Eravamo in 8 abbiamo fatto spesa al supermercato li vicino e mangiato in struttura con tutto l 'occorrente A qualcuno potrebbe non piacere non avere la tv in camera, noi non ne abbiamo sentito la mancanza Ottima colazione molto ricca fatta in un bar panificio di fronte dove ci hanno trattato benissimo. Nonostante la segnalazione il problema non è stato risolto, solo il mattino dopo qualcuno è venuto in struttura e si è accorto della caldaia in blocco. C'era il phon ma mancava la presa shuco per farlo funzionare, problema segnalato e non risolto.

Alexandre (8/5): J'y retournerai surement , malgré ce problème de parking et de petit déjeuner - La ville est très agréable , la location est a 10 minutes a pieds du lac et de l'animation estivale Le personnel est tres agreable et prend son temps pour tout expliquer La literie est tres bonne Il y a une cuisine commune au rez de chaussée , et une superette pas très loin , c'est agréable de cuisiner un peu et de partager cela avec d'autres hotes La ville reste animée asez tard en été , il y a des concerts , c'est très agréable Pas fan du petit dejeuner excentré dans une boutique du quartier ( la dame est agréable mais le choix est très très limité ) Niveau parking c'est une galère , on vous fourni un macaron pour se garer gratuitement sur une place bleue mais elles sont quasi inexistantes ou toutes prises ( dommage l'idée est géniale ) . Résultat on a fini par trouver une place bleue mais a du marcher 10 minutes sous la canicule avec nos valises lourdes sur des pavés .

Il personale è fantastico avevamo avuto un piccolo problema con la prenotazione ma si sono rivelati tutti molto gentili e disponibili assolutamente lo consiglio perchè chi lavora con correttezza e passione deve essere premiato! BRAVISSIMI! Se devo trovare una piccolissima pecca nella nostra camera con idromassaggio il letto non è molto comodo materasso molto morbido ma è anche questione di abitudine.

marzia (7/5): L’interno della struttura, la zona comune, é accogliente. L’esterno non molto e nemmeno la zona. Il B&B é in un vico - La pulizia. Non solo la camera ma tutta la struttura é molto pulita. In assoluto la dimensione del bagno. Alloggiavamo nella camera Montagna. Il bagno é minuscolo, la doccia piccolissima, con la tenda che ti si appiccica addosso mentre ti lavi. Ad ogni doccia si allaga tutto. Non c’è il bidet.

Parminder (5/5): My experience was very bad - It was not far from the bus stop to get bus to lake como very convenient. out the dryer does not work had to leave my clothes there and though I would collect them when I will be back because was running late as if knew the dryer wouldn’t work I would have skipped to wash my clothes. As I left them there I received my msg saying I can not leave them there I have to remove them by same night otherwise they will sort this out I found this is quite rude I would have collected them anyway when returned. Also mentioned the dryer was not working and there is nothing where to hang my clothes to get them dry I was told as they are not aware of the situation everything is working they just did not believe me which is not very good customer service. The cooker was not working when asked to the cleaner the had no clue and was not able to understand me as she speaks very little Italian and no English at all. I communicated this to the office they said again this should be working. I was told when I left few papers on the floor as the room was not cleaned for 2 days I will get charged £40 extra due to condition I left the room in I would say if the room has not been cleaned for 2 days and I have 1 years old with me how would you expect the room to be left in the same condition and just picking up few rappers from the floor cost £40 I do not understand I have never had this kind of experience I have stay and booked with booking.com a lot I stay in Switzerland 3 days and came to Italy before never ever had any issue but this time I did not like it. em there I have to remove them by same night otherwise they will sort this out I found this is quite rude I would have collected them anyway when returned. Hans-Jürgen (10/5): Perfekt für meine Radtour - Da der Vermieter nicht im Haus wohnt, gab es eine Lösung über eine Agentur. Die Schlüsselübergabe und der Check-In erfolgte in etwa 250m Entfernung. Alexia von der Agentur war sehr nett und freundlich und hat mir alles erklärt. Mein Fahrrad konnte ich in der Agentur gesichert abstellen, für E-Bikes gab es sogar Strom. Die Wohnung war in der zweiten Etage, aber unten gibt es eine tolle Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und Keksen. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren auch vorhanden. Das Zimmer war perfekt ausgestattet, hatte sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Allerdings kommt man mit dem Auto schlecht hin, wegen der engen Gassen. Aber ich denke dafür hat Alexia bestimmt auch eine Lösung. —-

