• biancha (4/5): Manglende rengøring og vedligeholdelse. - Hotellet var i dårlig stand. Der var huller i væggene og der var ingen køkken tilbehør, fryseren var frosset til. Vi fik først sengetøj på 3. Dagen. Selvom vi bad om roomservice, blev de væk. Da de kom glemt de deres arbejdstøj på værelset. Der var gamle shampoo og body soap flasker i badet og der var også skimmel i badeværelset. Der var huller i både håndklæder og sengetøj. Vi havde købt morgenmad med i prisen, det var det samme hver eneste dag. Meget lille udvalg.

Otel ahşap, diğer odalardaki sesleri duyabiliyorsunuz. Odada yürürken bile ses oluyor. Asansör yok. Banyoda küf problemi var. Genel olarak çok ışık almayan bir odada kaldık. Birkaç gün kalmak ve uyumak için bu otele gelmek mantıklı. Söğütlüçeşme ve rıhtıma yakın, konum olarak iyi bir yerde.

• Cagatay (10/5): Güzeldi - Oda sıcaklığı hakkında olumsuz yorumlardan dolayı biraz tedirgin olmuştum ama öyle bir problem yaşamadık. Kalorifer gayet iyi çalışıyordu ve oda sıcacıktı. Kahvaltı yetersiz denmiş ancak ortalama bir kahvaltı tabağı vardı. İnsanlar serpme kahvaltı performansı bekliyor sanırım. Oda temizliği fena değildi, ekstra yastık istedik 10 dakika içinde yardımcı oldular. Check-in esnasında da beklemedik, 2-3 dakikada anahtarımızı aldık. Tekrar konaklamak için kesinlikle değerlendirilebilir.

• Emrah (2/5): Tek kelimeyle berbat - Aralık ayında odada ısıtıcı yok. Klimayla ısınmak gerekiyormuş ama klima en az 40 yıllık ve kendini bile ısıtamıyor. En son bi elektrikli soba verdiler de onla idare ettik. Bir daha kapısından içeri adım atmayacağım bir otel.
• Av.Hatice (6/5): - Uygulama üzerinden yaptığımız rezervasyon sonucunda bize verilen oda bahçede kulübe gibiydi otelin içinde bile sayılmazdı. Oda çok küçüktü. Yerde başkalarına ait saçlar vardı. Kahvaltısı fena değildi. Ama konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde. Biz sadece uyumak için kullandık.

• ISMAIL YUCEL (2/5): 1002 NOLU ODADA KALMAYIN - Bize giriş katında 1002 nolu odayı verdiler. Diğer odalar nasıldır bilemiyorum. Bu odada kalmayın. Pencereleri arkada küçük bir bahçe gibi bir yere bakıyor. Personel bu alanda geziniyor. Konuşmalarını gürültülerini duyabiliyorsunuz. Kliması 20 sene felan önceden kalmadır herhalde. Bizim tecrübemize göre otel resimlerde göründüğü gibi değil.

The elevator inky goes up to The 4th floor and we had to walk up a curved staircase with no handrails and our luggage to the 5th floor. The breakfast was definitely underwhelming, and does not reflect the pictures even the hotel posts. The location is spot on though. Has a kitchenette, but no dishes/cutlery or pans. No dishcloths. The flooring is laminate and curling up. Washer and dryer work. Need your own soap (not unreasonable ). Would not recommend unless you really want something close to the action
• Gizem (4/5): Otel deneyimim - Arkadaşımızın düğünü için geldik, bir gecelik temiz bir otele ihtiyacımız vardı ancak odamız basık, havasız ve de karanlıktı. Kahvaltısı vardı ancak yemeye değer lezzetli tek bir şey yoktu ve kahvaltıdan bozma kişiye özel tabaklar hazırlanmıştı.

It was a good choice, is conveniently located at walking distance from the Moda" area, it felt safe at all times. The hote staff was friendly and the room comfortable. Nice balcony.
• Ali Ihsan (8/5): - Zu Hafen 600m. Durch Schiffe kann mann auf die andere seite der Stadt fahren. Zum Einkaufen sehr gute Möglichkeiten. Bar und Restaurants im Umgebung. Hotel sauber und geflegt. Das einzigste Defizite ist park platz problem für die Kunden die Auto haben .

Ayrıca kahvaltıda çatal ve tabaklardan temiz olanı bulmak epey zorladı bende hepsi kirliydi. Konaklama ve oda nispeten temiz olsa da kahvaltıdaki hijyen eksilikliği otele verdiğim puanın düşmesine yol açtı.

