Sunafor (2/5): - I was quoted £83 for 1 night stay for 3 adults 3 children when I got there I was told to pay extra £58 before I could go inside the house when I argued about the price he told me that I only booked for 2 people so I had to pay extra after I got in the house there was no TV broken cupboards not happy with the service if I don’t get refund I will not be using Hotels.com anymore I have added some pictures
abdul (2/5): Did not honor reservation. Tried to blackmail me - Arrived with no code (email said everything necessary was in email). Had to call number. The key would not open door. Owner said he would correct. Called him half hour later he said he was underpaid and if we want the room he needed an additional 80pounds! We did not stay as he would not honor reserved and agreed upon amount. Also ad says free parking. There is no parking except for on street.
Yung Hsuan (8/5): 英國盧頓B&B - 房間乾淨、床舒適、晚上寧靜，因沒有空調，半夜被熱醒，不過今年夏天溫度確實偏高。房東非常友善，房價合理、停車方便，無須額外付費，想體驗英式B&B是不錯的選擇。
