- Verified traveler (2/5): 절대로 가지마세요 - 제대로 된 게 하나도 없습니다. 제발 가지 마세요! (Nothing is properly prepared in this villa. Please Don't stay here!!) 일단 교토에서 찾아가기 멉니다. 눈에도 잘 안 띄어요. 이 정도는 시작에 불과합니다. 겨우 숙소를 찾아 문을 열려고 하면 아마 열리지 않을 거예요. 알고 보니 숙박 당일 오후 3시가 넘어서야 이곳 주인이라고 하는 사람이 메일 하나 던져놓고 자리를 비웠더군요. 사전에 무인 호텔이란 이야기도 아니었는데, 참 당황스럽습니다. 어찌어찌 숙소의 번호를 알아서 겨우 들어가보니, 모든 숙소 방이 있는 2층까지 직접 캐리어를 들고 올라가기엔 정말 엄청나게 힘든 계단이 준비되어 있습니다. 계단도 엄청 좁은데 삐끗하면 그대로 허리 나갈 것 같은 계단이요. 올라가서 제 방이라도 좀 들어가려는데 어라? 친절하게 영어로 (^^) 적어주신 innermost room이 제 방이라는데 열쇠도 없고, 심지어 좀 열고 들어가려니 안에 사람이 있어요? (!!) 프런트가 없으니 이 문제를 정리하는데만도 몇 시간은 걸렸습니다. 프런트는 가까이 있는 것도 아니고 체크인은 나몰라라 하고 오사카에 가셨더군요. 어이가 없었습니다. 방에 들어가보면 누렇게 보이는 이불이 있을 겁니다. 더 대단한 건 그런 이불 상태로 호텔 세부 정보에 살며시 꼭꼭 숨겨놓은 청소비를 받아요!! 그 돈이면 여기 안 왔지... 덤으로 숙소 주변엔 정말 아무것도 없는데다가 어메니티? 기대하지 마세요... 제발 제발 여기서 주무시지 않는게 좋습니다!!
- tayler (10/5): Extremely welcoming host. - The owner was very helpful and lovely, the house was great. As a family of 5 we found the accommodation fantastic, it's a townhouse but we never felt like we were on top of each other, though we did have the house to our selves. The house is located in between 2 main roads, with grocery stores and restaurants close by and buses. Trains were also easily accessed, though we caught a taxi from the JR line on arrival rather than taking the bus. Highly recommend we would stay again. :)
