Allowed us to store our bags for our Salkantay Trek and let us do a later checkout on the last day without a problem. Very kind people. I recommend bringing earplugs as some guests are up early for excursions. This is common though and not unique to Mayu.

- dulipop (10/5): El personal es grandioso y tu estancia será genial - Sin duda si algo marcó la diferencia en nuestra estancia fue la siempre buena disposición y actitud del personal a cualquiera de nuestras necesidades y peticiones. Fueron sumamente amables, útiles y siempre con recomendaciones buenas de aquello que preguntábamos, y soluciones cómo cuando nuestro Uber no llegó y ellos resolvieron en cuestión de minutos. Pocos hoteles con personal de esta calidad y carisma todos jóvenes con buena actitud y ética. Las cosas que no gustaron son mínimas. Quizás puede ser la cantidad de escaleras que hay para llegar y que no es de tan fácil acceso. Sin embargo, su ubicación tiene unas vistas hermosas, Nos gustó mucho que el baño estuviera dentro de una de las habitaciones es interrumpía mucho la privacidad de los huéspedes de esa habitación.

- Jakub (10/5): Like family - The people working there are the best! The place has a café with breakfast, snacks, and water, so you have everything you need (including a cheap laundry service!). The location was great — just a few steps away from the main street, which makes it a special experience. Breakfast was awesome — you can choose a hot meal that you would like the chef to make for you. The room had a plug-in heater, which helps as it gets cold sometimes. The room was always tidy and well equipped. This place is located on one of Cusco's most iconic streets. You get to sleep away from all the noise, yet still be in the centre of this magical city. I've already mentioned the positives, but I wanted to highlight one thing. It's the people working there — in reception, the kitchen, the café, or any other position — who make it one of the best experiences we've ever had while travelling. You just feel at home!

- Juan (10/5): - Hermosa experiencia gracias a Deborah, Silvia, Max, Eduardo , Aron y Paulo el equipo del hotel Siempre atentos para orientarme respecto a paseos y muy dulces en el trato conmigo y mi pequeño. El hotel se encuentra en una de las calles más pintorescas de Cuzco, próxima a ruinas historicas como Saqsaywaman, miradores como San Cristóbal y San Blas y a 5 cuadras de la plaza de armas. Y en la cafetería del hotel preparan el mejor café para una experiencia excelente al paladar. Gracias por hacer aún más bello el tiempo en Perú.

Les produits proposés au petit déjeuner ou en extra était de bonne qualité et en bonne quantité. La localisation est jolie et agréable (légèrement excentrée du centre) La salle de bain n'a pas de système de ventilation, donc beaucoup de moisissure et d'humidité. L'accès à l'hôtel est difficile pour les a mobilité réduite.

Nos dejaron dejar nuestras pertenencias luego del check out y nos ofrecieron una infusión al momento de partir para el aeropuerto. La ubicación es muy pintoresca durante el día, es una calle hermosa, pero en la noche es muy desolado y queda muy lejos de todo lugar para comer si llegas tarde. El desayuno fue muy bueno Lo desolado que es el sitio en la noche, todo lo que hay que caminar con gran pendiente para encontrar un sitio para cenar (hay cafetería en el mismo hotel, pero durante la noche no te venden nada)

Que la habitación reservada esté en renovación respecto a los acabados de pintado de decoración. Entonces, la habitación no era fiel a las fotos publicadas por el hotel. Aún así, no fue un problema.

The location is excellent for for visiting the archaeological and other sites nearby and still close to the main plaza and lots of restaurants. The staff were superb, very kind, thoughtful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great bed and good shower. It was nice to have breakfast as well as the little cafe at the front by reception that served delicious coffee. We can't think of anything we didn't like. We would definitely stay there again.

- BLANCA (4/5): Cold & disappointing - Location was cute and not far from the center, although inaccessible by car. There was a lot of noise during the night, the rooms arent isolated at all, plus they are really cold. The bathroom smells moldy, and also really cold. I asked for a hair dryer and they told me they only had them in selected rooms, so it had to wait for tomorrow. Women in the staff were super friendly but the men a little less.

Le jeune homme a l’accueil de nuit était génial (merci à lui pour toutes les infos) Il n’y a d’aération dans la chambre. Du coup il fait rapidement humide. Si vous ouvrez il fait froid. Il n’y a pas de chauffage mais des couvertures en plus.
- Daniel (7/5): Great hotel with excellent activities - Richard the activities coordinator went above and beyond to give us a spectacular cooking class! One of the highlights of our trip. Hotel was nice, great location, solid breakfast.
- João (8/5): Amazing staff; Goood Location - Amazing staff — we were warmly welcomed and they stored our luggage until the end of the day after checkout. They even arranged our taxi to the airport. Truly wonderful people!

