La posizione è ottimale, vicinissima alla piazza Quattro Canti, alla centralissima via Maqueda e Corso Vittorio Emanuele. In 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la stazione ferroviari e quella delgi autobus. La struttura si affaccia su una tranquilla e silenziosa stradina. Un ringraziamento particolare a Cristina, che si è dimostrata fin da subito un'ospite eccezzionale, sempre gentilissima, disponibile e piena di attenzioni, precisa e dettagliata nel dare informazioni su cosa visitare, dove mangiare o come spostarsi per raggiungere le principali attrattive della città e dintorni. Un ringraziamento particolare anche allo staff, Carmen e Salam sempre disponibili e gentili. Tutti quanti hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. • Jan (9/5): Tolle Lage, tolle Unterkunft, tolle Gastgeberin - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, ist gut eingerichtet und die Gastgeberin Cristina war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles super, bis auf einen Punkt: das Bett steht etwas wackelig, weshalb jede Drehung des Partners im Ganzen Bett spürbar war.

• Mária (8/5): Až na tenké steny, všetko bolo viac ako super. - Vybavenie apartmánu bolo úžasné, bolo tam všetko čo sme potrebovali a keď nám niečo špeciálne chýbalo tak sme poprosili a s ochotou nám to bolo dodané. Veľmi príjemná majiteľka, milý, usmievavý personál. Ulica tichá, odhlučnenie z cesty perfektné. Tenké steny, všetko z druhej izby bolo počuť. Zároveň zariadenie na otváranie dverí bolo tak brutálne hlučné, že sme sa v noci budili na ten z vedľajšieho apartmánu 🙈

The management and team thought of everything to ensure that all my needs were met. The attention to every detail to ensure a comfortable stay was the best I have experienced. That I had to leave a place that made me feel so at home and so well taken care of.

Comfortable bed, though I'd like a slightly softer pillow. Not exactly bad, but could be improved. 1. There wasn't enough oil for salad dressing or cooking eggs (stores mostly sell bottles of 500ml and larger). Salt, pepper, a couple of coffee capsules, and a few packets of sugar were available. 2. Wi-Fi was weak in the bedroom and kitchen, even though the router was close. 3. For those who are very sensitive, there are a lot of lights in the room at night (sensors, TV, air conditioner).

Świetna lokalizacja sprawia, że nie trzeba tracić czasu na dostanie się do restauracji oraz głównych atrakcji. Market Ballaro uliczkę obok, wszystko co najlepsze w Palermo w promieniu 10 minut pieszo od obiektu. Bardzo dobry standard w starannie odnowionej kamienicy jednak z nowoczesną windą co jest bardzo istotne z dziecięcym wózkiem. Wyjątkowy i opiekuńczy kontakt z obsługą obiektu, czuję jakbyśmy byli znajomymi. Bardzo polecam i chętnie bym wrócił do tego obiektu. BRAK

• Monika (10/5): Myślę, że pobytu w Ponticello Apartament mogę polecić z czystym sumieniem. - Apartament jest zlokalizowany w centralnej części Palermo. Apartament niezwykle wygodny, czysty i wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Obsluga "ponadstandardowa" tyle ciepła, troski i zainteresowania nie otrzymalismy z rodzina jeszcze nigdzie. Cudowni ludzie, gdyby nie oni tak by nie było. Dom miesci sie blisko wszystkich atrakcji turystycznych Palermo. Nie trzeba się naszukać aby szybko do nich dotrzeć. Sklepy, sklepiki, tawerny, bary, cukiernie, lodziarnie są na wyciągnięcie ręki. Koniec lutego i cytryny oraz pomarańcza na drzewach tworzy cudowną aurę. Niesamowity ruch pojazdów na ulicach ale daliśmy radę, o tym jak poruszać się na pasach drogowych, uczyliśmy się od Sycylijczyków ;) Tak jak powiedziałam apartament jest cudowny ale ulice Palermo wymagają posprzątania. Urok miasta i zabytków jest niszczony przez bałagan. Mnie to nie demotywuje i zapewne tam wrócę ale fajnie by było gdyby WSZYSCY mieszkańcy bardziej dbali o swoje wyjątkowe miasto.

