A 10 min a piedi per la stazione Termini. Minimarket a fianco al portone, e negozietti nei pressi. Zona abbastanza tranquilla, anche la sera. Camera semplice, senza troppe pretese.

El dueño muy amable La verdad es que estaba todo bastante deteriorado. Las almohadas muy usadas y tenían un aspecto que dejaban mucho que desear. El baño olía mucho a orina. La luz del baño no funcionaba, solo iba la del espejo del baño.

• Maria Katharine (9/5): Acomodação excelente próximo a Estação Roma Termini - Hotel simples e bem localizado em Roma, porém um pouco distante dos pontos turísticos (dava para ir a pé mas preferimos ir de transporte público) mas próximo a estação Roma Termini que foi nosso principal foco para fazer os bate-voltas para cidades próximas. Equipe extremamente simpática e solícita, nos passaram várias dicas da cidade. Cozinha compartilhada simples mas super útil (micro-ondas, chaleira elétrica, frigobar, louça) além de alguns itens para consumo Box do banheiro muito pequeno Uma sugestão de melhoria seria incluir um fogão para uso na cozinha compartilhada

• Oleksandra (3/5): - Хорошее месторасположение, спокойно, рядом метро, легко доехать до центра Номер был не подготовлен, впечатление что там вообще не убирали, остался мусор от предыдущих жильцов. Ванная комната: туалет не был вымыт - был неприятный запах! Не работал основной свет, только лампочка возле умывальника. В номере было только по одному большому полотенцу, пульт от телевизора не работал, подушки - просто кошмар... все жёлтые и уже давно не мягкие. Кроме того, была очень навязчивая женщина, она, наверное, там отвечает за уборку.... она просто говорит без остановки и просит деньги. Просто за день до нашего отъезда пришла к нам в комнату и стала напоминать чтоб мы не забыли оставить ей деньги, можно ещё лекарства!!!! Я не против помогать людям, но это была уже совсем наглость! В целом, если бы было чисто, были бы полотенца и нормальные подушки, без навязчивой женщины, то нормальное место, можно остановиться на пару дней и недорого.

Las sábanas estaban manchadas, la limpieza en general de la habitación era bastante regular. Las camas nada cómodas. La chica de la limpieza fue bastante mal educada. En ge eral solo merece la pena la ubicación, pero no recomiendo este sitio.

• Бякина (7/5): Хороший вариант, если приходить только ночевать, близко пешком до всего! - Очень понравилось расположение, атмосфера старого Рима в доме, в целом удобная кровать, был холодильник общий на этаже, посуда и микроволновка, всем можно было пользоваться. Очень добродушный хозяин! По фото казалось, что состояние номера получше, а по факту неплохо бы сделать ремонт, как минимум в санузле, чтобы убрать черную плесень

• Ivan (5/5): - Good location 1. Hot water works 5-7 minites, then it become full cold. Looks like there is too small boiler installed. Two people can't take a shower one after another 2. No heating, we looked for hotel with heating radiators, but it does not work there. There is a little electric heater instead, which can not heat room enough. Room is freezing cold, floor made of tiles, so it feels like you walking on ice, no rugs 3. Bad air ventilation, condensed water, some lights do not work too much mold in bathroom. There is air conditioner and hole in wall for its tube is not sealed at all, just a wide gap straight to a street 4. NO INTERNET. Wifi do not work, very low signal, does not connect or disconnects immediately, I informed staff but they didn't fix anything

Grazie Il minimo indispensabile solo odore sgradevole un bagno fatiscente.

Άλλο είδαμε στις φωτογραφίες και άλλο ήτανε. Δεν αξίζει τα λεφτά του, καλύτερα να δώσετε 50 ευρώ παραπάνω να μείνετε αλλού και να μην αηδιάζετε και μόνο που αναπνέετε εκεί μέσα. Καμία παροχή από αυτές που υποτίθεται διαθέτει. Αναγκαστήκαμε να αγοράσουμε καθαριστικά για να μπορέσουμε να επιβιώσουμε 3 μέρες εκεί μέσα. Το μπάνιο βρωμαγε και είχε μούχλα παντού. Δεν το συνιστώ καθόλου!!! Ολα ! Βρωμικο, μουχλιασμένο, είχε τρίχες στα κρεβάτια από τους προηγούμενους. Τα σεντόνια έχουν να αλλαχτούν από τον προηγούμενο αιώνα. Το δωμάτιο είναι σκαμ! • Sonia (9/5): - Ottima rapporto qualità/prezzo l host gentilissimo e disponibile, stanza pulita,molto calda,letto comodo,ottima posizione a 50 mt dalla metro A, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di usufruire del garage Un unico appunto lo farei al fornimento della biancheria,abbiamo avuto in dotazione asciugamani doccia e piedi, sarebbe stato gradito anche quello per il viso ma a parte questo nulla da dire

А головне що близько до центру. То може бути, як варіант. А якщо для Вас головне чистота і комфортність, то Вам точно не сюди.