- María José (9/5): Muy bien - El alojamiento es muy cómodo y tranquilo, está ubicado en una calle muy bonita Monica y Bernat los recepcionistas de día y de noche son muy amable y dispuestos Además pudimos dejar las mochilas todos el día en hotel. Lo que menos me ha gustado es que a la hora del desayuno , como la Mayoría de los huéspedes bajábamos a desayunar a la misma hora , te quedas sin desayunar ya que la comida va saliendo por tandas y sacan poca , y al ir con excursiones programadas no da tiempo a esperar a que saquen más comida

- Alexandra (4/5): Außer der zentralen Lage wenig positives - Die Lage ist super Karges zugiges Zimmer, schimmliger Duschvorhang, kein Föhn. Nachfüllen des Früstücks passiert nur auf Nachfrage, Kaffee ungenießbar. Bei frühem Verlassen des Hotels aufgrund von Ausflügen gab es kein Lunchpaket, obwohl es vorher versprochen wurde. Auf Nachfrage hätten wir sogar eine kleine Flasche Wasser noch zahlen sollen

- Emma (8/5): - We zijn fijn geholpen door het personeel, vooral door Bernard. We mochten onze backpacks een nachtje daar laten toen we de MachuPicchu gingen bezoeken. Het was best koud op de kamer, gelukkig waren er genoeg wollen dekens. Maar het had beter geweest als er een kacheltje op de kamer was.

- Victor (1/5): - Hôtel à prévenu au dernier moment que l’hôtel était complet. Ils ont proposé un hôtel moins cher. J’ai refusé et ils m’ont ensuite demandé d’annuler moi même la réservation (pour ne pas avoir de pénalité de Booking de leur côté). Pas honnête.
- Pati (10/5): Excelente hotel - El personal excelente, muy amables y dispuestos a colaborar en todo, a mi hija de dos años le dio mal de altura y ellos inmediatamente consiguieron un doctor a domicilio y ayudaron en todo. De verdad muy agradecida con todo ❤️

- Thais Lira (8/5): - O atendimento dos funcionários foi ótimo. Todos bem solícitos e prestativos. Dispostos a ajudar sempre. O café da manhã também foi satisfatório. E a localização e limpeza também satisfatórias. O quarto era frio para o clima da cidade e próximo a entrada e circulação de pessoas, então a luz e o barulho atrapalhavam um pouco.
- Judith (7/5): Hotel en lo alto del Cusco - La ubicación es excelente. Me gustó mucho el barrio aunque el TAXI NO llega hasta el alojamiento porque las callecitas no lo permiten. Estuvo bien el precio pero nos cobraron impuestos que pienso que no aplicaban para extranjeros, Y aunque el desayuno es bueno, se demoraron mucho en servir y no hay mucha variedad Mejoren el desayuno y la atención, el Sr. que nos atendió fue poco amable, a diferencia del personal femenino que fue excelente, amable y muy educado.

- Foster (8/5): Wonderful boutique hotel that is well cared for and value for money. Small fridge would be good. - The staff service was excellent and they were always helpful. The rooms were clean and although a bit dated were comfortable. Breakfast was basic but always tasty and enough. Cafe wasn't serving expresso coffees, rooms could have had a small fridge to keep things cold for ourselves. Location is great for views but access with heavy luggage is a problem and there is no assistance as you have to climb many steps to the hotel.

- Helena (5/5): - Il ragazzo che si occupa della custodia notturna della reception è molto in gamba, super disponibile, ha risolto il problema degli spifferi della porta dandoci dello scotch largo e ha salvato la nostra nottata. Questo secondo soggiorno nella stessa struttura non è andato bene come il primo. La porta della camera non era isolata bene e durante la notte arrivavano forti spifferi di aria fredda. C'è stata qualche piccola disattenzione come la mancanza del tappetino doccia. Alla richiesta di un asciugacapelli, inizialmente un membro dello staff ha detto che non ne aveva, ho dovuto insistere per fare in modo che lo trovasse magicamente.

- Lidia (9/5): “Excelente atención y hermosas vistas” - Me encantó la amabilidad y disponibilidad del personal, siempre atentos a ayudar en todo momento. Las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas y la que me tocó tenía una vista preciosa que hizo mi estadía aún más especial. Lo único a considerar es que el acceso es por escaleras, pero realmente no opaca la buena experiencia que ofrece el hotel.
