I’ve stayed in great 5* hotels before but the difference with The Gloria is the personal touch and atmosphere. I felt taken care of as soon as I walked in the door to a warm smile and welcome. Impossible to find anything!

Très bruyant, les matelas bradés de boutons durs que l’on sent dans le lit, les mauvaises odeurs parfois, la différence entre le descriptif et la réalité- par exemple le petits déjeuner n’a rien d’exceptionnel, la piscine du haut est en fait un bassin d’un mètre quinze de profondeur d’1 m50 de large et 3 m de longueur-. Pour moi ce n’est absolument pas un 5 étoiles.

Iveta (9/5): Luxury days in Palma - The rooftop sunbathing area is fantastic for a few hours of relaxation before heading out on excursions. The spa area in the basement is perfect for evening relaxation. It’s only place for improvement. I would suggest the Coffee machine at the breakfast as it takes time while the waitress is gathering the orders and preparing a coffee individually for everyone. Breakfast is very special and individually made.

El hotel queda a 10 minutos andando de casi todas las atracciones. Tiene un spa super acogedor y relajante. No tengo nada malo que decir. Me encantó Me gustó todo. El desayuno buffet tenía poca variedad de comida pero como se puede elegir del menú fue muy satisfactorio.

Aamiainen oli kohtalainen, hieman niukan puoleinen ja tilatut annokset viipyivät turhan pitkään. Maku sinänsä erinomainen. Aamiaisen tilaaminen oli hitaanpuoleista, ilmeisesti henkilökuntaa ei riiottävästi paikalla näin off season. Huoneet siistit, mutta hieman kuluneen oloiset.

Oksana (7/5): - The hotel has a beautiful design and atmosphere, the rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the reception staff as well as the cleaning ladies were very polite, friendly, and always smiling. Check-in, check-out, and room service were quick and smooth, which I truly appreciated. The hotel has a great atmosphere, beautiful interior, and most of the staff were pleasant and professional. Breakfast – The food was absolutely not fresh, clearly reheated in the microwave and tasteless. None of the dishes we tried were enjoyable. It really felt like the chef did not put effort or passion into the preparation. For me, breakfast was the weakest point of the whole stay. 2. Breakfast staff – Not very welcoming or friendly, which created a negative impression in the mornings. 3. Rooftop pool service – Extremely inconvenient organization of orders. I placed my order through the hotel’s app/website, but the restaurant staff downstairs never received it. I had to call by phone to make sure they checked the system, and only after my call they noticed my order. This is very frustrating for a guest. 4. Shower in the room – The shower handle was not fixed properly and kept rotating, making it very uncomfortable to use.

I loved going up on the terrace and laying by the pool and then going down into the spa which had a really cool underground pool and sauna. It is a small hotel, only 14 rooms so it was like having the whole place to ourselves! The breakfast every morning was delicious, I loved making my way down the menu. We also ate dinner here and it was all just great. I was genuinely so sad when it was time to check out :( I will definitely be back!! Nothing, everything was amazing

Timothy (10/5): Exceptional - We loved everything about our stay. Exceptional staff, exceptional facilities, exceptional location, exceptional food and drink. The hotel surpassed our high expectations, from the moment we arrived (at 1am we had a warm welcome and tour of hotel) to the time we departed. The pools are one of the reasons for booking and we always had access to the pools and loungers at any time of the day or night, including bar service. Fantastic breakfast in a beautiful restaurant. We didn’t eat in the restaurant at other times but the menu looked delicious. Regular welcome gestures and personalised notes (wine, biscuits). Bedroom had such a comfortable bed, balcony and adjustable AC and the en-suite had a wonderful shower and toiletries. Thank you so, so much for a fantastic holiday!
Tim (10/5): Prachtig hotel voor een sfeervol en romantisch verblijf - Van begin tot eind een heerlijke ervaring. Het is een kleinschalig hotel, waardoor het snel huiselijk aanvoelt. De ruimtes zijn prachtig ingericht (en brandschoon), het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben vooral genoten van de wellness en de rooftop. Ook het ontbijt was erg goed. Zonder meer een absolute aanrader. Niks.

