- valentina (8/5): - A 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro Hongik University Station, comoda anche da e per l’aeroporto. Check-in autonomo tramite invio dei codici d’accesso alla struttura. Camera molto piccola ma bagno e doccia grandi. Necessario togliere le scarpe per entrare nelle camere. No pulizia giornaliera ma lasciano a disposizione asciugamani piccoli e carta igienica sul piano. Zona vivace vicino a Red Street.

- Alex (7/5): Very good, highly recommend and would stay again. - I liked the location, how quiet it was and how you said not to make a nice after 10pm and that is a very good rule, the staff communications were very good and the price was great, compared to others, so everything was good and I would highly recommend and I would easily stay there again in an instant. No windows but hey, it was cheap so can't complain.

- lei (3/5): - 地理位置算是方便，离弘大地铁 2 号出口 10 分钟路程 整个卫生间就是一股阴沟返出来的臭味夹带着蒜味，很臭很臭，刚刚进房间的时候因为卫生间的门是开着的，所以房间里都是臭味，只能开窗。窗是隔音窗，有两层，要透气必须全开，所以外面比较吵。这个臭味不解决我觉得真是个大问题

The location is super strategic—just a short walk to the subway, with convenience stores, famous salt bread shop, and even halal restaurants nearby, which made everything so easy for us. The room was comfortable and having a private bathroom was definitely a big plus. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay. Highly recommended! None!

- IROHA (3/5): 立地を求めるならいいかもしれないです - ロケーションは完璧でした！弘大入口駅3番出口から徒歩3分くらいで着きます。少し路地に入ったところにあるので街の喧騒も気になりません。周辺にはコンビニ(GS25、少し歩いたところにCU)があるので小腹がすいたら夜食を買う事もできました。床が暖かいので室内にいても全く寒くありませんでした。 清潔感がありません。入った瞬間は綺麗だと思ったのですが、ベッド下は掃除されていませんでした。トイレとシャワーは同じで所々黒カビもありました。3月に行ったのにも関わらずゴキブリが出ました。ベッド下には前の人が落としたであろうシャインマスカットがあり、カビが生えてました。ベッドのマットレスは不思議なものでした。プラスチックのカバーで覆われおり、その上にシーツが乗っている感じです。寝ている時に滑っている感覚があり落ちそうになりました。テレビの付け方が分からなかったのと、エアコンは掃除されていません。冷蔵庫は完備されていましたが、威力は少し弱いと感じます。

Only short 5 min walk from Hongdae Exit 3, very easy to find the hotel and easy to shopping and come back to pack. 2. The cleanliness of the facility was very clean. 1. If you have large or heavy luggages you should be aware that the hotel has no elevator. 2. Sometimes messaging the owner a little bit late reply.

Shower is hot, this is important because we came in during very cold time, and heating system didn't reach to the bathroom. Need to walk up the stairs with baggage. Quite a few rules to pay attention. I can understand "no smoking". But end up we don't even dare to eat or drink coffee in the room.

- 姵伃 (7/5): 位置很好，離地鐵、客運都五分鐘，遇到聖誕假期這個價格沒什麼好挑剔了 - Cp值高，要逛街有逛街，要醫美有醫美，也可以寄放行李，逢購物季買太多東西還可以先拿回去放，遇到門鎖自動打開，服務人員不厭其煩的查看監視器，態度良好（應該是門沒有關好），如果可以協助訂外送就跟加分了 環境清潔沒有那麼滿意，浴簾不夠長，浴室都濕的進出不方便，地墊感覺沒洗過

And we’d come back in the future. - The location is super since walking out of the Hongdae exit #3 almost 2-3minutes walk can reach the location door and it’s very suffered at such bleeding cold days in winter outside on the streets so very nice to find the address easily and access into the place without any difficulties following staff’s instruction! They even heat up the house before our arrival (we did provide our flights and arrival time ahead). Thank you so much for the good service!

- Muhamad Amzar (8/5): A solid stay in Hongdae - The location is ideal if you want to stay in Hongdae—just a short walk from Exit 3 of the metro, with easy access to the airport train. The room is comfortable, check-in is straightforward, and communication with the host is smooth. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious. Overall, a solid stay and I’d happily stay here again. Note that there’s no clothing steamer or iron provided, so plan ahead if you need one.

Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre qui par ailleurs est petite ( pas de place pour ouvrir les valises) La procédure d’arrivée n’est pas optimale, il faut contacter le propriétaire une fois devant la porte d’entrée pour avoir les codes d’accès. Literie dure.

- Yada (3/5): Good location, not clean - The location is really nice, so close to the subway station. The room is ok for 4people When you first get in the room looks clean enough but don’t check the gap beside the bed it will freak you out. I tried to think that this is not the owner’s fault maybe they didn’t know but I text them with the photo. They said will send someone to clean it but I stay for 5 nights. It hasn’t been cleaned at all.

- Kun Hong (4/5): GOOD LOCATION, PARASITE MOVIE BASEMENT ROOM EXPERIENCE - Despite the room being small and different from the photo shown, the location of the guest house is very strategic, many nice restaurants nearby to be explored. The room I got was a basement level unit, a narrow room with 2 beds with a small window that looked out at pedestrians’ feet passing by. It kinda remind me the scene from the Korean movie “Parasite” where the basement the family lives in.

- C (8/5): Good location, fairly priced - Convenient location that was only a few minutes walk from Hongik Univ station. Very good communication from host and room was as described. Aircon, fridge and kettle provided with water station in corridor. No large towels provided which was only mentioned after check in time which was a bit inconvenient. Room was also not automatically cleaned, this had to be requested even if staying for a week.
