• Megan (6/5): Great location, average amenities. - Location was great and super convenient. It felt a bit unclean and untidy. The bathroom wasn't great, shower was small. There weren't any pegs to hang clothes out with, there was no washing powder provided, very basic amenities. Space felt quite dark. Could do with a little tidy up

Lała się woda na podłogę przed prysznicem. Brak telewizora. Kuchenka gazowa ma zepsute dwa palniki. Brak światła dziennego przez okna. Człowiek czuł się jak w więzieniu. Słabe wyposażenie kuchni. Szafki w kuchni stare, drzwi głośno się zamykały. Brak ekspresu do kawy, co nawet w tańszych noclegami jest juz zagwarantowane. Słaby kącik wypoczynkowy. Mała kanapa tylko dla dwóch osób.

Living area virtually non existent, an extremely small and tight bathroom (if you had to bathe children it would be difficult), an under-equipped kitchen – very little in the way of utensils, crockery/cutlery/knives.

Blisko obiektu śmietniki, wąska łazienka, brak deski do prasowania, ciemny apartament, trochę już stary ten apartament. za to ze odebrałem klucze o 22 dopłaciłem 30 euro co uważam nie jest w porządku
• Gaelle (7/5): Appartement agréable mais perfectible - La localisation,proche de Termini, est un réel point positif. A notre arrivée, Cosimo était là pour nous accueillir,il a été très réactif lorsque nous avons réalisé que le chauffe-eau ne fonctionnait pas et a géré la situation de manière rapide et efficace. Il n'y a pas de véritable salon, juste un canapé dans un coin de l'espace cuisine. La cuisine est équipée du minimum, les casseroles sont en mauvais état.Une des deux climatisations est extrêmement bruyante. Il est impossible de laisser les bagages , même quelques heures, le jour du départ.

• Verónica (4/5): Para nada como en las fotos, me siento engañada. - Me gustó la ubicación, puedes coger el metro y llegar fácil a otros lugares Da un aspecto un tanto descuidado, no había televisión , no hay aire acondicionado solo unos aparatos pequeños q hacen muchísimo ruido q enfrían un poco, no podías dormir con semejante ruido, había q elegir entre dormir sudando y no dormir. Huele a humedad la casa, no estaba bien limpia de hecho habían hormigas y nada para matarlas, mi hija se levantó de la cama con hormigas ( su cama quedaba más cerca de la cocina). Había restos en el suelo y daba un poco de asco utilizar los vasos y cubiertos q estaban encima de una tela absorbente muy deteriorada, el aseo tenía dos mini lavabos uno en una punta del aseo y el otro en la otra punta, y la ducha pues.... Deteriorada vamos a decir. No dejaron nada de nada de alimentación, unos restos de azúcar sucia por restos de café en un bote, un resto de café soluble , no había aceite y ni siquiera había jabón para los platos , dejaron la botella prácticamente vacía. Las cortinas rotas y caídas, la verdad es q no me gustó nada de nada. No lo recomiendo,no volvería jamás a ese alojamiento.
• Mary (7/5): Great Location - Very close proximity to Termini station. Buses direct from Fiumichino airport to this station.. Area is in a very good location for sight seeing etc. Lots of nice restaurants all around. Also lots of little tourist shops. A pharmacy and a little grocery shop. The apt was clean, neat and tidy. Basic facilities, but adequate. Good communication from the host. Bathroom very narrow, but, thats ok. Need to state in writing how to work the shower. We figured it out eventually. Great shower though.

• Joanna (9/5): Great for a week in Rome with kids - I decided to take a risk, and give it a try despite some of the reviews. Happy we did! To address some of the issues from previous reviews: There is lock on the bathroom door. There was plenty of storage (more then we could use staying there for almost a week with two kids). Kitchen is equipped enough to make simple meals. The only thing differing from pictures is there here was no microwave. Yes there is a tram noise, but we could all sleep through. It is a quiet neighborhood, so no party, no screaming strangers. You also do not hear the neighbors. The state of the place: it is Italy. The buildings are old. For Italian standard of hotels and Airbnbs it is fine. Yes, bathroom could use remodeling (especially shower) and new floor would be nice, but would it be the same price then, considering the location in the center and that you have 5 ppl (maybe more, if the sofa in the living room can be opened - we didn't check) sleeping comfortably in 2 separate bedrooms? I doubt. Walls are freshly painted, everything is spotlessly clean, equipment and Internet are working smooth, bedsheets and towels are new and clean. Rooms are spacious. Walking to colosseum is 20min, and to center about 30. We managed without using public transport. Really minor things: maybe a few more plates in the kitchen would be useful. Overall nothing to complain.

• Elena (9/5): Nice stay in a spacious flat in the centre of Rome - The host was already waiting for us at the door upon our arrival. He explained everything about the property, showed where the nearest shops are etc, very helpful and good English. The area felt safe, very near one of the oldest basilicas in Rome. The flat was lovely decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. The floor of the house was quite dirty. Also, my mom was really missing TV because she wanted to watch some Italian TV channels.

• Máiréad (4/5): I would not stay here again. There is little care given to the apartment. - It was in a decent location as it was beside the train station and a 20minute walk to the colosseum. It was not a nice neighbourhood though. The property is not well looked after. It’s damp and dirty as well as many things inside broken. A little bit of money spent on this apartment to improve the damp smell, broken furnishings and interior would go a long way. There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for 5 people for 5 nights. There was no soap, shampoo or body wash provided.

• Ahmet (7/5): If maintained, it could be a wonderful place to stay. - A 5-minute walk from Roma Termini station is the house's best feature. The house is located in a safe neighborhood. The site entrance and house entrance are very secure. Since the house was on the ground floor, we closed all the windows every time we left. Most kitchen utensils are available for cooking and the gas stove works well. Wireless internet is sufficient for 5 people to use at the same time. Apart from the good location of the house, it requires maintenance and attention. Although the house is for 5 people, there are insufficient kitchen utensils for the number of people. There is no kettle in the kitchen. The inside of the kitchen cabinets are not clean. The house constantly smells damp and musty. Even though we ventilated, the smell of moisture did not go away from the house. The toilet seat is cracked and needs replacing. The washing machine works well but there is no place to dry clothes. If maintained it could be a wonderful place to stay.

• Hallikas (7/5): It was okey accomodation when you do not want to spend more. - We were 5 days in Rome and mostly we walked around Rome downtown, everything was quite close to accomodation. The beds were comfy. I think that the price and the quality of the accomodation is okey. In the apartment we walked with our footwear. There were no problems with wifi. In the apartment our own mobile internet did not work so wifi is necessery. The warm water in bathroom seems to be available in the morning and in the evening certain times. We did not use stove or washing machine. If you are a bad sleeper you probably need earplugs. The apartment house is on the street where trams are driving, so it is noisy. During night it is quieter when trams are not driving.
