• Mikhail (9/5): Excellent apartment even for a long stay (convenience, location, host, parking), definately recomended. - Hospitality and timely responses (we had some questions during our stay) from the owner, clean apartment is well equipped, quiet location with onsite parking and walkable distance to the old town, balcony and the view:) and even donkey living in nearby garden!!! The WiFi from the router repeater (inside the apartment) drops the connection quite often - we had to re-start it very ofter (afterwards it works better).

• Gisela (8/5): - Das Ferienapartment ist geräumig und hat einen wirklich phantastischen Blick über die Bucht und das gegenüberliegende Ufer. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr netter Vermieter, kleine "Goodies" beim Empfang und gesonderte Zapfanlage für Trinkwasser. Parkplatz am Haus, aber etwas gewöhnungsbedürftige, steile Anfahrt. Die Altstadt von Kotor haben wir zu Fuss erreicht.

Bonne literie L’accès à l’appartement est difficile. Quelques petites imperfections (abattant Wc non adapté au réservoir, lumière du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas, couverts et ustensiles de cuisine un peu juste).

The balcony offers a lovely view, and it also includes private parking—which is especially valuable in Kotor if you travel by car. Please note that the apartment is situated higher than the old town, and the route can be quite steep in certain areas. If you’re traveling on foot, you’ll need to walk uphill, which may be less comfortable—especially during the summer.

• Briana (10/5): - Apartments Lazarević was wonderful for our time in Kotor! Goran was kind enough to pick us up from the bus station when we arrived, driving us to the apartment which is located a bit up a hilly road (something to be mindful of if you have larger luggage). The apartment was clean and spacious, and offered a beautiful patio to overlook the bay. Goran left some snacks and drinks for us in the apartment, and provided us information on where we could pick up more groceries, cafes to visit, and local sightseeing spots we could check out during our stay. He also helped us arrange transportation to the airport at the end of our stay. Overall, would thoroughly recommend this place for you time in Kotor!

• Tracy (10/5): - Goran is a fantastic, helpful host. The views from our upstairs apartment were fabulous . It is a walk up hill from Town, have to be reasonably fit. There are some steps to cut through to main road which is an easier walk back up to apartment. Everything is at the apartment, patio furniture to take in the amazing views. Watching the cruise ships come and go was great. washing machine, drinking water and even a welcome beer provided. Very quiet location. The neighbours donkey adds to the atmosphere!! Fed him carrots and apples to keep him happy!! The bed was a bit hard but I do suffer with hip/back pain. Goran bought me extra quilt and pillowto help .
• Silke (8/5): - Schöne Unterkunft, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber waren nett und hilfsbereit und haben für uns uns sogar die Abholung vom Flughafen organisiert. Zur Begrüßung fanden wir Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, Bierund sogar einige Knabbereien vor, vielen Dank dafür. Das Apartment liegt am Ende einer Straße auf einem recht steilen Hügel und ist daher sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet eine schöne Sicht. Der Aufstieg ist allerdings eine kleine Herausforderung. Wir waren im Oktober in Kotor und es war in den Nächten sehr frisch. Es wäre sehr schön, wenn im Apartment zusätzliches Decken für die kalten Nächte vorhanden wären.
• Graham (9/5): Good value apartment with a good value host. - The host, Goran, was always available and helpful. He also provided a couple of extras such as bottled water and snacks. There was parking which is at a premium in Kotor! Nice little balcony to watch the sunset from. The fact that there was no external sign made it tricky initially. The access is also a bit tight…but you get used to it!

