Snježana our hostess is an absolutely delightful person who was there to greet us and explain everything to us, including all of the very thoughtful greeting gifts she provided including, fresh fruit and refreshments. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Such a great location to see this beautiful city. Nothing, was a great stay.

Among all the accommodations we stayed at during our trip across six countries, this was by far the best experience. The apartment is wonderful, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, well equipped, and perfectly located. Everything was organized with great care and attention to detail, reflecting a very high standard of quality. A very special and heartfelt mention goes to the host, Snjezana, who is truly exceptional. From the very first contact, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, always making sure that everything was absolutely perfect. She took great care to ensure the apartment was immaculate and went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome and at home. Her dedication and warmth truly elevate the entire experience and make this stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this accommodation and would most definitely return without hesitation. • Guest (10/5): The Perfect Apartment in the Perfect Location - Everything about this apartment is impeccable...its design, decor, upkeep and location. Everything is well designed and well maintained. I have not stayed in an apartment that exceeds this place. The location is perfect for anything that you would want to do in Zagreb. It's where all historical components of the city converge. Everything is just a short walk from where you are staying. The owner is very attentive and truly has given attention to EVERY detail. The apartment is located on Zagreb's main square, which is a pedestrian zone. If you are traveling by car, a secure public garage is only a 10 minute walk away. The cost is 14 euro per day (but you need to inform the garage immediately after parking your car that you intend to park for a day).

Die Ausstattung ist super, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist legendär, man geht raus und ist im Mittelpunkt der Stadt. Die Vermieterin ist zauberhaft! Wir hatten einen gefüllten Kühlschrank mit allem für die erste Übernachtung, toll. Selten fühlt man sich als Gast so herzlich willkommen geheißen! Nichts.

Apples supplied, milk, body products, plenty of towels. There is no parking close. Need to use street parking or paid public car park.
• Amit (9/5): The location of the apartment is excellent. It is very clean and has everything one might need. - Location is great for a tourist coming to Zagreb. You can walk to all places of interest. The best part of this apartment is the hostess who is always available to take care of any issues one might have besides providing excellent recommendations. The mattresses could be a bit firmer and the duvets a bit bigger.

• Gwendy (10/5): This delightful apartment, with its hostess, Snjezana, will be one of our best holiday memories. - Firstly, Snjezana was so good to correspond with, quick, friendly and provided advice on various items. The apartment is fantastic: attractive, beautifully finished, equipped with everything you would want, light and the location must be the best in Zagreb! It is located in a charming historic building with an elegant staircase and lift; the daily flower market with its red umbrellas can be from the balcony. Snjezana has guides aplenty to help you see this gorgeous city and she welcomes you with various items in the fridge. Absolutely nothing!

But what made our stay in this apartment most memorable and wonderful was the kindness and attentiveness of the host. She welcomed us warmly and provided us with a city guide in Japanese, cup noodles and chopsticks (in addition to beer, water, biscuits and fruits etc., which were also a nice touch). One of the best accomodations we have stayed around the world! Would love to be back again. Nothing.

The host was beautiful, met on arrival and delivered some thoughtful extras to make our stay special. Loved it. You need to carry your luggage up some stairs to get to the lift. Fine for us but might be an issue for elderly or infirm.

The hostess is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, the facilities and the little extras provided are delightful and well appreciated. It’s smack-bang in the middle of the bustling square with trams just a few steps away. It really is a most welcoming oasis. If I had one small criticism it’s the 15 stairs inside the building before you reach the lift. My travelling companion and I are were on an 8 week winter tour and it was cumbersome negotiating the stairs with bulky suitcases. But it’s not a deal breaker, and I wouldn’t have missed staying here.

• Peter (10/5): ZAGREB MAIN SQUARE APARTMENT - The apartment is very modern and of high quality. The apartment is right in the centre of the main square surrounded by cafés and restaurants so you have only to walk outside the entrance to choose where to go to eat and drink. There is a lift to the apartment which is on the 3rd floor. All of the trams run through the main square with the stops opposite the apartment's entrance. Snjezana, the lady who owns the apartment, was absolutely fantastic, meeting us at the apartment, showing us around and explaining where to go and where the main attractions were. We used the parking garage for our hire car for 2 days which cost 28 euros for 2 days which was close to the apartment. There was nothing to dislike.

After a full day of travelling with some delays thrown in, Snjezana greeted us with a huge smile and very comforting 'welcome'. WE CANT WAIT TO RETURN! - Snjeẓ̌ana was the most wonderful, kind, warm hearted, lovely host and my best friend Rob and I would like to say a massively huge THANK YOU to Snjeẓ̌ana she was so fantastic to us during our stay. We arrived and were greeted with a lady with a massive smile and such happiness and joy. Snjeẓ̌ana had pre prepared a whole set of brochures, leaflets, guide books, maps, and had taken the time and effort to highlight her personal recommendations for cafes, restaurants, museums, galleries, what to see and do in Zagreb. Not just that, she had so kindly filled the fridge with 4 cans of local beer, a pack of local biscuits, milk, bottled water, a pack coffee (for the coffee maker), fruit and veg from Dolac Market, Snjeẓ̌ana had thought of everything! It was all pre prepared for us, THANK YOU SNJEẒ̌ANA!! During our stay at the apartment we were out at dinner at one of Snjeẓ̌anas recommended restaurants (Ficlek) and received a whattsapp message she had baked us homemade chocolate muffins and the warm muffins were on a tray outside the apartment door awaiting us on our return. Snjeẓ̌ana is one of the nicest kindest people in the world THANK YOU SNJEẒ̌ANA!!! The apartment was perfect, it had a kitchenette, sitting room.with tv, a dining area with 4 chairs, a shower room with large shower, sink and toilet, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a balcony with 2 seats and a small coffee table to enjoy a coffee overlooking the flower market below and main square and looking toward the dolac market, it also had and a desk area with chair for working and planning itineraries each day from the maps, brochures, etc supplied by Snjeẓ̌ana. The location of the apartment was unbeatable, right on Ban Jelacic Square, right between The Main Square and Dolac Market, right in the heart of everything, to enter, you buzz the door downstairs, walk up 14 steps, then take the lift to the 3rd floor apartment. It couldnt be easier. Everything was perfect. *Helpful Tourist information* Due to Earthquake damage in December 2022 The City Cathedral, St Marks Church The Archaeology Museum Are closed due to extensive restoration works Zagreb is a fantastic city that in terms of cafes, restaurants, bars, caters to every world cuisine and in terms of food, there is something for everyone! Zagreb i highly recommend visiting and has such a fascinating history. Zagreb - A Museum and Gallery lovers paradise!