Nel far presente tutto questo al manger alla reception mi è stato risposto, ha fatto bene a comunicarmi queste cose, senza guardarmi in faccia e sostenuto scriveva al suo pc. Per ordine sparso: - la mattina prima di ricevere un caffè passavano 20min - la sera non ritrovavo asciugamani viso perché non rimessi - ho dovuto far richiamare una mia amica che parla bene spagnolo per recuperare cibo ( prosciutto spagnolo) confezionato nel frigo, dopo un’ ora del ceck out dicendomi che di prassi loro buttano via tutto e quindi non potevano farci nulla ( magicamente ritrovato) - mini bar vuoto solo acqua naturale fuori frigo

Svjetlana (10/5): Selten sich so gut aufgehoben und erholt gefühlt! - Es gibt viele schöne Design-Boutique Hotels, aber keines mit so einem Top-Service und einer Ausstattung, wo absolut an alles gedacht wurde. Das Frühstück und das Restaurant sind sehr gut, Betten und Polster hervorragend (und ich bin da sehr empfindlich), Pool unten super zum schwimmen, Rooftop perfekt zum Chillen nach einem langen Tag, Lage mitten im Zentrum aber absolut ruhig… Das Bemühen der Mitarbeiter is absolut einzigartig: Llouis hat sich zB die Zeit genommen uns um Mitternacht als echter Einheimischer alle schönen Orte der Insel zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns WIRKLICH wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Llouis, Joaquim, Francesco, alle Damen… wir kommen wieder! Gar nix, alles war top

Since it's the historical building, you can hear a bit of noises from the street but in general, it's located in the quite street no concerns but thought to mention!
Richard (10/5): An Incredible Hotel! - Most amazing hotel! From start to finish we were welcomed, looked after and the staff could not do more for you. Beautiful decor , great breakfast , spacious rooms. Stunning roof top loungers and pool! There were welcome notes left in the room, and when we returned on the evening fruit and biscuits . The spa is beautiful , this really a great all round hotel located in the centre of Palma. Could not ask for more Nothing it was Fantastic!

372natalie (10/5): Beautiful hotel and lovely people. - The hotel is very well located and the breakfast was lovely. I had some great massages and would spend some time on the roof by the pool which always had lots of space despite it being small. What really made it different however was the staff who made it such a lovely experience. I will definitely return.

Milvio Armando (10/5): - I normally don't review hotels but for this one i will gladly do it; the hotel staff was nothing short of amazing, extremely helpful and delightful. The hotel itself beautiful, clean, extremely well located and the rooms were spacious and everything perfect! The restaurant of the hotel was spectacular, we had dinner there on our first night and were completely blown away by the quality of its kitchen, a fact that was several times confirmed at breakfast every morning were everything was presented and done to perfection. This hotel is a 7 star disguised as 5 stars, would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect stay at the perfect location with just the perfect staff!
sarit (10/5): - Beautiful property at a great location. Our room was lovely! We were greeted by Daniella when we first arrived - she took care of all our luggage as soon as got there. We were escorted to the bar for our welcome drink which was delicious! The bartender was phenomenal and made one of the best Sangria's I've had in Spain. Breakfast was phenomenal - make sure you get it. Nuria was also outstanding, with all her recommendations and patience with us. This is a gem of a hotel and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to feel truly taken care of and like family in Mallorca. Thank you to the rest of the staff as well!
Paul (10/5): A stylish, welcoming escape in the heart of Palma - From before we checked in nothing was too much trouble for the team. They kindly collected a cycle on my behalf so I could ride early after a late evening arrival. They provided some amazing recommendations and helped us with some ideas for unique experiences. The property itself if stunning with the features of the original property being sympathetically used and restored in the design. Being one of only 14 rooms you always knew that you were being looked after. The rooftop is a wonderful place to relax in the centre of Palma. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Incredible amenities, and very calm, cool (AC was merciful in the middle of summer) atmosphere. Service was exceptional from the minute we stepped into the place to the minute we left. Nuria especially was an amazing host and looked after us both inside the hotel and helping to organise things to do in the city. Will definitely be staying again.

Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. The level of service throughout our stay was nothing short of exceptional—truly the definition of going above and beyond, which feels increasingly rare, especially in a post-Covid world. The property itself is beautiful, with elegant interiors that create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The on-site bar is excellent, and the restaurant was a real highlight—fantastic food and great ambiance. We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa and swimming pool facilities, which were spotless and perfectly maintained—ideal for unwinding after a day out. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly and are already looking forward to returning.
