• Claudio Giovanni (9/5): - Appartamento delizioso. Posizione perfetta, vicino a gran parte delle attrazioni da visitare, accanto al Teatro Real e al Palazzo Reale e a due passi dalla Gran Via e a tanto altro. Il quartiere più distante è il Paseo del Prado con i musei ma raggiungibile facilmente con la metro. Ben tre fermate della metro vicinissime (Plaza Santo Domingo, Opera e Plaza de Espana), supermercato e altro a 200 metri, quartiere tranquillo ed elegante e silenzioso. E a duecento metri c'è anche la partenza di gran parte delle escursioni prenotabili su Booking (Avila, Segovia, Toledo, Escorial, ecc.). Per chi ha qualche problema di mobilità non è molto consigliato per via della scala che si restringe in curva che porta su in camera da letto e al bagno. Per tutti gli altri confermo appartamento delizioso.
• Juan (10/5): Un oasis dentro de una ciudad que va a toda prisa - Muy hogareño a pesar de estar en el centro de la ciudad te hace sentir como un oasis dentro de una ciudad que va a toda prisa entras al piso y vives en un mundo paralelo tranquilidad paz todo muy bien, se extrañará estuve un mes y me acostumbre Quizás un detalle mínimo que el baño está en la segunda planta, pero es un detalle menor
• ALEXANDRE (8/5): Perfeito para 2 pessoas ou pequena família - A localização é excelente! O banheiro, parte do box, para pessoas altas e bem complicado. Estávamos só em dois e atendeu muito bem,,se for em mais pessoas deve haver bastante intimidade pois a ducha não tem porta.

• Veronica (10/5): Impecable. Recomiendo 100% para toda perdona que mida menos de 1.80 mt. - La Ubicación es excelente. Hermoso barrio y muy céntrico y seguro. La limpieza. No es que no me gusto. Pero recomiendo poner puerta en el baño y una mampara a lo largo de toda la ducha. Y fui con mi hijo que mide 1.96 y la ducha es muy baja. Al tener bañera el se tenía que acostar.

The apartment was situated within a 3 minute walk to the Royal palace and the Opera. The kitchen was well equipped and the exterior had a beautiful Spanish vibe. Can’t wait to return! N/A
• Carole (10/5): You could not do better than to stay in this gem of a property - Thoughtfully laid out and very comfortable for two adults I love a bath but the water heating system could not cope with the constant hot water required for a bath. Shower was fine.

Having stayed as a family, it is very nice and quiet. Apartment was really very clean and well equipped. Definitely it deserves its score.
• Gary (3/5): Did not meet our expectations - We booked for two nights but only stayed for one. There was a sewage/bad plumbing smell in the bathroom. Air fresheners/fragrance sticks had been used (maybe because of the plumbing smell) but the smell from these was so strong that we could still smell it on our clothers the next day. The location of the apartment is good but the apartment block itself is not ideal. We could hear people speaking in the neighbouring apartment and could also hear every time someone went to the toilet or had a shower.

• Alp (9/5): At the center of the city center - As the taxi driver said, the apartment is located even at the center of the city center, all must-see tourist attractions are within walking distance. Very quiet duplex apartment, a supermarket nearby, Opera metro station is 200 m away. Quite comfortable, quite well equipped with a fixed A/C at second floor and mobile A/C and a ceiling fan at the first floor. The bathtub/shower does not have a door, had to keep my daughters at the first floor while taking a bath

• Shahzad (8/5): Nice apartment, centrally located - This apartment is right in the middle of Madrid and very close to all attractions and shopping street. Super market and cafes are all within 2/3 minutes walking distance. I stayed here with my family and got an experience of Madrid old apartment living. Parking is charged and it is super expensive, 30 euros for one day. Apartment is duplex so there is one room and one living area. Bigger families can accommodate but with difficulty
• Mauricio (6/5): Good/ - Location, cleaness, the staff was really amable and active. Has all the basics for a good stay. I rented the flat specially because of the bathtub for medical reasons, and in the end it has a bathtub, but no suficient warm water for it. So it was really frustrating.

The roof in the shower was a bit low, making it a bit hard to shower for tall people like me. Also no door between the bedroom and the shower, and only a glass door between the shower and toilet
• Seyed (10/5): Amazing Apartment in Madrid - Really loved our stay in this apartment. The location is very nice, it is very close to the royal palace, plaza mayor and Gran Via. The apartment exterior area is very beautiful and inside the apartment was very clean with many facilities. The staff were also very helpful when we messaged them. nothing comes to mind
• Erika (10/5): Exceptional - First of all the location is superb - right in the heart of the town, so close to the Palace. It's quiet, tucked away on a side street but within a minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and Palace. Secondly the apartment itself is beautiful. There's full amenities including hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, clean linen, shampoo & body wash and coffee to use. The kitchen completw with utensils makes it easy to keep snacks or make a meal when you don't want to go out. And lastly, the host Marciamen is an absolute gem. She checked in with us, was eager to give recommendations to see the sights & where the best restaurants were located. She even wished us safe travels on to our next destination. Her ability for us feel at home as a non-live-in landlord and without meeting her was impeccable. Thank you so much for such an excellent stay!! Nothing! It was all wonderful!
