Я не сплю під простирадлом Холодно дув кондиціонер в голову і не можливо було виключити. Нам треба було номер, щоб поспати 4 години перед літаком і довгою дорогою додому- нам не вдалося. Цей готель зіпсував нам відпочинок.

• Gregory (1/5): To be avoided. - Price. These lodgings should be avoided at all cost. To start with, the room was situated in a windowless interior building space, unhealthy to say the least. Remarkably, the bed was partially unmade, and while a clean topsheet was provided, it had to be fitted by the guest. The crowning disappointment was the morning shower which I discovered too late was unserved by hot water. The price is cheap but one can easily find a more dignified solution for a night's rest.

• Debora Adriana (10/5): Soggiorno indimenticabile - Ho soggiornato presso il B&B Golden Ratio a Roma e mi sono trovata davvero benissimo. La posizione è eccellente, comodissima perché si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione Termini, ideale per spostarsi facilmente in tutta la città. La struttura è molto pulita, curata e accogliente, si percepisce subito attenzione ai dettagli e alla qualità del soggiorno. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, Rana Rahman Zidan, una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile, che durante il mio soggiorno ha avuto anche delle piccole attenzioni che ho davvero apprezzato. Consiglio vivamente il Golden Ratio a chi cerca comfort, praticità e un’accoglienza calorosa a Roma. Ci tornerei senza dubbio!

Sale mise a pars le lit propre . Vieillot, mure sale . Trop de bruit mur fin Coupure d'électricité 1 journee . Chauffage avec problème. Sent pas tres bon .bref j'ai pas aimé. Je déconseille.
• Amiri (1/5): - Purtroppo ho avuto una brutta esperienza al che avevo prinota in questo squallido tugurio mi trovavo alla stazione termini alle ore 22:00 per motivi di cancellazione treni ho prenotato questo hotel non sapevo che era un orribile b&b tutto questo non bastava arrivata li la sera con tanta paura perché mi sono trovata in un orribile palazzo gestito da cinesi e pakistani tutto questo non bastava mi arriva il proprietario dopo 15 di attesa in un corridoio di giri strani e mi dici : mi dispiace la camera e pronta dopo mezzanotte!!! Meglio così, sono andata via grazie a dio ho trovato un bel albergo serio a due passi da questo orribile posto ho alloggio al hotel mirage meravigliosa camera e gente seria Posto e condominio orribile

• Sylwia (7/5): Pobyt mi się podobał, kontakt z właścicielami jest odpowiedni, stosunek jakości do ceny jest dobry. - Apartament jest w bardzo bliskiej odległości od dworca Termini, bardzo dobre miejsce jako baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie miasta. W okolicy są też liczne sklepy, kawiarnie i restauracje. Pokój jest codziennie sprzątany, ręczniki wymieniane. Deska w toalecie do naprawy. Wspólna kuchnia nie ma żadnego wyposażenia.

• GORDON (8/5): It was a handy place to stay. - It was an ideal location for Termini Station. The bed was to low, it was hard for two people in their 70’s to get in and out of. The television didn’t work. The curtains were dirty, but overall the room and shower room were relatively clean.

• jonsson (2/5): - Ingen reception utan en man som väntade på gatan och som sedan checkade in mig, sedan gick vi runt tills vi kom till rummet. Rummet hade en tv, det var allt. Trasig lampa ovanför handfatet i badrummet, endast en handduk, en hårtork låg i en garderob och såg inte ut att fungera. Dörren hade ett mycket enkelt lås. Dessutom tog man betalt, 5€ för förvaring av väska. Gatan utanför kändes otrygg. Jag har bott nära Termini många gånger på betydligt bättre hotell för samma pris.

• giovanna (1/5): orribile - niente sporco, distrutto, inadatto a un soggiorno. innanzitutto nessuno ci rispondeva, siamo rimaste per più di 20 minuti senza nessuno che rispondesse al telefono o in struttura. nonostante ciò riusciamo a metterci in contatto con l'operatore che finalmente ci apre e ci informa della tassa di soggiorno, che per errore pensavo di aver già pagato. chiedo gentilmente se fosse possibile lasciarla il mattino dopo, per poter avere il tempo di prelevare al bancomat. il proprietario, al telefono dell'operatore che ci ha accolte, inizia ad alterarsi e a risponderci in malo modo dicendo anche che fosse strano e che se non li avessimo lasciati il mattino dopo ci avrebbe osservate dalle telecamere ma con un bruttissimo tono. dopodiché, siamo state invitate ad entrare in questa stanza a dir poco squallida, con ogni singolo mobile distrutto, bruciato, pieno di buchi. letto e lenzuola sporche, piene di peli di altra gente, polvere ovunque, bruciature di sigarette, mattonelle pericolanti e taglienti, condizionatore che stava per esplodere, bagno sporco e acqua neanche lontanamente calda. dopodiché abbiamo provato a contattare booking per una soluzione, ma nessun operatore che capisse l'italiano ci ha chiamate. a detta del signore che ci ha accolte eravamo le sole in struttura, cosa che ci aveva tranquillizzate. invece, intorno a mezzanotte abbiamo sentito un'uomo tossire, fare rumori strani e scaricare al bagno, che poi è andato via sbattendo le varie porte. poi di nuovo durante la notte. questo ha causato l'impossibilità di dormire in quanto due ragazze sole si sentono impaurite e intimorite sia dal proprietario che dalla situazione.

И сделать отъезд позже 10:00 утра слишком рано - Было чисто, приятная цена, близко к Жд вокзалу, удобно что чек ин можно пройти поздно. Не было горячей воды, персонал не на месте. Для иностранцев без связи это огромная проблема. Хотя я договорилась на определенное время и приехала к нему.

• Laura (3/5): - Al llegar allí de noche no se siente seguro. Adicional a eso no pudimos ingresar hasta que alguien salió porque nadie nos abría la puerta y ya para completar la cama en mal estado, sucia, tenía pulgas y sinceramente no era nada cómoda.

Por ejemplo el agua estaba súper fría y solución fue darnos la opción de bañarnos en su cuarto de baño. Nada. La habitación no es como la imagen, primero fuimos a una habitación con un colchón fino y el sumier partido, nos cambió a otra y tenía el baño fuera de la habitación. Limpieza muy baja y los muebles antiguos y partidos. La ubicación para ir a sitios genial, pero al ser en la estación de Mestre es una zona muy peligrosa por la noche.
