- O'Hara (8/5): Nice room and Comfortable bed would have been perfect if I was half a foot shorter - Helpful staff, nice lobby area with complimentary water and juice a nice touch. On ground floor rooms had very low ceilings I couldn’t stand up straight in bathroom (I’m 6’3). A lot of mosquitoes in corridor of ground floor and if you chose to have your room cleaned you would come back 3-4 in your room from door being open during cleaning. Rooftop bar was temporarily closed and we weren’t informed of this at check-in.

In terms of cleanliness, it was generally acceptable, but the floor was not properly cleaned, you could feel dust when walking barefoot. Breakfast was okay, but quite limited. There are only a few options available and no buffet. This can be inconvenient, especially when you have early tours and need a quicker, more flexible breakfast option. The room lacked sufficient space for luggage. As we were three people, it was difficult to properly organize our belongings, additional shelves would have made a big difference. The locker was also not working, and although we requested it to be fixed, it was never resolved.

- Emma (7/5): Nice Hotel… could easily be 5* with a bit of TLC - • staff were friendly • convenient location • free fresh juice and water • big communal area • easily accessible smoking area • rooftop bar was temporary closed despite there being lots of staff lingering about reception • the rooms would not be suitable for anyone over 6ft. I’m 5’10 and couldn’t wear sunglasses on my head in the bathroom due to the ceilings being so low. • plenty of sunbathing loungers however trees block any bit of sun coming in • if your next to the cleaner section on the ground floor corridor they were extremely loud early in the morning due to having to get new rooms ready however woke us up most mornings • bug marks on the walls from people who have clearly tried to kill them but these marks could easily get wiped to make the place feel much cleaner - to add to that there were lots of mosquitos in our room • air conditioning was very creaky when trying to sleep during the night and the doors beeped randomly throughout the night from where you would tap your key card none of these points were enough to ruin our trip however if changed could significantly help to improve someone else’s

Friendly staff The floor in the room was quite dirty, anytime you would walk around, your feet would be filthy. The room was very dark also and the toilet was basically under the shower

Niezbyt duże ale wszytko co potrzeba. Fajny basen. Wszędzie blisko. Do dworca, do knajp. Fajnie że jest darmowa woda i napoje oraz kawa i herbata, cukier, kakao. Można zostawić bagaże w lobby, gdy skończy się doba hotelowa. Niektóre pokoje (te na parterze) mają widok na mur. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, bo w sumie w nich tylko spaliśmy. Wszystko słychać przez drzwi pokoju z korytarza.

- Andreas (9/5): Ein schönes Hotel nördlich der Altstadt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! - Pool im Erdgeschoss. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und einfach eingerichtet. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten ist man fußläufig in der Altstadt. Im Zimmer war es sehr ruhig, kein Lärm von der Straße zu hören. Die Duscharmatur war etwas veraltet.

- Asta Marie (1/5): Vi forlod hotellet efter cirka 10 minutter og fandt et andet sted at bo – så dårlig var oplevelsen. - Ingenting Personalet kunne næsten ikke kommunikere på engelsk, hvilket gjorde det svært overhovedet at få hjælp eller svar på simple spørgsmål. Værelset vi fik, var i noget der mindede om en kælder direkte ud til en vej. Døren ud til gaden kunne ikke låses ordentligt, hvilket føltes ekstremt utrygt. Derudover virkede det ikke som om at der havde været nogen form for rengøring på værelset. Gulvet var klisteret og beskidt, noget af sengetøjet var gult, og der var tydelig svamp i fugerne på badeværelset. Hele værelset lugtede virkelig dårligt og føltes hverken rent eller ordentligt vedligeholdt. Da vi forlod stedet igen, gik alarmen endda i gang, hvilket bare understregede hvor billigt hotellet var. Kvarteret hotellet ligger i føltes heller ikke særlig rart eller trygt. Alt i alt en virkelig dårlig oplevelse. Vi kan på ingen måde anbefale dette sted.

L’eau, café, thé et jus gratuits et disponibles 24/24. Vente sur place des boissons et quelques chips/soupes dépanne bien. Piscine ouverte jusqu'à tard. L’eau sous la douche pas très chaud ou presque froide. Pas de réglage possible. Dans notre chambre (219) la climatisation était très très bruyante, le groupe extérieur faisait vibrer le mur et split dedans. L’eau dans la piscine froide même pour les enfants. Pas de bon café.

