- Ibrahim Erol (10/5): Ankara’da kalınacak güzel bir alternatif - Oda güzel ve manzaralıydı. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve saygılı. Kahvaltı ise mükemmel. Kahvaltı manzarası ise Anıtkabir, Çankaya ve Aksaray. Sadece odanın cadde ve tren istasyonuna bakan camları biraz temizlik ister.
- Russell (10/5): A swell hotel at a good price - A spacious and elegant room, just past its peak, but well maintained. A high quality bathroom with a great three point shower. I was first assigned a room at the front but found the traffic, though a steady swooshing, too much. They switched me to the back without a quibble. All the staff were smartly dressed and welcoming. They helped me out with good humour, snipping cotton to release some new socks I'd bought from their packaging! 😅🙂 You can see Attaturk's Mausoleum from the rooftop breakfast room. Breakfast was spectacular, good on salad and unprepared fruit. I missed much variety with the hot offerings - could have done with more interesting eggs, oats, and fresh coffee. Similarly, I guess at this price point, there's no English on the broadcast TV. The food in the adjoining restaurant was good - though the cigarette smoke a bit thick for me. But overall a sophisticated bargain with impeccable staff.
- Jean Marc (8/5): BIEN - J'ai passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel Bien que situé sur une grande avenue,c'est plutôt calme.La suite est correcte,mais rien d'exceptionnel.Par contre j'ai été agréablement surpris par la salle du petit déjeuner au dernier étage.Tres lumineuse,belle décoration.La vue est superbe.Le personnel est courtois et attentif.Je conseille de déjeuner ou dîner au restaurant attenant à l'hôtel.Tres belle carte ,belle déco et service impeccable.Il n'y a rien de bien aux alentours.
- Benjamin (8/5): Well-priced, good location business hotel. - Check-in was quick and easy. Friendly and polite staff. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Smell of smoking was present in hallways and in the room after a couple of hours (the first few hours the smell was of air deodorizer and cleaning products which was pleasant). We were able to open the windows for fresh air, but had to close at night when it got cold. Great price for a last-minute booking. Good location, a small convenience store around the corner and not far from some tourist spots (by taxi and on foot). Breakfast on the terrace roof had lots of options - food was fresh, tea was hot and the view was great! We were able to store our bags upon check-out. Staff were friendly throughout. As English speakers we did not have any issues throughout our stay with communication.

Odalar kesinlikle temiz değil halı ve yorgan kılıfı kirli ve lekeli, dolapta ise kadın saçı vardı. Geç giriş yaptığımız için uğraşmak istemedik ve uyuduk. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Personel iyiydi. Temizliğe daha fazla önem verilirse güzel bir tesis.

Otoparkı da var bildiğim kadarıyla.Bu sefer benim için tek eksi yanı temizliğin kötü olmasıydı.Odanın olduğu koridora tepside yemek artıkları bırakılmıştı ve 1 gün asansörün yanında durdu o tepsi,sonrasında alındı mı bilmiyorum.O güne özel bir durum olduğunu düşünüyorum çünkü önceki gelişimde temizlikle ilgili sıkıntı görmedim. Onun dışında gayet güzel konaklanabilecek bir otel.

- Himmet (6/5): Tavsiye etmiyorum bir daha gitmem - İlk girdiğimizde odanın içinde ağır bir sigara kokusu vardı. Odanın içinde duramadık. Daha sonra gece yan odadaki bütün sesler bizim odamızın içinde yankılandı. Uyuyamadık desem yeridir. İzolasyon yok desem yeridir. Havalandırıp öyle girdik. Vale arabamı park edeceğini söyleyip arabamın anahtarını almıştı arabam park ettiği yerde 3 gün aynı yerinde durdu arkasında da çöp konteynırı vardı geri geri arabamın tamponunu vurmuş sonradan farkettim uğraşmak istemedim. Kahvaltı olarak çok vasat 3 yıldız otelde çok daha iyi kahvaltılar gördüm.