Všetko skvelé, ubytovatelia veľmi príjemní, prišli po nás na autobusovú stanicu čo nám značne uľahcilo dojazd na ubytovanie a následne sme si prevzali kľúče, miesto bolo veľmi tiché, mali sme spoločnosť oslíka a dvoch korytniačiek. Výhlad prekrásne naneštastie sme bývali na prízemí. Ďakujeme a určite sa vrátime :)
• Olga (10/5): Незабываемое место - Просто потрясающие апартаменты. Терраса и вид с нее - это что-то! Апартаменты просторные, комфортные и какие-то очень-очень душевные. Есть всё необходимое - оборудованная кухня, стиральная машинка, сушилка для белья, утюг. Даже зонтики есть на случай непогоды. И место для парковки - это большая ценность)) Расположение идеальное, Старый город Котора, пляж, супермаркет, торговый центр, кафе и рестораны - всё в пешей доступности. При этом очень тихо, и днем, и ночью. Хозяева невероятно душевные, всегда рядом, ответят на любой вопрос и помогут, если надо. Горан, вино было восхитительным, спасибо и от меня, и от именинника 🌺 Маленький бонус - ослик, который живет в соседнем дворе. Совершенно очаровательный и общительный, очень любит морковку)) Не хотелось уезжать...

Bardzo ładny widok z przestronnego tarasu. Dla osób nie wprawionych w jeździe - dojazd może sprawić problem ( strome, wąskie podjazdy)
• Kazi Tanvir Ahmed (10/5): Amazing Hosts and Stunning Views - Goran and his daughter Elena were extremely helpful and kind. They arranged a transfer for us, let us dry our clothes even after checking out, and even provided extra water bottles when the shops were closed on Sunday. The view from the property is absolutely stunning. It’s about a short 10-minute uphill hike from the old town, but definitely worth it for the view and hospitality.

El apartamento muy limpio, cómodo y espacioso y con unas vistas espectaculares. Es un poco complicado llegar por la carretera estrecha pero después de coger práctica no era para tanto. Súper recomendable.

• Sjors (7/5): Basic appartment close to the old town - Location is close to the old town, view over the bay is nice and the apartment is very spacious. Owner can be reached easily via WhatsApp Airconditioning only in the living room, bedroom was still hot. The appartment is located on a hill and is accessed via a small steep road. Parking available, but too small for all the guests. We had to park in front of another car who therefore weren't able to get out in the morning. Sewage smell in the bathroom

• Maeva (9/5): - La vue depuis l appartement est à coupler le souffle. La terrasse est très agréable. L appartement est certes à 10mn de Koto mais au calme et loin de l animation. Il est très bien équipé et propre.
• Robert (9/5): - Alles was man braucht war da, Plus Wasserspender, Bier im Kühlschrank und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Anfahrt ist zwar ein wenig steil, aber wer fahren kann kommt ohne Probleme rauf. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist dafür genial. In die Altstadt sind es nur ein paar Minuten an zwei Einkaufscenter vorbei. Es hat alles gepasst.
• Chiara (9/5): Estancia muy buena en Kotor - Anfitriones super amables!! Muy buenas vistas y apartamento con todo lo necesario para pasar una muy agradable estancia en Kotor! Altamente recomendable! El baño un poco pequeño pero en general estaba bien.
• LEA (10/5): - Une vue incroyable sur la baie et un appartement très bien équipé et propre. Une fontaine à eau très appréciée et quelques surprises à l'arrivée. La plage de Kotor beach est a côté (5-10mn en marchant) mais c'est une plage de cailloux (prenez des chaussons), moyennement propre.
• Earl (10/5): Perfect stay! Our host was so kind and made sure we had a very comfortable stay in Kotor. - It was everything we hoped it would be! Goran was extremely kind, the aparment was so comfortable wth the best view, and the area was the perfect distance from the Old Town!
• Jesper (10/5): - Very nice vacation apartment, the balcony is large with a fantastic view over the Bay of Kotor with the majestic mountains behind. Several farm animals nearby give it a very calm and serene vibe complementing the city life in the old town just a 7-10 minute walk away. Goran (owner) is easygoing and very helpfull for trips and transfer, driving us himself if no other drivers are available. He is also very Quick to respond to messages. Fantastic location for a couple looking to relax while having the culture and Nature of Montenegro very close by. Would absolutely recommend a stay here if availabe while visiting Kotor!