Apartament znajduje się praktycznie przy głównej ulicy miasta skąd blisko jest do głównych atrakcji. W apartamencie jest czysto i schludnie. Niczego nie brakuje. Zdecydowanie polecam. Nic. Wszystko nam pasowało.

• Walter Wildhagen (9/5): Palermo Spitzenlocation - Besser geht die Lage kaum. Alles zu Fuß machbar. Das Apartment neuwertig und Cristin und ihr Personal vorbildlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr zu empfehlen. Das Apartment sehr hellhörig, was Trittschall und Türoffnern angeht. Matratzen hart. Aber das ist alles nur meine persönliche Wahrnehmung und stellt keine wirkliche Nachteile dar.

• Volker (9/5): Gerne wieder - Sehr schönes, geräumiges und modernes Apartment in top Altstadt-Lage - dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Ausstattung des Apartments sehr gut. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Lediglich die Böden hätten sauberer sein können. Ansonsten alles spitzenmäßig.

Aber vor allem die außerordentlich bemühte, freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeberin Cristina macht diese Unterkunft zu etwas Besonderem. Ihre herzliche Art ist außergewöhnlich! Auch ihr Mitarbeiter Salam ist sehr freundlich, angenehm und entgegenkommend.

• Michael (10/5): Perfect accommodations for a couple's stay in Palermo - I can’t say enough good things about Ponticello Apartments. It’s the perfect accommodation for a couple to make a multi-day stay in Palermo. Before our arrival, our host Cristina reached out to us not only to cover the house rules and details of check-in, but also to assist with any issues we might have with transport to the apartment, given that it is situated within a ZTL zone (restricted access to cars) and there could be potential issues. The check-in instructions were incredibly clear and even included videos showing us how to access the front door and the locks to our apartment. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and furnished with everything we needed. It had air-conditioning and was situated over a piazza with very little noise, and there was a completely modern elevator (not an easy find in Italy in general) to take us and our luggage to our floor. There was a kitchenette with a refrigerator and induction cooktop, so we had the option to cook in the apartment, which we made use of for breakfast before a day of sight-seeing. There was even a classic Italian Moka pot in addition to the pod coffee machine, so we made authentic Italian coffee each morning on the apartment’s induction cooktop. (If you do this, I recommend Ideal Caffè Stagnitta as a nearby place to buy authentic, fresh, roasted-in-Palermo coffee). During our stay, Cristina kept in constant touch with us to make sure all of our needs were being cared for, and she also provided us with recommended lists of places to visit, as well as restaurants, gelaterias, and other places to eat. We appreciated the personal touch Cristina and the staff added, and we felt cared for during our stay. I would recommend Ponticello Apartments without reservation and would certainly book them again for a future stay in Palermo. Other reviews have noted the apartment only offers a starter supply of shampoo, soap and lotion, and they now appear to be more generous because they supplied enough for a few days. Still, we simply went to a nearby pharmacy (“farmacia” in Italian) to buy these necessities for our stay. The only minus I can think of concerns the laundry facilities - there is a washing machine but no clothes dryer. The apartment has a drying rack, but we didn’t have enough time for that, so we went to a nearby laundromat instead.
• Manuel (8/5): Super gelegenes und sauberes Apartment mit herzlicher Gastgeberin - Die Gastgeberin Cristina ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation ist sehr unkompliziert, schnell und zuverlässig. Unser Apartment war sauber, geräumig, super ausgestattet und sehr zentral gelegen (Nähe Touristraße), aber trotzdem ruhig. Das Apartment liegt in der ZTL, man benötigt einen Pass zum Einfahren (5€/d) mit Auto. Man bekommt genaue Angaben was und wie dieser zu lösen ist. Es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, hierfür ist aber etwas Glück notwendig. Die Gegend würden wir als "typisch Großstadt" bezeichnen, wir haben uns aber auch mit Baby immer sicher gefühlt.
