- Corrado (9/5): Soggiorno pratico e confortevole - Posizione ottima, vicina al centro storico e alla stazione ferroviaria, Colazione ricca e abbondante con personale cortese e disponibile, sia in sala che alla reception. A trovare il pelo nell'uovo, il bagno non era finestrato e il letto non era di quelli memory.

- Andreas (9/5): Ruhiges Hotel trotz verkehrsgünstiger Lage - Wir hatten zwei sehr ruhige Nächte. Weder Strassenlärm noch Geräusche aus benachbarten Zimmern waren zu hören. Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen üppig und abwechselungreich. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Innenstadt, so dass alle stättischen Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig zu erreichen waren. Angenehm war die Möglichkeit das eigene Auto in einem Parkhaus in der Nähe zu einem reduzierten Preis abzustellen. Wir würden das Hotel erneut buchen. Die Bar hätte abends ein wenig länger geöffnet haben können.

- Betta (6/5): Non è scoppiato l’amore - Frequento Trento ormai da 2 anni , ogni mese vengo per visitare mio figlio e questo albergo mi attirava quindi nel momento in cui il B&B che utilizzo di solito era pieno ho colto l’occasione e non riesco a capire se l avevo mitizzato o cosa sia successo mi ha delusa anche in questo caso non saprei dire se mi è capitata la camera sbagliata ma molto piccola ( sfido chiunque a farsi il bidet in quel bagno ! ) il bistrot chiuso la domenica sera e il personale molto sulle sue , a pelle poco amichevole

- Valentina (8/5): - A distanza di anni siamo tornati in questo hotel ed è sempre una sicurezza. Pulitissimo, posizione imbattibile, danno la Trentino card che fa entrare gratis in tanti castelli e usi i mezzi gratuitamente, hanno convenzione con il parcheggio vicino. Se torneremo in zona sarà sicuramente la nostra scelta. Colazione cara. Ok a buffet, ma 15 euro cad è troppo! Dovrebbero fare una formula per chi come noi prende solo cappuccino e brioche. Siamo andati al bar dietro l'hotel.

- Darja (3/5): Так себе - Локация, хороший завтрак. Муравьи в кровати и по всему номеру. Администратор уже не удивлена, когда говоришь, что «в номере муравьи». Ощущение, будто она это слышит 3 раза в день. Отдельная история - это двери в каждом номере. В закрытом состоянии они имеют щель с боку, через неё даже видно что внутри. Двери будто из бумаги, слышно как люди в коридоре просто дышат. Не понятна их функция: они не ограничивают ни звук, ни видимость.

- Helene (8/5): Charmantes Hotel am Rande der Altstadt von Trient. - Das 2024 renovierte Hotel am Rande der Altstadt von Trient vermittelt einen sehr freundlichen und gepflegten Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, und das Badezimmer bietet jeglichen Komfort. Sehr freundliches Personal und reichhaltiges, gutes Frühstücksangebot. Zu Fuss benötigt es nur wenige Schritte, um in die sehr schöne Innenstadt von Trient zu gelangen.

Z zewnątrz wygląda zwyczajnie ale w środku jest bardzo ładnie i zaskakująco nowocześnie urządzony, co jest ewenementem jeśli chodzi o Włochy i hotele. Bardzo ładne meble w sali śniadaniowej, piękne lobby. Pokój dostałam większy niż zamówiony, dziękuję. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i super delikatna pościel. W pokoju wszystko co potrzebne. Kontakt z recepcją przed przyjazdem wzorowy co też nie jest standardem. Naprawdę chętnie zatrzymałabym się ponownie. W pokoju duszno, nawiew działa wiadomo, kiedy jest się w pokoju. W nocy za oknem hałasuje klimatyzacja jeśli chce się spać przy otwartym a ta w pokoju też jest głośna.