Parking also not possible close by because it's in the middle of the old town. But very nice, they give a plate to park for free in the city during the stay

Dionys (8/5): Sehr nett und konfortabel - Sehr liebevoll und hübsch renovierte Zimmer. Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche zur Verfügung, Snacks zum Selbstbedienen. Es hat zwar einen Balkon, aber leider keine schöne Aussicht.

Per il parcheggio a me è andata di lusso perché alla reception mi hanno permesso di lasciare la mia auto parcheggiata su un posto a loro riservato altrimenti non avrei saputo dove parcheggiare...

The pictures on the website are very misleading - we had a very small and sticky room with a non-functioning air conditioner and a shower that was barely wide enough to fit a regular-sized person. I contacted the owner after our first sleepless night due to the heat in our room and was promised that maintenance would fix the air conditioner - this did not happen. We had two nights without any air conditioning in extreme heat. 2. At check in, the young lady who checked us in took a picture with a mobile phone of the passport of my wife and my German ID card. I told her that we already sent the images of our passports with the pre-check in, but she insisted on taking another picture despite that fact! we hope that our personal information is not mishandled in any form 3. The breakfast was horrible, and we had to pay for an extra cup of coffee! The second day (today) we went somewhere else to get a decent breakfast

Bagno piccolo come quello di un aereo, doccia strettissima ( profonda 50/55 cm ) con tenda corta che non ha impedito all acqua di inondare tutto il bagno Lavandino di forse 30 cm. Bagno concepito e fatto malissimo.

Eniko S (7/5): Comfy bed, nice hosts. Good breakfast only if you speak Italian - The host was really nice, friendly and fortcoming. Explained how to access the accommodation, where to park and how to get to the beach. The main bed was very comfy, the bunk bed so-so. The common kitchen area was nice with tv and netflix access - pleasant during siesta. The main dislike was that the personell at the breakfast (which is at another location than the rooms) could not speak a word in English. Hence, it was not clear at all what is included in the breakfast. We got a two-sided menu in Italian: on one side a list with food, on the other side more or less the same list but with prices. Also, other tables had bread on the table we didn’t… we ended up having a croissant each and juice. I am sure there would have been more included. Then, as we were leaving early on last day we asked if it’s possible to get a croissant for take-away instead of regular breakfast.. unfortunately was not possible and the shops also closed before 7pm .. so no food for us for the drive. Further, the ventilation in the bathroon is not solved well at all and we had a bit trouble finding a place to keep our stuff - a table would be nice, but I guess no space for it. Also, that the car was parked 200m from the room was a bit incovenient.

Lara (8/5): Ho soggiornato solo una notte facendo tappa nel sentiero del viandante. - L’accoglienza è stata buona, con una signora gentilissima che ci ha spiegato tutto quello che c’era da sapere sia per la colazione (che è in un panificio a pochi minuti dalla struttura) e per il proseguo del nostro cammino. La camera è piccolina ma comunque c’è tutto quello che serve. Aria condizionata ok. Inoltre hanno un servizio di transfer per gli zaini per chi fa il sentiero del viandante veramente comodo. Peccato che la camera abbia un bagno molto piccolo, senza bidet e la doccia strettissima con il doccione fisso. (Non essendoci il bidet il doccione fisso è una scomodità non da poco). Il materasso è tanto morbido, per chi soffre di mal di schiena non è il massimo.