Çatı kaltı olsa da oda basık değildi. Klimalar çalışıyor, banyo güzel. Kahvaltı çeşidi yeterli. Girişimizi yapan resepsiyondaki bayan çok iyi karşıladı. İlle de olumsuz bişey yazılacaksa; asansör 4.kata çıkıyor ve odamız 5.katta olduğu için 1 kat yürüyerek çıktık fakat tam 1 kat sayılmaz az adımlı merdivendi bizim için bir sorun olmadı çocuklu aile olmamıza rağmen. Bir de camı açarak uyursanız sabah 4-5 gibi martıların sesi uykunuzu bölebilir ve bunun da otel ile ilgisi yok :)

• Ty (10/5): - A great place to stay, it is right in the mids of things but off the main road enough you cant hear it when you sleep. Umar 'front desk' man and the breakfast lady couldnt do enough to help, both so waem and friendly. Did have an encounter with Ail 'manager' whom wanted money for booking a trip, which wasnt really booked. Anyways once i refused to pay he left it alone but i can imagine other tourist fall for it. Place very clean, breakdast lovely most the staff are amazing . I would definitely come back again

• Verified traveler (4/5): Dishonest and disappointing - At check in, i was taken to another building that was not even part of the hotel! They deliberately gave me a room that was clearly not what i booked, and it was very substandard- more like a hostel- and it was so hot and humid. I left my belongings and went out for the evening. When i returned, i went at midnight, i told the front desk that i don't think my room is correct. He confirmed that i was given the wrong room but told me it was too late to change but the prices of the rooms were the same. I went to my room and saw that it was still very hot. I tried to turn in the AC, but only heat came out. The hotel receptionist tried the ac and then told me it wasn't working. He then put me in the room that i actually paid for which was MUCH nicer. They obviously tried to cheat me.. the ac in the 2nd room didn't work either.

Kaldığım odada kombi gibi bir şey vardı. Aniden çalışıyordu. (Başka bir odada sıcak su açıldığında da devreye girdi) Sabahları temizlik görevlileri çok ses yapıyor.

• ULAS DORUK (8/5): KIYAFETİM ÇALINDI - Otelden çıkış yaptıktan sonra gömleğimi (pahalı bir gömlekti) dolapta unuttuğumu fark ettim. Otele geri döndüm almak için ve odadan gömlek çıkmadığını söylediler. Kesinlikle yalan. Duş yere çok fazla su kaçırıyordu. Konforu ve temizliği iyiydi.

• YING (8/5): - 酒店位置还不错，位于亚洲区核心地区的边缘，离亚洲区机场快轨的最后一站和倒数第二站都是1.2公里的步行距离，1公里以内有很多餐馆和商业，价格比欧洲区实惠不少。感觉是老公寓改成的酒店，没有电梯，旋转楼梯提行李很不方便。卫生间比较小，整体浴室里没有放洗浴用品的地方。早餐一般。

• David (4/5): - The first room we got was really small, so small it cause my girlfriend to cry. When I was making the booking the price for the larger room was only a couple of dollars extra, so I spoke to the guy and asked to upgrade. He wanted €40 to upgrade instead of the five that was available at the time of booking. The breakfast was average as well, dishes were cold. Not recommended
• Richard (10/5): Very happy - Great value for money in Istanbul. Great location for Kadikoy and Asian side. Room was great very clean and shower was excellent. Staff friendly also, would defo stay here again in Istanbul.
• Erdal (4/5): Bir daha görüşmemek üzere - İki gece kaldım. Bana verilen odanın kendisi binanın arka tarafına bakıyordu. Aslında oda fena değildi. Yatak ve odanın kendisi temiz görünüyordu. Banyo kısmında duş kabinin içinde kenarlarında küf birikimi vardı. Akan suyun bir ılık bir soğuk gelmesi işi biraz zorlaştırdı. Pencereyi açamadım çünkü sanırım binanın havalandırma sistemin generatörün sesi rahatsız edici idi. Pencere kapalı iken de sürekli bir ses vardı kulağımda. Bu ses hiç bitmiyor. Oda servisi yoktu - yani yatağım yapılmadı. Öğrenci olsaydım çok aldırmazdım sanırım fakat 5 yıldızlı otelleri de bildiğim için bu otelde bir da konaklamayı düşünmüyorum. Fiyatı diğer otellere göre ama uygun.

