palace directly. The hotel we stopped at belonged to a cousin of theirs, and he told me—since I had a very early tour the next morning—that my tour wouldn’t be able to pick me up at the Nubian Palace. He convinced me to stay at the other hotel instead. It felt a bit sketchy, but we agreed. The next morning, my tour picked me up at the new location in a tuk-tuk, which would have worked just as well if I had stayed at the Nubian Palace. Because of that, I can’t help but feel like they played with me. I’m sure the Nubian Palace itself is great and the Nubian people are wonderful, but this experience left me with mixed feelings. I have to mention that Nubian Palace stopped communicating or didn’t even asked if I was going to arrive at all.

- Yuta (10/5): Excellent Experience and Hospitality - First of all, room is excellent. It has air conditioning and fridge. All amenities are good especially shampoo was great smell.Manager Sameh and other staffs are so kind and have a great hospitality. I arrived at 6pm but manager shows me around the Nubian Village. In the preschool real Nubian taught me the pronunciation of the number(1-10) both Arabic and Nubian way. It is a totally difference sound for me. Tomorrow morning, I need to leave at 4am to participate tour. Staff prepared the breakfast set for the ride. And there is a trouble with pick-up which is no related Nubian palace, just the tour guide issue. Staff is so kind for solving my issue. At end of the day, it was solved. There are definitely hospitalities in there.

Pagamos un adicional para que nos dejaran al aeropuerto. Sin embargo el chofer quiso estafarnos pidiéndonos $5 que le cobraba el aeropuerto solo por ingresar a dejar pasajeros. Cómo no le creímos, le preguntamos al oficial de seguridad, y en eso se retiró. Para que no les pase. A excepción del conductor, todo estuvo muy bien.
- holsol (10/5): Lovely lunch overlooking the Nile - Had a lovely lunch here overlooking the Nile with islands dotted about. The service was excellent, as was the food. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Away from the hustle and the bustle of the Nubian Village. The juices are heavenly. Recommend.

It's not in the city center but that is a good thing you can get anywhere quickly with their boat shuttle service. Or car service, I prefer the boat , car is not as relaxing

Only issue I had was no hot water in the shower but other than that even the food was cheap and pretty good. Would definitely recommend this place if your visiting Aswan for a good deal as well price wise

However, we had a scary experience due to the driver that was sent to us from the hotel. We got in very late and the driver took a detour to some scary place to close down his business. Driver did not notify us or let us know anything. I was scared out of my mind.

They helped us arrange tour, felucca, sand board and we got a private tour of the Nubian village. They had excellent food as well. I would love to come back again

- aniquek2017 (8/5): A colourful experience - Located in the middle of a Nubian village, this hotel is very different to the polished world of resorts and cruise ships that most tourists will see when they come to Aswan. There is a market in the area where you can buy spices, teas, and jewelry. The aesthetic and vibe of the place is bright and colorful, the people are super friendly and there are a lot of camels. Nubian Palace is not just a hotel, but also a coffee shop and restaurant. The food is AMAZING! They even packed us a breakfast box for our early morning flight.
- waeoc (10/5): Nubian Bungalow With A Touch of Class - Nubian Palace is Located in the Nubian Village and walking distance to Hospital staff. Great food. Clean rooms. Very affordable. Breakfast was included. It is on the other side so arrange in advance for hotel's shuttle boat to receive you or you will have to take a longer road around to find the place. Taxis are bothered by the latter. Bathrooms could benefit from some elbow room. Sits in the circumference of many other Nubian hotels. Would definitely recommend.
- Mohammad (6/5): - Its quite far from the city centre. Difficult to access by car and deep down the village. As it is in the hill there are multiple steps to climc throughout the hotel. There was multiple steps even inside our room and I slipped. Anyone can get hurt especially in the night time. The decoration and lighting in the dining area was good. We enjoyed their food!

- renanpsi (10/5): A great accommodation option in Nubian Village - The choice of accommodation in Aswan was varied, but I wanted to find something special. And it was during my research that the Nubian Palace, in Nubian Village, came up. How wonderful it was to arrive at the hotel, do the check-in while drinking a welcome hibiscus juice, and then find a wonderful room Nubian style. The bedroom, with 2 super comfortable single beds, also had a desk, chair and closet. Outside the bedroom, but within the area corresponding to the bedroom, in a small patio also with a table and chairs, was the private bathroom with shower. On the first morning, because I had a trip to Abu Simbel that started at dawn, the hotel prepared some breakfast boxes that were very useful. Furthermore, all the meals (open air) I had there were very good and in large quantity. Last but not least… The entire hotel staff was extremely friendly and efficient. They contributed to making this experience at the Nubian Palace a very successful one, which means that I definitely want to return there again in the future.

Staff was very kind, answered my million qurstions, helped organizing tpurs and transfers at a very reasonable price, and great food. Special mention to the great sunrise views.
- Marcin (10/5): Great unique experience. - Very unique experience! Small hotel built in traditional Nubian style with "open air" living room, colourful walls. Great restaurant with the view over the river Nile, tasty breakfast and dinner. 2 minutes walk from the local market, where you can rent a small boat to visit one of the islands.
- sunshineviv (2/5): AVOID STAYING HERE, SCAMMERS - We were initially happy about the hotel, the kitchen staff were great with my friend with mobility issues, the rooms were nice, the view was great. However, trying to get a refund for over paying for our stay has been terrible. Their credit card machine did not produce a receipt so they said it the transaction did not go thru, so they ran my credit card card a second time. Again no receipt, so my friend paid instead. Well, the 2 charges on my credit card did got thru, as I saw them on my credit card statement. The hotel says they reversed 1 charge, but that's a lie because no credit was issued. The hotel continues to refuse to reverse the charges and refuses to communicate with my bank. Therefore, the bank is saying I'm responsible. The hotel got paid 3 times for the 1 night stay! I cannot believe that I'm the only one this has happened to. So AVOID staying here,

The place is very colorful and authentically decorated. It was quite an experience. We highly recommended it!

- Discover44766817522 (10/5): Highlight of our Egypt trip! - Wow. Our one night in Aswan eclipsed our stays in other hotels in Egypt. We had 16 so we rented out every room. The staff was so attentive. We paid for an evening meal which was incredible! The chef and his staff prepared 3 times the amount of food we could eat. But each dish was delectable! I particularly enjoyed the fish dish and the okra stew. The views are stunning. We walked a few meters to have hooka in the evening. Some of us took a tok tok to town and got haircuts. Mohammed was so helpful to get us everything we needed. He even helped my son and nephew to find a place to work out in town. He danced with us in the evening and we taught him and a few other guys some American line dances too.

The hotel is located in the heart of the Nubian village, and the hotel is very well decorated and pleasant, you are in perfect immersion in the village. The hosts are warm and welcoming, they are available and communicate if necessary by whatsapp. They organized for us our trip to Abu Simbel, which is very good if you do not want to have tourist prices or be asked for tips for each action. they speak very good english. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed my journey and recommend.
- antonioo77 (10/5): A VERY BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY IN ASWAN - The Nubian Palace is a very beautiful place to stay at the Nubian Village in Aswan. The rooms were very clean, silent at night considering the traffic noise in Egypt. The landscape, as you can see the Nile River from the hotel is splendid. The attention we have received in our staying was very nice and friendly. The chef that is cooking at Nubian Palace is really good, so I highly recommend to have lunch or dinner at this place. We will stay again at this place in our next visit to Egypt, for sure!
