• Abdulrahman (8/5): سعر ممتاز وعند البحيرة - بجانب بحيرة اوزنجول وبالامكان الوصول للبحيرة سيرًا على الأقدام.. أخذت غرفة وصالة مع إطلالة والحقيقة أميز مافيه إنه قريب من البحيرة.. السرير كانت المفارش فيه غير نظيفة وبلغناهم بذلك في وقته واستجابوا للأمر بسرعة وغيروا المفارش وذكروا بأنه سينتبهون أكثر على المنظفين وأتمنى فعلا الانتباه وعدم تكرار الأمر..

Very little kitchen supplies in the rooms - no sponge, tea towel, washing up liquid - and very little cooking supplies. It made it very difficult to use the kitchen. The glasses and plates were also dirty when we arrived.

• Azsr (10/5): Great Stay at Nova Uzungöl! - I spent one night at Nova Uzungöl and had a really good time. The check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were super friendly. My room was clean and cozy, with an amazing view of the mountains and lake, which made it the perfect spot to relax. The bed was really comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a short stay. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the lake and a few scenic spots. I didn’t get to explore much, but it was easy to get to everything I wanted to see. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was awesome for uploading photos and staying connected on social media.

Its very nice and quite place to go to detach from all bad times. The carpet can be cleaner, there are no tea nor sugar or coffee,,
