• Gillian (8/5): Very friendly staff - The staff were amazing and so helpful. We arrived late but nothing was too much trouble. A very friendly start to our holiday. The location was mainly suitable for an overnight stay .
• Edel Fen (7/5): Great Value - Extremely good value for money.. I had a large room with balcony for my 10 day stay including breakfast which was good. Staff exceptional helpful & friendly. Room clean & offered room service each day. Maybe a little tired in places but this is reflected in price. Would certainly stay again as I travel to Arusha twice yearly from Europe. Would be hard to walk the few metres off main road to hotel due to condition of road.

• Omar (10/5): Bon endroit pour visiter les alentours et faire des Safaris surtout Ngorongoro - Ça a la qualité d'un veritable hotel 3 etoiles, en plus les singes viennent vous rendre visite au balcon, donc safari garantie, la nourriture y est bonne et bon marché, Les petits dejeuners sont tres copieux et bons. Vous pouvez y reserver des safaris à bon prix. La propreté est impeccable. La balade vers le bas dans le village est tres interessante. Il y a des supermarches a 5 min à pied. Les stations de bus sont tres proches, vous pouvez utiliser In drive et Bolt. Veronica la propritaire et son marie sont tres sympas et accueillants ainsi que tout le personnel, on s'y sent chez soi. • Melodie (9/5): Nice place to stay in arusha. - I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Also the staff was excellent and motel had a good breakfast. Also they had made some improvements to the balcony rooms since last time I stayed. They are great at implementing recommendations of guests on how to improve motel. The one thing that could have been improved is for some reason we had issues with hot water in smaller rooms. One issue was solved the second night but the other room had issues the whole time. The balcony rooms had no issues.

I was working remotely for couple of days, and I had a lot of problems for the unstable connection. If you don’t need necessary a stable then this hotel is perfect! If you need good connection then I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel ubicado en una zona peligrosa de constantes robos a turistas, nada agradable. A nosotros nos habría gustado saber esta información antes de reservar. Muy poca variedad de comida en el restaurante del hotel y largas esperas (más de 1h30) para que te preparen un plato (ensalada). La chica encargada de la cocina en varias ocasiones no elaboró los platos solicitados (se pedía un plato y preparaba otro distinto, un tipo de carne y ponía otra, etc). Camas muy incómodas, si buscas confort, no te recomiendo este hotel. No repetiría.

Located in a quiet part of the town and run by a family, the staff did above and beyond the expected to fit our needs and make our stay very pleasant. The rooms are quiet and clean. They even packed a breakfast for us because they knew we were leaving early for a Safari trip.

Petit balcon qui donne sur l'entrée de l'hôtel et les gourbi 1 côté. Bon petit déjeuner, pas très copieux mais fait l'affaire. Salle de bain mal agencée , pas de gel douche ou Shampoing fourni. Les environs ne sont pas touristiques, ya pas d'intérêt à sortir à pied, le centre ville est à 40min à pied.

• Erato (10/5): - The hotel is very central place in Arusha. The breakfast was perfect and we had our dinner also at the restaurant, that was also delicious. The staff was very kind but we stayed speechless with the woman at the reception called Veronica. She helped us so much with a health problem as a real friend would do. Moreover she arranged for us the transportation from hotel to the hospital and to the Kilimanjaro airport. Veronica, we will forget what you did for us. Thank you for everything!

The budget style rooms were above the dinning area so it was very loud in the mornings when people were getting up to go on safari ect. Some of those rooms were also really small. Stayed for 5nights and our rooms were not cleaned/given fresh towels.

Miserable lighting in the room, staff is extremely slow, restaurant serves dishes that do not match the description of the menu (and tries to charge extra when you ask them to fix it), bathrooms have windows on the main corridors (meaning you hear and smell what happens in them).