Market, yemek vb imkanlara yürüme mesafesinde (maks 10-15dk) Odaya girdiğimde oda soğuktu, kalorifer vanasını kapatmışlar, klimanın kış modu çalışmıyordu, odanın ısınması ertesi günü bulduğu için gece bir miktar üşüyerek geçti. Rezervasyon yaptırırken bunun kontrol edilmesini isteyebilirsiniz. Odanızın sessiz olmasını istiyorsanız çevresinde dolu oda olmayan bir oda isteyebilirsiniz, özellikle hafta sonu kalıyorsanız, eğlence mekanları yakında olduğundan, misafirler odalarına gürültülü dönüyorlar ve oda kapıları sesi kesmiyor. Odadaki su ısıtıcıyı kullanmak istediğimde içine atılmış ve unutulmuş bir demleme çay poşeti vardı, küflenmişti. Resepsiyon hemen yenisini yolladı. Yani kimsenin aklına misafirin kettle içine çay poşeti atacağını düşünmeyeceğini anlayabilirim ama maalesef otellerde A'dan Z'ye oda kontrolü elzem. O çay poşeti bana odada yapılan temizliği sorgulattı, dürüst olmalıyım. Bunu da rezervasyon yaparken kontrol ettirebilirsiniz. Kahvaltısı yeterli. Genel olarak oteli tavsiye ederim. Özellikle personelin tutumundan ve hızlı çözüm sunmalarından, c-in ve c-out hızından çok memnunum. Tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel. Teşekkürler.
- Esra (10/5): 10/10 - Gittiğim her yerde ev konforunu arayan biri olarak Güvenay rahat ettiğim nadir otellerden biri oldu.Rahatlık,temizlik,kahvaltı çok iyiydi.Kahvaltı manzarasını söyiemiyorum bile.Fotoğrafta göreceğiniz gibi mükemmel manzara eşliğinde mükemmel bir kahvaltı.
- Bader (10/5): Good Experience - Perfect location, it’s near Ankara gari train station, where you can use the HavaBus to travel between the station and ESB Airport (Ankara Airport). It’s also surrounded by many restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets. Plus it’s in the center of many Attractions. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly. I received a very nice Room with a balcony. Breakfast options were ok, nothing special. In general I would recommend this place.

- Beate (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm, Personal sehr freundlich. Gut ist auch, dass sich zwei U-Bahn Stationen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbüffet. Das einzige, was uns hier gestört hat, ist, dass noch ein paar Sachen in Plastik verpackt sind. Bei so einem riesigen Angebot muss das doch nicht sein. Auch Pappbecher im Zimmer wären durch Tassen ersetzbar.

For other purposes it is just 100 m away from the Anadolu subway station. The room was clean, even had a large terrace/balcony. Wifi access at times were cumbersome. The breakfast buffet is reach in traditional Turkish items.

- siyu-de (8/5): Very good hotel, clean and comfy - Recommended - The rooms are clean, comfy and modern. Breakfast on the roof is very good and wonderful views included. Staff is friendly and helpful. The railway and metro stations are nearby, the down town shopping street is not to far (little walk). I had a very good night sleep and a good stay, I definetly will stay there again.

Rooms are clean, spacious and housekeeping fabulous.stayed for 7days with zero complains. Breakfast acceptable. But only hardboil eggs. Scramble eggs would be better. Like to compliment staff Rana who is very energetic and performed her duties more than what is expected. Always there, willing to provide service and maintained the atmosphere in the breakfast room. Very hard working staff who speaks English fluently. Front officer manager Aykut is also helpful and pleasant. Always smiling and provides assistance whenever needed. There 2 staff are an asset to the hotel.

