The system needs to catch up with itself, and realise a cancellation should prevent future
E MAILS
- James (10/5): - Beautiful, character-filled, lovely wooden floors and early twentieth-century features. Brilliant view over Wellington, and a quiet place to sleep. Wonderful and flexible hosts.
- Eryl (8/5): - Very classy and elegant. Close to restaurants and the CBD.
- Seamus (10/5): A genuine warm welcome. - Had to make a quick visit to Wellington for a meeting. Hadn't been to NZ before and didn't have much to go on when booking accommodation.
I didn't need to worry. Received a warm welcome from Annie and Ross when I arrived and got lots of good advice on where to go for dinner. After I got back I was invited into the kitchen for a cup of tea and some homemade cake and a chat.
Next morning after a tasty breakfast I headed off to my meeting downtown with Ross as my guide giving me a overview of the impact of earthquakes on many of the key buildings.
Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bidwill B&B to anyone visiting Wellington.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very good location - a quick bus ride from downtown, museums. Very pleasant hosts, very helpful to me. Only downside was no lock on my bedroom door, I think it had gotten lost prior to my arrival. Very clean and quiet, great view over city. Thanks so much!