She reports that the apartment was lovely, quiet, and that she had a great night's sleep and a good shower (a respite while she recovered from respiratory infection). • Ana (8/5): Buen apartamento con buenas vistas - El apartamento estaba muy bien, tenía cocina, baño, lavadora, una cama grande y terraza. La ubicación estaba muy bien, a 10 minutos de la playa y al centro de Kotor, eso sí, había que subir una cuesta. También tenía aparcamiento propio. Goran fue muy majo, además nos dejó agua, cerveza y algo de comida, todo un gesto. En la habitación había un montón de hormigas que seguramente entraban desde la ventana. Aún así no causaron grandes problemas.

• Bruno (10/5): Parfait, je recommande. - Très agréable endroit, accueil chaleureux, un + une fontaine d’eau fraîche dans l’appartement. Rien, juste une possibilité d’amélioration, pouvoir faire des glaçons dans le frigidaire.
• Apolline (10/5): Excellent - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce grand appartement très bien équipé. Les hôtes sont très gentils et nous avons trouvé beaucoup de petites attentions en arrivant. L’appartement est tout près du centre historique. Il faut savoir que la route pour rejoindre l’appartement est assez étroite et pentue, mais c’est le cas de nombreuses rues à Kotor. Les hôtes nous ont gentiment proposé de venir nous chercher au centre si nous venions en bus, ce qui n’était pas notre cas.
• ULUSOY (8/5): - Evin içindeki eşyalar ne yazık ki çok eskiydi. Eve gidebilmek içinde dik ve uzun yokuşları çıkmak geriyor. Merkeze yakın denebilir. Tüm bunların yanı sıra balkon manzarası efsaneydi ve tüm olumsuzlukları bizim için olumlu hale getirdi.
• Masha (9/5): - מיקום מעולה, נוף מהמרפסת משגע, מרחק הליכה מהמפרץ ומהעיר העתיקה. בדירה יש הכל בשביל שהייה נוחה של כמה ימים בשביל עלייה ברגל צריך להיות ממש בכושר. גם למצוא את הדירה היה לא פשוט, הלכנו לאיבוד בפיטולים אפילו עם וויז. מקלחת עם וילון היה צפוף ולא נח, גם כיור היה קטן מדי
• Quentin (10/5): Parfait - La vue est magnifique, l'emplacement a l'entrée de kotor et sa sortie également. L'hôte est disponible et sympathique. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement. La climatisation qui ne va pas jusque dans la chambre, nous avons eu des températures autour des 35 et 23 la nuit, il était parfois compliqué de dormir.
• Caroline (7/5): De rust in Kotor, met geweldige host! - Zéér vriendelijke hosts!! Hielpen ons waar nodig, stonden steeds klaar voor ons. Mooi terras waar we van genoten hebben. Alles aanwezig voor een basic rustige vakantie, weg van de drukte. Toch een heel eind naar boven stappen! Lees: écht niet voor mensen die niet meer zo mobiel zijn. Badkamer niet voor mensen boven 1m90. Nogal compact.

• Praveen (8/5): Family run Airbnb with beautiful views of Kotor Bay - moderately comfortable - - Stunning views of Kotor bay from the Balcony - Very good sized apartment and decent location in Kotor - Parking available on-site which is not easy in Kotor - The Balcony was the highlight, but it doesn't get any breeze and can get a bit loud and hot because of the AC unit - The bedroom was a bit hot in the summer as the AC unit is in the living room and the A/C doesn't easily reach the bedroom - The Apartment is a 17 min walk from downtown on pretty steep roads so can be a bit of a trek coming back after dinner - Driving to the apartment is up very narrow and windy roads and difficult esp at night

• Fíona (9/5): 5 Days just outside Kotor - The apartment was as advertised and more; it was extremely well equipped, with additional coffee, water and other amenities that you don't often get in a holiday let. As we were there for 5 days, we made use of the washing machine, and conveniently, washing powder was provided. The location was the perfect distance outside the old town to be quiet enough, but still within walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The host, Goran, went out of his way to help us. We were collected very late from the bus station and dropped there 5 days later. The apartment was very spacious, with a great balcony with a lovely view. Nothing really - it was as expected and as advertised. It is located up a hill but we live on a hill, so were used to the climb. The aircon was a little loud, but I think that's pretty normal.

