Not far from the train station and we were able to drop our bags before checking in, which made our first day easier. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished with well chosen pieces. All'arrivo avevamo una decina di minuti di ritardo (oltre le ore 19) e la ragazza del check-in ci ha gentilmente aspettato.

L'unica nota negativa e che arrivati in alloggio ci siamo accorti che la pompa di calore non funzionava e la TV appena scaldava si cedeva sgranata. Comunque la struttura ha risolto con una stufetta elettrica per tamponare. Avendo un bambino di 8 mesi preferivo un cambio stanza... ma bel complesso è andato tutto bene. Consiglio.

• Mary (10/5): Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B nel centro di Lucca e siamo stati benissimo. - Il parcheggio (a pagamento) è letteralmente a 1 minuto di distanza, quindi comodissimo. E il B&B si trova a circa 10 minuti dalle attrazioni che mi interessavano nel centro di Lucca, quindi anche sotto questo aspetto super comodo. La stanza - o meglio, quasi un mini appartamento - era calda, spaziosa, ben illuminata e insonorizzata. Siamo stati benissimo. Forse era un po' rumorosa la caldaia che alimentava il riscaldamento.

The room seemed to be connected to another room through a locked door and you could hear a lot of noise through this door, including someone else snoring. This was should be replaced by a wall, to give a bit more sound proofing.

• Bruna (10/5): Great stay in Lucca - Location was great, close to one of the main entrances to the walled town, meaning good accessibility when travelling with big luggage. Very friendly staff, everything was clean, shower was great. The heating was a bit low.

Pedimos una doble y nos dieron una con dos habitaciones, que contaba con cama doble en una y dos camas separadas en la otra. Era super amplia y muy linda! También contaba con heladerita. La ubicación es dentro del centro histórico a 10 minutos caminando de la plaza principal. La recepción está abierta hasta las 19 hs., por lo que es muy cómodo hacer el check in.

• Birgit Evelyn (7/5): Solides B&B in guter Lage - Lage: innerhalb der Stadtmauern von Lucca. Somit fußläufig zu allen zentralen Punkten (auch zum Bahnhof von Lucca. Von hier aus auch Tagesausflüge mit der Bahn möglich). Parkplatz wird gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben einen öffentlichen Parkplatz außerhalb der Stadtmauern genutzt, da die Kosten für den Privatparkplatz sehr hoch waren. Das Haus an sich ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen und verbreitet ein typisch italienisches Ambiente. Es gibt einen Aufzug, der allerdings etwas Geduld erfordert. Das Zimmer war groß und verfügt über einen Sitzbereich für 3 Personen. Betten sind etwas durchgelegen. Klimaanlage ist im großen Schlafraum vorhanden und funktioniert. Frühstück wird angeboten. --- Alles in allem ein solides B&B Die Betten waren etwas durchgelegen, beim Frühstück hätten wir uns etwas höherwertigere Produkte gewünscht.

Suvvia, non si può concepire un bagno dove alla finestra non c'è una tenda ne tanto meno un'anta interna. Inoltre dava l'idea di essere tutto un po' trascurato.

The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of everything and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The room was lovely, spotless, and very comfortable, offering everything I needed for a perfect stay. The price was excellent for such a fantastic location and quality. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

• GIROLDINI (6/5): - ottima posizione per visitare la città, praticamente in centro la Tv non funzionava, vi erano dei cavi scollegati ed inoltre il telecomando era rotto (nel cavo batteria mancava la molla). Fatto presente alla reception, è stato risposto che avrebbero provveduto dopo la nostra partenza. La colazione non era compresa nel prezzo della prenotazione ma pagata in loco al costo di 8 euro ciascuna: l'addetta ha chiesto se volessimo mangiare anche salato altrimenti non avrebbe rifornito il buffet, gli yogurt erano palesemente grumosi nell'aspetto (entrambi) e la stessa addetta ci ha suggerito di non mangiarli anche se non erano scaduti, senza però sostituirli. Buffet scarso, non vi erano neanche brioches perchè terminate. Da rivedere alcuni aspetti.