- semarslan (4/5): Disappointment! - We stayed as family 3 people and our baby, the room looked so nice in the photos and they arranged a baby bed for our baby, everything was so nice until we experience the toilet and shower, as I added the photos the bidet nozzle was broken and all brownish, toilet was so dirty we had to clean over again, shower had black parts looked so old and dirty, 2022 they didn’t have liquid soap as they showed in the photos, it was oldish hard soap… When we asked them to do something about toilet they told us they do not have technic people right now and we are already leaving tomorrow, so they do not need to help us because we are staying only one night! Baby bed was so low and old kept making noise and my baby could jump over it they also said there isnt another one, the lady in reception wasnt helpful at all about our problems, we even couldnt use the shower bc it looked disgusting, and toilet was very clearly like this long time they should have fixed it already, their answer was not any guest reported this issue earlier… so they never check their rooms as I understood, even the toilet in breakfast area had the same problem and it was all water on the floor looked like someone already tried to use the water but it all splashed outside… the breakfast looked like so many kinds but when u taste it, the pastry stuff tasted so old like left overs… I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone not even one night we couldn’t handle that… Plus the pillows really smelt disgusting, you could smell the previous person who was staying… so shame….Only the guy in reception and parking person was so much helpful but limited about the hotel…

- Adirubin79 (10/5): A great hotel over all my expectations - The roon was extremely large and comfortable. It had all the facilities required. The cleanning was also great. Breakfast was amazing on the roof of the hotel with a great view of the beautiful city Ankara. It is in a central location and downstairs you can find super markets like migros and more and restaurants. I will definately come back to this hotel. It is highly recommended in my opinion.

The house keeping is not very good. The room was clean, but our room had the street view and since the window lock did not worked properly it was hard to sleep at night.

We would highly recommend this place as it’s in the center of the city and above all right from the reception, (Aykut, Mehmat, Begum , Inan, Merve) Bell desk (Ilyas, Saban, Bahadir), House Keeping (Shirin & Saniye), Breakfast staff (Nuran, Eagi,) was all so professional and amazing and they made our stay so comfortable and pleasant. We would like to thank them all especially Mr. Aykut is such a kind and amazing soul who has helped us every single day of our stay. Aykut made sure that we receive the best service and our stay was comfortable. Aykut is no doubt an asset to GUVENAY Business Hotel. The guy at the reception who checked me in for the first time went above and beyond to make my stay great! He is very professional and helpful. However, I hoped if they have international TV channels. The breakfast needs improvement.
- AnnaV484 (10/5): Excellent place - We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, with our two children and my elderly parents. We came to Ankara to apply for passports, but wanted to do some sightseeing. Our 5-year-old son was desperate to visit the Anıtkabir, and this hotel is the perfect location to start exploring from. The breakfast restaurant has a view onto the Anıtkabir and you can visit it within 15 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel has free parking places for your car, but you can also easily hop on the metro within a few steps from the hotel. The rooms are spacious, very well equipped and clean. We visited during (a very cold) winter and the central heating made sure we always came back to a very nice and warm room. The showers are clean, water pressure very good and the water is always hot. The breakfast was sufficient, with changing side dishes every day. Yes, it was all covered with foil, but that is due to the Covid-19 measures required for hotels and those were all met. Eggs made on order, freshly cooked. The staff at breakfast were very pleasant, especially the ladies Tuğba, Ezgi and Melike. Mister İnan at the reception is also very kind and welcoming. Although the hotel is called a business hotel, we thought it was a very suitable place for families. We can definitely recommend this place and whenever we come back to Ankara, we will be staying at Güvenay.

- Victor M. (8/5): Great location - The hotel was very good and the room was comfortable. The room A/C unit had problems but it was eventually fixed by a staff member. The restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced. The front desk attendant was my only issue as she was very slow in attempting to solve the A/C problem as it took three attempts and almost three hours to get someone. She said she was busy handling the check in process (issuing room keys) and she seemed overwhelmed by her duties. She certainly gave me an impression she did not care about the room problem. Besides that, everything else was good and the hotel is centrally located.

- farboddreamliner (8/5): good and cozy hotel - Stayed 2 nights with a friend. Polite and helpful staff but, as you can expect all over Turkey, not a very good understanding of English. Breakfast is greatly offered in different packages but not self-service due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Rooms are cozy, clean, and beautiful with a good lighting system. The location is pleasing. One thing to complain, the space of toilet and bathroom are small in comparison with other popualr hotels.

Only one exception, one bellboy who was really arrogant. The breakfast was also very good. There were many choices also for vegetarians. The location is convenient near the train station and the airport bus stop.