• Murat (10/5): Keyifli - Konumu harikaydı. Plaja, old town a ve tek olan Avm ye çok yakındı. Teras desen mükemmeldi. Ev sahibi Goran çok nazik ve yardım sever birisiydi. Bize çok fazla destek oldu, kendisine tatilimizi çok daha iyi geçirmemizi sağladığı için teşekkür ederiz. Banyosu biraz daha kullanışlı hale getirilebilir.

• Bärbel (8/5): Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Kotor und Umgebung. - Die Aussicht auf die Bucht von Kotor vom Balkon aus ist sehr schön. Die Auffahrt zum Haus mit dem Auto ist eng und steil. Zu Fuß bei heißem Wetter ist der Aufstieg eine Herausforderung.
• Alexia (10/5): Fabulous views over the bay and great host. - Stayed in the ground floor apartment which has a large private terrace with spectacular views over the bay. Goran kindly picked us up from the bus station and offered helpful advice and had turned on the air con in the apartment for us and put beer in the fridge. The apartment is uphill and approximately 15 minutes walk to the old town and 10 minutes to the beach and is located in a peaceful area and is very quiet. It is a compact apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay and we loved our time here and would not hesitate to recommend it! Nothing

• Cennet (10/5): Alles super! - Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Goran wärmstens empfehlen!! Goran ist ein sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer und total hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er stand uns für alle Fragen zu Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren und zu Kotor im Allgemeinen zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war super einfach. Wir haben uns mit der Ankunft direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist vom Busbahnhof und der Altstadt fussläufig zu erreichen und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, super eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Außerdem stellt Goran netterweise ein paar Snacks und Getränke bei der Ankunft bereit. Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt rundum begeistert und würden definitiv wiederkommen!
• Julia (10/5): 10/10 - Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt im Apartment. Es war außerordentlich sauber und gemütlich. Der etwas steile Weg berghoch zu dem Apartment hat sich sehr gelohnt, da man vom Balkon aus den schönsten Ausblick auf die Bucht hatte und man auch nur 15 min in die Altstadt braucht. Auch der Strand in der Nähe war super und sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und hat uns sogar vom Bus abgeholt, wieder hingebracht und uns Ausflugstipps gegeben. Neben der Unterkunft ist ein super süßer Esel und eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Wenn ich noch einmal nach Kotor fahre, würde ich definitiv wieder dieselbe Unterkunft buchen! Nichts, alles war super!

• Panlogo (9/5): Eine wunderbare Woche in einer schön gelegenen und ruhigen FeWo mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick! - Der Vermieter, Goran, ist sehr nett. Er hat uns viele wertvolle Infos und Tipps zu Kotor und zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Bei einem Problem mit unserem Mietwagen hat er uns sehr! (= schnell und unkompliziert) geholfen. Wir haben bei ihm, in Kotor und den Teilen (Gegenden und Städten), die wir besuchen konnten, eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in Montenegro verbracht!
• Artamonov (10/5): Excellent apartment and even better host! - Excellent apartment and even better host! Stayed at the apartment for 3 nights after a long week of hiking in Montenegro. The apartment is clean, spacious, light and has an amazing balcony with the view of the bay. Everything what you might need including a washing machine, cutlery, clothes dries, fridge, wifi and tv- were present. The owner, Goran, was super friendly and very easy to reach. Was really helpful in regards to finding local amenities. This is no reflection on the apartment or Goran, however the roads in Montenegro are crazy. Super steep and super narrow, it was a massive struggle to get through the overparked narrow road. That added some stress but didn't affect our stay.

The apartment itself is perfectly located for both the beach and the old town. Additionally, it has everything you could need to make your stay comfortable.
• Edith (10/5): Geweldig fijne vakantie gehad! Het is zo mooi bij de baai, de sfeer is relaxed. Je kunt overigens ook heerlijk eten in K - Heerlijk balkon, we hebben iedere ochtend buiten ontbeten met een fantastisch uitzicht op de Baai van Kotor. Zeer vriendelijk host, dank Goran!

Appartement très confortable et idéalement situé pour découvrir le centre historique de Kotor ou ses environs. Les coqs environnants qui chantent un peu trop tôt 😊