• DIMITRA (10/5): Εξαιρετικά! - Ο ιδιοκτήτης μας υποδέχθηκε με χαρά και ευγένεια!! Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και ευρύχωρο! Η περιοχή ασφαλής και εξαιρετική για να απολαύσεις την Ρώμη! Έξω απο το κατάλυμα υπάρχει σταση μετρό κ λεωφορείου και το Colosseo απέχει 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια! Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά!! Όλα ήταν εντάξει!!

Маленька кімната, мало місця, не достатньо простих меблів для 4 людей як було заявлено, на фото номер виглядає набагато краще ніж є в дійсності

• Zarazua (10/5): Massimi was a very gentle host. The location is PERFECT! I will definetly go back! - The property is located exactly in downtown Rome, you can walk to the Colloseum And to Roma Termini station (15-20min) The building is very nice and the rooms are simple but cozy. They have a small elevator that makes it easy to go to your apartment. You can take the metro or bus to all attractions 2 blocks from the door and it easier to go everywhere. You have restaurants and convenience stores near so you have everything. For me all was perfect!
• Tatiana & Elena (7/5): Суперскромно, но в центре. Приходить только спать) - Отличное расположение. Красивый особняк, есть лифт. Транспорт - метро, трамвай, пешком. Пешком до вокзала и Коллинзя - 20 мин. Вокруг много ресторанчиков. Вы получите чистую постель, горячую воду, пластиковое окно и напольный кондиционер (не пробовали). Есть чайник, чашки, холодильник, микроволновка в общей зоне. Радушный хозяин. Очень скромные комнаты. Требуют хотя бы побелки/ покраски. Готовить и есть в комнате не получится, только если йогурт/бутерброд. Надо быть готовым, что на первый взгляд все очень скромное и старенькое
• Leidy (5/5): - If you’d like to experience an antique lift like the ones you see in old movies, this place gives you the opportunity. The bathroom requires some maintenance. While the issues are minor and could be resolved at low cost, addressing them would show more attention to guest comfort.

• Ákosfalvi (8/5): - The welcome was so warm. the man who gives us the key was very kind. The room: it is what it is. Don't expect too much. For this price it is perfect for just sleeping. Everything was clean. It's close the most famous places, all major attractions are within walking distance. We didn't use any public transportation, just when we went to the Vatican city. The metro station also very close to the apartment. All in all we had a great time there. :)

• Karolina (5/5): Słabo - Lokalizacja, miły miły właściciel Niestety poziom czystości pozostawia wiele do życzenia, ściany w pokoju obskurne i brudne. Łazienka tragedia, pod prysznicem grzyb i pleśń, kabina bardzo mała. W łazience były jakieś zamknięte drzwi (mieliśmy wrażenie że ktoś nas podgląd przez dziurkę do klucza więc musieliśmy ją zatkać) spłuczka bardzo głośna ale to szczegół. W pokoju brakuje wieszaków na ścianie, nie ma gdzie suszyć chociażby ręczników. Płytki na podłodze się ruszały. Klimatyzacja bardzo głośna ciężko spać z nią a bez niej tragedia bo tak gorąco. Z ulicy słuchać auta ale to normalne. Co do części wspólnej „kuchnia” a bardzie korytarz z szafkami zlewem czajnikiem, lodówką i mikrofalą to było tam w miarę czysto. Szkoda że lodówka taka mała bo inni mieszkańcy zajmowali prawie całą lodówkę przez co nie można było korzystać z niej. Jeśli komuś nie zależy na czystości i chce się tylko przespać to okej ale myślę że w tej cenie można znaleźć coś lepszego

• Ali (1/5): The money we paid was not worth it at all the apartment was dirty and smelly the bed sheets weren’t clean at all the toi - My family and I did not like the property at all, it was too old and all the sheets and the sleeping stuff was too old and trouble. The left is too scary because of the entry we just blocked in the left . The floor doesn’t look clean and the property is too small and smelly
• Farid (3/5): Book this place only if there is no other places left in Rome to reserve. - The location was good and some shops open until midnight around Weak wifi, I wasn't given the key at the time of checking and I was told the key is with two ladies and we don't know when they come back so call us and we open the door. My phone died and I had no way but to return in thee evening and knock the door. Also,no AC, no fridge, the maximum shiwee height was around 6 feet. I'm 6 feet and two inches so challenging to take shower. Fridge had an issue at the day I was in. So almost everything was either not or had some issue.

• Adam (8/5): Very good - Close to the attractions and Termini. Easy to locate. The shower cabin was a bit small to me. Traffic noises can be heard even in the middle of the night.

• R (5/5): Passable - The location was perfect. Very close to Manzoni metro station and by foot to other important places in Rome. Massimo was very kind. He allowed us to leave the bags before and after check in/out. He is friendly aswell. Bed linen and towels were clean. The room was small - especially the shower 60x60. The shower had some mould. The hot water finish in very few minutes. The beds were not comfortable especially the pillows. Would have appreciated, if every room had its own kettle, not to go everytime in the corridor to use the shared one. Towels were not changed. They changed them after 3 days.