- GraziaMaria89 (9/5): - Hotel vicinissimo al centro e alla stazione, super comodo per girare la città a piedi. Vicino alle maggiori attrazioni turistiche e a ristoranti e locali. Lo staff è stato veramente cordiale, gentile e disponibile. Ci è stata consegnata inclusa nel soggiorno, la Guest card di Trento, che include entrate gratis o scontate ai luoghi di interesse e i trasporti gratuiti. Camera non solo pulitissima, ma anche ben tenuta con tutti i confort. Letto comodo, con tanto di topper e doppia scelta per i cuscini, entrambi comodi. Colazione abbondante e buona, possibilità di farsi fare i cappuccini e i caffè dal bar, cosa che aumenta la qualità del servizio. Provato anche l'aperitivo al bar dell'hotel: cocktail squisito e taglierino di speck e formaggio gustoso.
- Oriana (10/5): Miglior albergo di Trento - È l'albergo più confortevole e piacevole dove soggiornare: torno a Trento solo se c'è posto qui. Stanza comoda, ottima illuminazione, materasso e cuscini perfetti. Doccia e bagno eccellenti, prodotti di qualità per l'igiene e la cura del corpo, piccoli omaggi. Colazione eccellente e personale gentilissimo e disponibile. È tutto perfetto. A voler provare a migliorarlo ancora, cambierei solo i phon.

Ho apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di trattenermi nella struttura dopo il check-out: a causa della cancellazione di un appuntamento di lavoro, ho potuto continuare a lavorare al computer in uno degli spazi adibiti a tale scopo. - Bernhard (8/5): Sehr gutes Hotel um Trento zu erkunden. - Modernes, großzügiges und praktisches Badezimmer, großes komfortables Bett. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Und eine wirklich gute Lage am Rand der Altstadt. Nichts!
- Grazia (7/5): - Lo staff cordiale, la struttura molto accogliente e raffinata, la posizione ottima per chi vuole relax ma allo stesso tempo, visitare Trento e dintorni Sarà il periodo di mezza stagione e la non possibilità di accendere autonomamente l'aria condizionata ma vi sono giornate calde rispetto alla media del periodo e questo non deve essere un problema per chi soggiorna. La camera era calda e neanche con la finestra aperta (che dava su Strada quindi, quindi il rumore non aiutava) si riusciva a star bene. Alla fine, dopo aver parlato più volte, ci hanno fornito un ventilatore che ha risolto il problema. In ogni caso, lo staff è stato attento a questa esigenza e preparato.

The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, very clean, and quiet. The whole hotel looks to be newly renovated, and felt relaxing. There was a wide choice at breakfast, and i liked the fact that the tables were spread out as it can often feel a little cramped in some hotels. The staff were extremely professional and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I were in Trento, and would highly recommend it. There was really nothing to fault, or anything I feel could be improved.

- Italu20 (8/5): A pochi passi dal centro storico - Posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dal centro storico. Ci sono quattro posti auto e abbiamo trovato posto lì gratuitamente. Camere ristrutturate. Personale gentile. La colazione era abbondante (le torte erano buone). Ci è stata fornita anche la Trentino card. La vista dalla nostra camera era bruttissima, sul retro del palazzo. Sicuramente se avessi alloggiato in una stanza con vista sul viale principale sarebbe stato meglio.

- Antonio Paolo (10/5): - È sempre un piacere tornare a Trento e l'hotel America è una garanzia. Stanza pulita e spaziosa con bel bagno. Personale molto gentile. Le stazioni dei treni e degli autobus sono a cinque minuti a piedi e il centro è a due passi. Molto consigliato.

- Daniela (10/5): Very nice stay, we would come again!!! :-) - Very nice stay!!! Modern, totally new rooms; also the hotel itself seems to be newly renovated. Very nice breakfast room and excellent breakfast and espresso. Could take our little dog to the breakfast room, which was excellent!!! Hotel is very central, nice city!!! -

- Andreas (8/5): Gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis - Zentrale Lage, vom Bahnhof fussläufig erreichbar, ganz nah zur Altstadt, gutes Frühstück Zimmer etwas klein insbesondere auch die Dusche

- Munster-Swendsen (9/5): Trento er en skøn by og hotellet ligger perfekt for sightseeing og restaurantbesøg. 5 minutters gang til togstationen. - Perfekt beliggenhed og meget lækkert og rummeligt værelse. TV med alle kanaler og lækre toiletsager.
- Maria (9/5): - L'Hotel America è un albergo molto curato e arredato con gusto. Le stanze sono pulite, di nuovo arredo e dotate di ogni comfort. E' posizionato proprio al centro ed a 6 minuti dalla stazione: ideale sia per viaggi privati che di lavoro