Snjezana is the perfect host, who replied promptly and who gave us valuable information about Zagreb and useful extras like fruit, biscuits, beer, orange juice, cremer, yogurt, butter, salt, pepper and plenty of coffee and tea. We were also given a late checkout. It is necessary to walk up one flight of stairs to access the lift.
• Ana (10/5): The cleanest and finest apartment we have rented - We were personally welcome by the apartment’s owner herself. Snježana is so kind and warm. She had for us different types of coffees, teas, fruits. A very thoughtful detail was that we didn’t have to buy butter, salt, or honey, since she provided them. Those are difficult items to buy in small amounts. We had a delicious breakfast in the apartment before leaving to Plitvice. The apartment is elegantly and completely furnished. Impecable bath and shower. Kitchen and tableware are all new and beautiful. Finest bed linen and towels. Quality toiletries provided as well. She recommended very nice restaurants to have lunch the day we arrived. The flat is conveniently located, walking distance from the “must see” of Zagreb. The public transport station is just in front. If we come back to Zagreb, we will for sure recommend Snježana’s Dream Apartment. We loved everything

You dont need to climb stairs because there’s an elevator. Snjezna welcome us and she is very kind. She makes sure that all our needs are well taken care of. Snježana is a fantastic host; she not only met us early so that we could store our luggage before the apartment was ready, but she even let us know once the apartment was ready before the official check-in time! The wifi was strong and the air conditioning was great (given that it was unusually warm outside for the time of year when we visited). Snježana kindly gave us maps and guides for Zagreb as well as left things like fruit in the fridge for us to enjoy and was immediately available if we needed anything. I cannot count the number of times that my parents and I said, "Thank goodness we're staying here!" It's a very convenient walk from both Dolac Market (the local farmer's market) as well as Tkalčićeva Street (pedestrian only street with so many bars, restaurants, and outdoor seating). If I were to return to Zagreb or if any of my friends asked me where to stay, I would pick this apartment every time. This is NOT Snježana's fault, but just a word of warning that there are about 15 steps in the entryway prior leading up to the landing where you can then take the elevator the rest of the way up to the apartment. Considering most/many places in Croatia don't have elevators of any kind, I hardly think of this as a downside! I just wanted to put this out there in case anyone else visiting absolutely cannot do the 15 steps at the beginning. My father has trouble when there are too many stairs, and he was able to do these steps multiple times a day no problem! Note that no Ubers or Taxis can drop you off directly at the apartment (no cars are allowed in Ban Jelačić Square itself), so you will have to walk a little bit (on mostly flat ground) to get to the front of the apartment from the nearest spot that you can be dropped off at. Again, this is true of any place you would stay around Ban Jelačić Square, and the location and apartment are so great that it doesn't even register as a negative, but wanted to be fully transparent for those looking to book this apartment.

• Charles (10/5): The reviews are accurate, it’s one of the nicest places to stay in Zagreb - A perfect place in the center of Zagreb! The apartment is beautiful, with high ceilings and old world charm. The host is super kind, and helped us with great recommendations. She also left us fruits and beverages, which was very helpful on a Sunday evening when most stores were closed.
• Victoria (9/5): Generally we avoid big cities, too much chaos. Zagreb seemed manageable, and has an abundance of parks, cultural sites - Location was perfect, adjacent to the market and the main square but on the back side of the building so quiet. Though a bit quirky in design it was spacious and well equipped. Secure. Small, though functional bathroom. No onsite parking, so added expense of parking (83€ for less than 72 hours stay) . You do have to schlep your bags from the parking garage as well. Though, all of which is to be expected if you are staying in the heart of a city or old town.
• Petra (10/5): Very lovely and comfortable stay in the lively City - Location is perfect. Apartment is clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable. The owner is very nice and polite and aproachable. I asked her for couple of things, she provided them right away. We were staying Friday to Saturday so the whole night there was noise on the street. Zagreb is alive 24/7 😊 again, not a problem since we are in the center and it is to be expected. I like hustle and bustle but in the night sometimes all you need is peaceful sleep. So have prepared white noise machine or earplugs if you are staying there at the weekend. We used white noise on youtube since our 2 year old is not used to noises in the night.
• Nazneen (9/5): Wonderful stay and very comfortable. - Excellent location and walking distance to all interesting areas of Zagreb. The apartment was well stocked with every possible amenities and the washing machine really was useful after a week of travel when we reached Zagreb. Snjezana’s was a very helpful host. Nothing.
• Diana (10/5): Exceptional - The host was always very helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and beyond. The location is top-notch. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Zagreb.

Exceptional location, great internet connection (essential for work from "home") and extremely cozy. Perfect for exploring the city since you can find many city attractions by foot . Snježana is a wonderful host! She generously stocked the apartment with coffee, chocolate, tea, fruit, cookies and emsured we have everything we might need. 10/10 Everything was perfect.