- Carol (9/5): Friendly hotel - The complimentary coffee, tea and juices were a welcome bonus and the foyer area had a lovely communal feel. The pool was lovely too but a tad cold. We found the large open space on the second floor with only nets to stop you from falling a little unnerving. Otherwise it was a really lovely hotel. It would have been perfect if it was just a little bit nearer the old town, although it was very close to a fabulous supermarket.

- Kathy (8/5): - The atmosphere in the common area and the pool. It was a 30 minute walk to the old town. But there was plenty of activity in the area, including Thia Boxing. The Hotel is within the pickup area for tours and we never had a problem with transport. The smoking area is to close proximity to the pool and the area you wait for transport. Thats about the only thing.

- Aimee (8/5): Great hotel for the price paid - would stay here again. - The location was perfect as it wasn't too busy in the area and it was within walking distance of the square. There are so many lovely places to eat nearby, including markets, buffets and local stalls. We didn't really use any of the facilities, but they looked lovely and really well kept. They have free water and juice dispensers, which was great when in need of a refreshing drink. We got the cheapest room on the ground floor, and for the price it was really good! The size was decent and we had enough room to store our luggage. The bathroom was a decent size too. There was a rooftop bar that we had a quick look at but didn't use, but it looked lovely! The only thing with being on the ground floor is it's a little noisier. We could hear the guy next door coughing all night and we sometimes could smell weed. We were right next to the road, so this may have been because of that as there's a weed shop right next door. However, with the price we paid, we really can't complain and we would definitely stay here again.
- Tara (5/5): Good location, but more of an advanced hostel than a hotel! - The location was good, outside the square of Chiang Mai but still in good location via Bolt taxis (which are very cheap). The little coffee shop within the hotel was nice too! It’s advertised as a hotel but to be honest, it was more of a hostel vibe, but an advanced hostel considering there were all private rooms. If you are a backpacker I’d defo recommend, if you want hotel and more comfort I’d look elsewhere. The pool was mostly shaded, the rooftop bar wasn’t open, and when we first walked into our room there were a few flies/mosquitos in the room which made me uncomfortable (maybe they had the windows open for air before we checked it, but I felt uncomfortable).

- Piotr (7/5): A nice to hotel in Chiang Mai in need of upgrades - It is a very nice hotel in a decent neighborhood and close to many activities like Thai boxing and Korean kitchen, massages and night market. Very good WiFi too. First there was confusion about our room which was not ready by the time the check in was supposed to start. Second, in one room there was a problem with the shower and we needed to change rooms. Third, the elevator is very slow and poor. Fourth, the swimming pool opening hours are ridiculous.

- vorawat (9/5): Best and simple stay in Chiang Mai - Great location, really friendly staff. We always stay in this hotel whenever we’re in Chiang Mai! The bathroom is a little too small for me. I can’t really stand inside the shower. The last two times we stayed we got the slightly bigger bathroom on the second floor. Not a big deal.

Las instalaciones muy muy bien. Nos todo en el piso de abajo, las ventanas daban a la calle y si no te das cuenta puede acceder cualquiera xq quedan abiertas, aunque todo es muy seguro nos daba intranquilidad.

Stayed on the ground floor very noisy at night time as close to lobby which people sit in and it kinda gave hostel vibes. Pool doesn’t really get any sun as it’s covered by building, however rooftop bar is perfect to sunbathe on

- Ana (10/5): Wonderful stay. - We loved the hotel so much we actually extended our stay and would have stayed longer if there was availability. My teenage boys loved the apple juice available for free downstairs. I appreciated a little coffee shop which also serves matcha latte. The swimming pool area was nice. The shower room was huge. The beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was great. They had laundry service available. It was walking distance from the wall. Perhaps it was a little further away from the busier area down by the night market.

- Emily (8/5): - The property was clean and staff were pleasant. Free soft drinks available and easy to arrange taxi service to the area. A lovely rooftop space and a nice seating/ smoking/ pool area available on the ground floor. Great for a short stay. Room was a little bit on the smaller side and the rooftop bar wasn’t open throughout our stay.

- Caitlin (7/5): Great place, modern vibe, close to town. - Location was good, close to things and easy to get a Grab or taxi. Bed was comfy and room was nice. Aircon was great. Bathroom a bit small but no problems. The kitchen/breakfast you can get there is so good! Also love the free coffee/juice/water station in the foyer, such a good idea. Laundry service was great! Couldn't hook the TV up to our phones/computers for Netflix etc, so no English speaking channels (we didn't ask for assistance, they may have been able to help but we didn't check). The pool quite cold, but I also recognise we went in Bangkok "winter" (December).