Forskellige slags, men hvis man er det mere en 3 dage, bliver morgenmaden kedeligt, da der ikke byttes rundt på de forskellige slags. Halvt renoveret hotel. Vi boede på 3 sal uden elevator 😫 tog en evighed da det var hvirvl trappet. Rengøring var middelmådigt selvom der var rengøring hver 2 dag. Vinduerne er 50 år gamle, og var ikke rengjort i flere uger, så det var fuldt op med støv og så der er ikke god lydisolering , derfor man kunne hører trafikken ekstremt om natten. Toiletterne havde skimmel/små larver under og siderne af brusekabinen.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - İşletmenin çalışanları son derece güler yüzlülerdi her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Odamız fotoğraflardaki gibi tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Konumu merkezi ve güvenilirdi. Çift olarak huzurla kalınabilinir bir işletme. İşletme düzeni kentin dışında gibi huzurlu ve sessiz hissettirdi. Kahvaltı çeşitleri güzel ve lezzetliydi(içecikler hariç:)). Katın kombisi arızalı olduğundan dolayı sıcak su ve ısıtma ihtiyacımızı karşılayamadık:(. Klima sadece soğutma özelliğine sahip… Özetle her şeye rağmen tekrar tercih edebiliceğimiz bir yerdi. Teşekkür ederiz.
• DOLORES (10/5): Excellent stay at the Mezzo - We had a lovely room with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Emre and Jumma both of whom took very good care of us and spoke very good English, which was a bonus. Hotel is well located for transport, walking and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
• MEHMET MESUT (8/5): Mütevazi otel - Merkezi bir yerde her yere ulaşım kolay kadıköy iskelesi yürüme mesafesinde Moda da aynı . Kahvaltı oldukça zengin ve lezzetli ürünler kaliteli. Temizlik de sorun yok. Günlük olarak oda temizliği kartı asarsanız gereken yapılıyor. personel yardımsever ve isteklerinizi hemen yerine getiriyor. Otopark olmadığı için araçla gelenler Otelin arkasında günlüğü 60 tl den İspark ı kullanabilirler.
• Ozan (8/5): - Odalar temiz ve çalışanlar çok ilgili. Konaklamamız süresince çok rahat ettik. Konumu çok güzel, Moda sahiline, çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde. İşlek cadde üzerinde gibi görünmesine rağmen, kesinlikle gürültü gelmiyor, hiçbir rahatsızlık duymadık. Genel anlamda hem odamızdan hem de çevreden memnun kaldık.
• Yilmaz (10/5): Un bon camp de base à Kadıköy - Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis. Le lit était très confortable, la douche était remarquable. Une salle de bain avec ses jets etc. Le petit déjeuner correct, tout suffisant mais l'offre sucré était moins abondant ce qui n'est pas très grave du tout. La situation est fantastique, très calme bien que l'hôtel soit situé au cœur de Kadikoy. (A 15 minutes à pied du terminus de la navette de l'aéroport.)

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Loved the location, size of the room, balcony, comfy bed. The water in the shower wasn’t that hot though, and the air conditioner made a funny noise even though it wasn’t in use. Bit annoying at night.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Ok but could be better - The hotel overall was fine. Good breakfast and wi-fi service. My biggest complaint is that the front desk staff did not wear mask, access to hot water was unreliable, and the cleaning staff didn't come even though we had clearly indicated our wish to have our room cleaned one day.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - This little hotel is within walking distance of Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadyumu. It is also within walking distance of major bus and public transport hubs (13 minutes to Kadikoy where you can catch the E10 bus to take you to Sabiha Gökçen airport. The property is clean and tidy, with the most basic necessities, shower, bed, bath products. It really is immaculately clean, if not luxurious. The staff is friendly and helpful. For the price I paid per night, 39€, this cannot be beat. I recommend this little gem. There are also nice restaurants within minutes of the hotel.
• Maria (10/5): Lindo Hotel em Kadikoy - Este hotel tem dois blocos e um deles, dos quartos mais charmosos, não tem elevador. O quarto no qual fiquei, 1301, é espaçoso, camas confortáveis, lindamente decorado, tem cortinas blackout, muito espaço para organizar a bagagem. O atendimento é muito bom. O café da manhã é bom, mas, para beber, havia apenas chá preto. Destaco que esse hotel é próximo ao ponto para o Shuttle Bus do Aeroporto Sabina Gocken (Havabus) do qual se pode ir a pé se estiver com pouca bagagem ou pegar um táxi para um percurso bem curto. Meu táxi do hotel a este ponto custou 10 liras turcas (março 2019).
